Hello, this is why your permissions were removed. Starting Context, I was RPing when I saw in chat you say in OOC someone deleted my skateboard, After walking down the street, I saw you flying around on a "skateboard." From the OOC message you said, I assumed another staff member had already deleted your prop, so I took you into a sit room to explain that you can't prop fly and prop perms are strictly for serious RP situations. I gave you a warning and sent you back about your day. 15 minutes later, I return to my PC to see you in front of the Reichstag, using your phsygun to laser people across the map towards the bank, and whatnot to instigate them to come over, a staff member passes by you after you do it to him. He verbally warns you "If you do that again ill bring you to a sit" > I thought maybe you would stop screwing around then. Still, instead, you decided to spawn a large plastic panel and paste extremely bright lights and then fling it around in front of random people's faces in front of Lapopo station. Near you, it was clear you had no intent to use the prop permissions properly on our server, so I brought you to a seat and explained I was removing your perms.

You first mention that the it was a ooc situation took to ic when I shot him, that is completely not true. He was shooting me before I was frozen and spam shooting me while I was frozen then as he was reloading I was unfrozen and I shot him knowing he was going to shoot me. then you go on to speak about how you understand now that there was context to me shooting the lapo guy, well I’m banned for it. You also use the point that he was allowed in, he was allowed in by Ming’s military command who I had spoken to about this before the clip and has made attempts to get the officer the throw them out as they were being a complete troll. I was well aware they were “allowed in” which isn’t even true they broke in and military officers are scared of the slightest conflict. you also use the point to detain, there was no way in hell I would’ve ever in the situation try to detain when they have a goon squad of 10 people. I mean this respectfully, but you were actively killing military and non-military personal to the point the military the own faction which your character was apart of made a ticket on you for RDM/PK. When I confronted you on what was going on you proceeded to call me a slurry of rude names even when I was actively to specifically hear your side of the situation. It was so bad to the point someone broke character to tell you to stop being rude to the person trying to assist you which is absolutely astonishing. After being told to stop you immediately killed someone for literally no reason. Which culminated in Elite bringing you to a sit with 2 others.

First clip, dude was shooting me before i was frozen and while i was frozen, he clearly had intentions to kill me. Second clip, again shows no context, the first lapo guy i shot was in the base for 30 minutes the whole time i was telling him to get out thats just when i pulled a gun. Also the 2nd lapo guy i killed, you cant hear the audio because a wall is blocking it, but while i was telling the police vice president to get out, he continued to say he had reason to be in there and to look at this(not sure what he was reffering to) i wasnt "quick" to shoot them at all, they were all theyre and had been refusing to get out. The third clip literally shows nothing, they tried to arrest me, i had drugs on me, i opened fire, so this clip literally shows nothing. Fourth clip shows me frozen by Augustus and me arguing my way to get me unfrozen, again a clip that shows literally nothing. Fifth clip shouldnt even be in there bc the dude who is talking to me doesnt have there mic audio in there, but again shows nothing, its me getting arrested so I killed every single one of them, last time i checked that only constitutes a pk for when i die, and i am not arguing the pk im arguing the ban. Sixth clip is literally me getting pked, not sure why thats in there but whatever floats your boat. Overall not ONE rule is broken in any of these clips and all kills were justified. I want to reaffirm that i am not a minge, nor troll, just because I frequently get into combat situations where people get pissy. First off, where are the clips for any of this. You twisted up what happened to pretty much every extent. Every time that i had shot someone it was either after I had gave them plenty of time knowing they knew to leave but didnt, or they attempted to tie me, arrest me, etc. You like to mention like they had reason to be there, or were justified in being there, etc, it frankly doesn't matter in the rules of RP. Hi, I'm the Moderator who banned you last night. I understand your frustration, but I'll put it simply, In the Initial Situation you shoot a Millitary man at the Luftwaffe gate I didnt act as because I thought it was in RP, I saw you within 3 Seconds say 3 Words "Get out, Get out, Get out" to one individual which was unresponsive he was a good RPer all those there liked him. You decided to shoot him when he was clearly in his head. Okay lets say you were right for that lets look at other situations moments after, you yell at the Kaisergarde and Millitary command staff to get out of the ICC you didnt shoot them because they said okay were chill and so on to deescalate fine, as you're in the midst of Shooting others The Staff Moderator Agustus steps in to say in simple words " Dont do that" that Staff member gave you a chance to be carefull as we dont want to ban you or kick you from the server but there was ample amount of time to fix your mistakes. Then Comes the Issue of when the a sizeble contigent of Millitary officers and their Soldiers aproach you watching you gun down, LAPO allowed in by a Major+ along side the KG and the one the KG was guarding, those Officers aproached you specifficaly because you gunned down at minimum 3 members 2 of them being Millitary members you didn't give them a chance you clearly tried to get around the Warning rule of telling someone to get out or back by saying it really quickly with in 2 seconds and then shooting them not arresting them shooting them for nothing. Those officers aproached they asked why you shoot them and you started a blabber of Accusations of having no Backbones, no capability to lead and blatant insults not to their Competance but to the player themselfs which fine it can be in RP and I dont blame you for that but because of your inability to adress and officer they ordered your arrest for shooting millitary members, and clearly Incompetance you thus around 10 or more people pull out your gun and shoot them all, which its your character and your choices but they have consequences which you must understand and aknowoledged and thus led to your death. I have spoken with both the UA and players involved, and after discussion I do not find this PK to be valid. I very much agree with your last sentence, "this feels a bit out of the spirit of the rules Prometheus follows." Let us assume that what you said is correct, an illegal action was performed upon you, and when you called out said illegal action, you were shot for it. You called a spade a spade and died. From my understanding, you did threaten to take them to report them for this event, while extremely ill advised (especially when detained), I don't find particuarly PK worthy in this specific instance. Now, once you had gone and reported it/filed charges in court, etc. I believe a PK would be valid. However, at this stage of the RP that was occurring, I find it to be premature. Essentially, imagine a room in which there are 3 losers: Coffee, Prime, and Donzoko are their names. Coffee shoots Prime in the head, murdering him. Donzoko exclaims, "You murdered him!" Is Coffee now able to PK Donzoko for saying what just happened? Seems like ending RP before it begins. RP is not about winning, it's about creating events/stories. This PK seems to have cut a story short before it had a conclusion worthy of death. Accpeted.

