Hey, I'm the staff member who PKed you. You were PKed based on a general order from the Police Chief. That order wasn't given just because you're Polish. It was based on how you acted and conducted yourself both before and during the events that led up to the PK. You had a habit of using the hard R toward generals and other players, including ones of your own faction, and overall you were consistently disrespectful and moronic looking to start issues with no punishment. Gregorious is not the the general that gave the order, ICE Randy was, him being staff doesn't point to a bias judgement. You mentioned that the PK was being used more as a staffing measure because of player quality and that a warning for NITRP would have made more sense. I don't really agree with that. While there were definitely rules you had broken, this situation was handled through roleplay. If the goal was purely to deal with your behavior from a staffing perspective, a ban would've been faster and more effective, especially considering how many times you used the hard R. Because of that, it doesn't seem like this was done as a staff action in roleplay. It seems like there was genuine roleplay reasoning behind it. If this was handled through staff like you want it to be, it wouldnt be a warn for a nitrp, it would be a lengthy ban for global rule 1 among other rules that were broke. You also brought up the spy charges and the fact that the NSB had dossiered you a couple of days earlier. Maybe they would have acted on that information, maybe they wouldn't have. Either way, your nationality wasn't a major factor in my view of the situation. What stood out to me far more was your behavior. The general didn't order a PK because he personally disliked the way you roleplayed. He ordered it because your actions gave him no real reason not to. Also you werent just "being a little silly" or just doing some "goofy rp"

This was you, I confirmed in logs, and while speaking to them, you out of nowhere ran up to them and started beating them, these are not members of the landespolizei, its members of the military police. After checking your notes, you have a extensive record of similar situations. In what world would it make sense to attack two armed feldjagers on sight every time you see them. Lets say you managed to believe that they were truly lapo, you still wouldnt be justified in anything you've done. You should never kill people on sight for confronting you, or for "trespassing" Youve dealt with the system so many times, yet keeping making mistakes like this. Description of the idea: I think the server should expand drug RP not by adding more drugs, but by adding more systems around them. For example, permanent checkpoints around the map that players have to pass through when buying, selling, or transporting drugs. This would create more ways to approach it, like bribing or hiding items somehow, and make it less straightforward. Since it’d be harder, it could also be more profitable. It would also create more RP overall, with civilians, government, and police all getting involved like drug units actually having a purpose, or even cartel style groups forming. Scenarios like smuggling drugs in trucks or setting up deals could lead to some really fun interactions. Why should this be added? It would make drug RP more active and give people a reason to engage in it. It adds more interaction between civilians, police, and even corrupt government, along with more specialized roles and group based RP. People trafficking drugs with a bunch of crates in a truck, seems like some fun rp. What negatives might this have? Police might become more aggressive toward civilians, which could hurt RP if overdone. This could be managed with rules or IC policies. Additional information: Drug transport likely wouldn’t be limited to civilians, which could make things even more interesting. There might be a factor im not considering, I just want to get the idea out there.

Description of the idea: Weather for MITHC. Clouds, slight fog, slight rain, and slight snow. Saying slight because I've heard of how overwhelming it can be during rp situations. I wouldnt suggest anything heavy, Ive heard that it can be too much, but anything light I feel would be nice. Why should this be added?: Having a variety to the environment would be nice. What negatives could this have?: I think ive heard it can create a bit of lag, not sure if the weather being light would make a difference. Obviously if it has big effect on the server, i wouldn't want it in. Additional information: Just want to get the idea back out there.
