Yes I have experience being staff as I was a admin here 2 months ago Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a great choice for the Prometheus staff team because I was an ex-admin for months also, I simply enjoy helping people and users in this community; this was actually my original reason for my first application as many users recommended, I should apply. I sincerely just want to help out members of the community so they can go back to lerp, I’ll take tickets whenever I possibly can as I know all too well the struggle of waiting with a new recruit for twenty minutes just to get someone to take my ticket. I will be especially helpful since I'm often on with occasional breaks here and there from being burnt out. I am an extremely quick learner who has the confidence to do new things, I am a strong believer in learning from my mistakes, and I handle criticism fairly well. I have a good ability to resolve conflicts; I also make sure I am unbiased with how I approach problems, and I will never treat someone as if they were stupid for being upset about something. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: One of the main responsibilities of a staff member is to police the rules and monitor the server. This entails keeping an eye on chat channels and, making sure that players are not acting disruptively or inappropriately. And also, to make sure to deal with rule breakers and take necessary action to properly deal with them to ensure that the experiences of the players are not being harmed. I must also assist in issues that are IC that might include disagreements. In order to keep a server fun, entertaining, and well run, a staff member is essential. The staff members must be able to see and report instances of rule-breaking conduct, engage with the community, and quickly and effectively address player reports and complaints. Additionally, staff members must be capable of upholding the server's reputation and enforcing the laws and regulations. Staff members must also ensure that the player base is happy and given ample support, such as Changing player models, handling name changes and rank promotions, and doing faction transfers. This is essential for a staff member to do, to add to that I must also make sure to answer any questions that players have. And guiding new players is essential to this as they are necessary for the growth and continuation of the server, so helping them with mechanics and different server features and giving them a rundown of the RP, they will experience. Keeping the player base happy can also include just being nice and polite and well collected, and I think that is essential for any staff member.

Additional Information: During the emperor visit to the benderblock it got boring so we just talked inside many people were saying the n word so it felt natural to let it out. Those 2 shots being 2 warning shots to deter the tresspassing NSB, not to start a gunfight. In my persective I didn't shoot at the other players, rather I shot beside them as a warning shot. In the clip I was point blank at them. If I had to intention to kill them I could've, but I didn't. I can understand the misinterpretation of my intent in the clip, the other side assumed the hostile fire, but it was a roleplay misunderstanding. I was trying to escalate the roleplay realistically firing warning shots which did not damage the players or kill them. Also in the clip, they were trying to tie me, 2 of them minimum were trying to, in which I pointed my gun first, which stopped them briefly, then they followed it up by trying again in which I fired a warning shot without the intention to start a gunfight. I was not PKed immediatley after the situation, but a full day later without staff involvement at the time. I understand the time it takes for the PK's to go through, however this undermines the legitmacy of the PK as I continued roleplay throughout that day without an issue. Same with today, where I actively contributed to ongoing RP rather than avoiding or abusing the situation. Additional Information: That day had multiple conflicts, and the day before. My actions were seen out of context, uniquely escalating the tension, but in a measured way by not doing outright gunfire which I could've done and killed them if I decided to.
