It's very clear you're not going to figure out that people don't like talking to you, and that trying to "force" them to by following them around is pathetic. I'm not going to waste any more time responding to these pleas for attention. I'm sure UA will deliver their judgment shortly.

I chose to bring you and chastise you after you had repeatedly harassed me, both via discord and in-game, attempting to speak to me. You even went to the length of having someone else message me about it, and repeatedly following me around. I brought you to chastise you about making tickets which are unnecessary and a continued form of this harassment, and shot you when you chose to continue to justify it. It is remarkably scummy of you to engage in this sort of targeted harassment of a player, who obviously does not want to speak to you, and then instead of taking the hint you make tickets, exposing the matter to the staff team to embarrass me, and then make this report which consists of nothing more than your hurt feelings. Then UA can check that, easily, and see that I was not the person who interacted with your car. As seen in the clip above, I was speaking to Jimmy and Asunder at the time; getting on my staff character and flying all the way to you, flinging your car, and returning to Jimmy and Asunder would've been a waste of time on someone like you. Take a hint, develop some social skills, and realize when people don't want to talk to you rather than engaging in a consistent and concerted harassment campaign.

As I said before, I didn't "ravage" your car and kill you. As you know, you are pretty unpopular. It's clear someone else saw your tickets, which were not deserving in any way of staff intervention and were an obvious attempt to embarrass me in front of the staff team, and decided to throw you around because they have a similar experience of annoyance with you. While I cannot condone it, I understand it. I took your ticket because it was addressed directly to me, by name. I am not obliged to "address the situation" when no such situation exists, the staff team is not your personal venting tool. Making tickets because you're upset someone ignored you is like crying to a cop that a stripper didn't wanna kiss you. Please be less pathetic in future.

Not sure who that is flinging your car about, but it's not me. At the time I was speaking to the Logistics Commissioner, while you repeatedly made tickets wondering why I was ignoring you. I didn't call you a pedophile, nobody who was in my group did. Nonsense. Jimmy called you a rapist because you "wouldn't take no for an answer", after following us for several city blocks. This report stinks of injured pride and childish revenge, making a staff report because I ignored you.

Good morning, I am the staff member who applied the ban. I banned you after you drove into a crowd of people outside the ICC. While you were initially pushed by another vehicle, it only changed your direction. It did not move you forwards at all. You then accelerated, into the crowd. If it weren't for the other vehicle, you accelerating would've still hit the crowd of people. As for LTAP, after I deleted your vehicle you vanished suddenly a few seconds later which led me to believe you left the server. Looking back at logs, it appears that a second staff member who saw what you did brought you to a sit, resulting in you disappearing and giving me the impression you had left the server. You are correct in that you did not leave the server. The length of your ban was influenced by your previous bans, both of which are for VDM. You had just come off of a ban for mass VDM, and it appears you have a cyclic habit of joining the server, running people over, getting banned, rinse and repeat. Given that you did not leave the server, I'm open to seeing this ban reduced somewhat. You do regardless have this bad habit, and it's just going to keep getting you banned as long as it continues.

The duties of a moderator, as the first level of the staff team, are relatively simple. Taking tickets, both to aid players with rulebreakers and helping them with IC matters (model changes, plytransfers, etc) comprises 90 percent of what moderators have to do frequently. When there's no tickets to take, it's best to noclip around to watch for issues like players stuck in each other or doors, proptrapping, or anything else that a player needs help with. A professional attitude and demeanor is required when handling new players, who might not understand the server or its rules, as well as intentionally disruptive players who try to goad a reaction or just generally infuriate people. I always try to be patient with people, which is a necessity with tickets -- treating both sides of a sit evenly, avoiding excessive punishment, and delicately and calmly explaining to unknowing rulebreakers what precisely was unacceptable about what they did and what rule they violated, so that they aren't left confused or unsure of what they actually did wrong. Patience, caution, discretion and diligence are imperative for the staff team, and I genuinely believe that I can meet these virtues as needed for staff. Notes: None.
