I also try to be respectful to everyone new and old. I only intended to RP and only go OOC few times as possible Additional Information: I was trying to ask a OOC question to a person then they had try to arrest me. I had only logged on a few seconds down at the casino and was genuinely curious what was happening OOC. I thought they were gonna arrest me for no reason so I had bought out my gun when they did it first. I didn't mean to start a fight and only ask a OOC question because I was not in the ICC base. I did not know they were trying to RP at first because previous incidents of just random arrests and shooting at random people happens. I only intend to RP and never broke a fail RP despite being on this server for 2 weeks and this was my first GMOD server. I did not mean to Fail RP and will just go with the flow with the next time whenever this happens even asking a OOC question. I have also only spent all my time into this one character for past 2 weeks and have never broke a rule once. I will next time follow the rules no matter what.

Denied. You were community exiled and you would have needed permission from GA to make an appeal which you did not get. Also somehow this appeal is just as bad as your previous appeal which shows that you are not genuine about returning to the server.

Denied. You cannnot declare war in OOC chat and use that as an excuse to kill every member of a faction. This is a roleplay server, not a deathmatch server. Even if some players agreed to a shootout, that does not justify MRDM against those are uninvolved just because of their uniform.

This ban has now expired, but from reviewing this appeal, the ban was justified and this appeal would have been denied.

Because both sides didn't agree.. Some people within the KG agreeing to some shootouts doesn't mean you can murder everybody with a KG uniform.

how is it random death match if its a both sides agreed deathmatch isnt rdm random death match

I was AFK. They weren't. They were involved in Mass RDM. There is no such thing as just declaring a war on a Government faction and getting the ability to murder them all. This wasn't a civil war between NHC; this was you minging and committing MRDM.

Hi. I banned you because you were running around shooting at everybody in a Kaisergarde uniform because you "declared war" on the Kaisergarde. You can not just "declare war" on a faction to go around and kill them all. No, even if they agree. Because I did not agree, nor did @AUGUSTUS, yet we were both shot at whilst on our Kaisergarde characters because "I declared war". So, just so we're clear, you were 100% in the wrong. Now, I'll talk about why I decided to issue the ban: Initially, I was going to warn you. However, I checked your previous notes/bans. You have 4 notes for RDM, and 1 for MRDM. You have 2 bans for RDM, and 2 for MRDM (Not counting this ban). This makes no less than 8 separate RDM related offences. This is NOT a DarkRP server. This is a serious Roleplay server. Regardless; I could put the previous offences aside, since they are all rather old. But you categorically refused to apologise, or to admit you were in the wrong. You continued to argue that it was valid to start a Team Death Match on our server because you "Declared" war on a government faction. Even now, you are disputing the ban instead of apologising. Go take a break and come back when you learn what the word "Roleplay" means. -1