I approached, waited for gap in the conversation, and addressed; "Stabsfeldwebel". I was ignored. I repeated it few times, and when he eventually looked at me, I asked "Why are you here?" He then looked away and said "Anyway". I ended up threatening to detain him if he refused to answer my questions, since he was trespassing and I needed to know if he was authorised to be there or not. He continued with the prideful rejection and so I detained him and brought him to the cells, and called for a CO of the KG to come and retrieve their man. When the Order Marshal arrived, I escorted him in and brought him to the Stabsfeldwebel, allowing them to speak privately in the cell as he requested, out of courtesy to his rank. I also allowed his guards in the room. After a few minutes of discussing with the Stabsfeldwebel, he removed his man's cuffs and walked out, ordering that I be placed under arrest for "Disrespecting" their Stabsfeldwebel. I was dragged out of the ICC, gagged, and thrown into the back of a car and taken to the Lichterfelde. When we arrived in an office, I had the gag removed and LARP-y sputtered out gasps for air and said "Oh my God, I've been kidnapped!" or something along those lines. The conversation went back and forth a little, but the rest of it is irrelevant to the UA PK. "I've been Kidnapped" was said to mean that the Order Marshal, as the one who ordered it, has kidnapped me. And thus, for accusing a General of a "serious crime", I was PK'd on UA approval. I understand there is a big rank difference, and it is certainly disrespectful to speak out of turn, but it seems quite silly to receive a PK based purely on hurting somebody's feelings. This character is not a brand new character that was created for the Military, it is months old and was formerly part of a Criminal Organisation and several other feats. If the reason for my PK was literally just that I was too low of a rank to speak back to a General (Which was essentially what the PK'ing UA member said), then this feels a bit out of the spirit of the rules Prometheus follows. Was this a final resort? Did they release me and I committed another offence in the future? No, I was stuck in the office for around an hour and a half. [150 Words or more]: There are many duties and responsibilites of a staff member and moderator, adminstrator, and UA on the prometheus staff team. One of them is to be a positive outreach and influence on the community. A staff member is not just supposed to be a rule enforcer, they are supposed to be a role model and someone who can be reached out to and members can feel comfortable knowing that their concerns and issues will be heard with care and the right attitude. Also, they are to be not just tough but FAIR. Not overly harsh, not overly soft. They are to have impartial judgement and give honest assessments with the situation so that a proper ruling can be handed down, as every situation is different. Sometimes a staff member needs to admit that they are conflicting with interest, and give that ticket and case to a fairer member. Overall, staff duties and responsibilites come in different shapes, but I believe this a proper assessment as to what my job would be should I get accepted for what I am applying for.
