I and meem have had a civil conversation, and he insisted multiple times that integrally, I shouldn't rescind this report because of an IC instance of us getting along, but honestly, the fact that I could do business that I really needed to, and that today we didn't have issues at all, I think it stands for what I wanted to change with this report. Hereby, I rescind my complaint. meem has proven that he is absolutely capable and willing to RP in a way that allows me, despite his qualms, to do as I would with any other member of IC importance, and that he wouldn't, as staff, be integrally inclined to abuse his powers against me, IC or OOC. We have come to an understanding.

meem, I couldn't care less about trying to force you to do anything. I wanted to know if you would finally let me buy my license, you called me a pedophile and ran into the ABI. Then I asked why you're doing that over staff chat, you teleported and* shot me, and I said I still didn't understand what I did to deserve that treatment. That time, you teleported to me and flung my car multiple times to kill me. I tried to ask why you actually shot me in the first place, and you blocked me. Effectively, I have no chance as a civilian across any character to get a gun license, and no chance across any character to get any kind of license or property lease, until you either get over yourself (by miracle of god) or you get swapped out of comptroller. You as a staff member should not put anyone in that position unduly, but without even regard to that, you STILL staff abused here.

P.S. I never sent any individual after you to talk to you for me, I actually did put out a literal bounty just to find you and get my license faster because I wanted that license as soon as possible, in fact today I came to my business completely ransacked and the lockers broken open, meaning whatever was valuable enough to keep in was probably taken. The containers were also lockpicked. This wasn't a means of harassment at all, especially when I'm not aware you don't want to talk at all, nor would I have a reason to believe it either. I wanted money, I wanted to make money, roleplay as a business owner and lawful gun owner so I could safely run a business, and for whatever reason you totally disagreed with that idea.

You didn't chastise me though, you literally shot me. You asked me what kind of retardation I had, then shot me. I next said in @ "I legitimately don't know what I did wrong", then you took my ticket, and more than likely, YOU, used the ticket's quick buttons to goto, then fling me around in my car and blow me up, instead of actually promptly explain what I might have done that you felt the need to not talk to me at all. You addressed me as Codda in character. Not a big deal, except that in tandem with everything else you did, you kept Codda, my discord, as the name in mind when you decided to say I, Codda, am specifically barred from ever getting a gun license. That's an out of character punishment, used ICly, for literally no reason. You not wanting to talk to me, is very easy to express, but when you DON'T talk, it implies I did something worse than catch you in a bad mood. This means you're either holding out on why you wouldn't speak to me, or you're very, very childish, and wanted to make something out of nothing. And, dare I say, you're emotional about this, because literally none of this had to do with you as a person, until you decided to make it about me as a person. I have no interests in fighting, arguing or embarrassing you, but you felt any or all of those ways because you just didn't know how to say "no, I don't want to talk about this right now", or "No, I'm busy". You're obviously either mad at me for something, or find me annoying OOCly. I don't bother you ICly. My DMs with you were entirely business oriented, and I just wanted to do business, but you were so, so keen on making sure I couldn't do that, by giving me the silent treatment for no reason, and then abusing your IC power for me being annoying to you OOC, then abusing your staff powers to punish me for trying to find out what happened that made you act SO drastically. Somebody who actually does business with you might actually know something about you. Let's ask him. So which is it? Do you not like the frequency of me asking you over the course of two days, three times, with no response to any of those times? Or is it because you like to fuck with me for OOC reasons?

P.S. I'm almost certain physgun related damage is recorded in logs. At least in most sandbox servers I play.

meem, let me make this clear; None of what I did was to try and embarrass you, none of what I wanted was to be an ass. I legitimately just wanted to buy my gun license, extend my lease and get a fishing license too. I needed the comptroller for three days because my business kept getting raided by random civilians with guns and lockpicks. All because I use my warehouse, and had exactly one employee so far. That was the IC incentive, and even then, I reached out to you a total of three times regarding the gun license, over two days, no response on any single one of them. You are THE ONLY PERSON that I can go to for any of this, and now you've blocked me for trying to go to you for any of this. You quite literally said no to me trying to get a gun license, for trying to get a gun license. But that's all IC. Here's the bigger issue, and probably the only material one; you used your staff powers to, instead of actually talk to me like another person just trying to play the server; teleport and shoot me, then fling my car when I ask what I did wrong.

that's funny cause you first teleported and shot me point blank, that ticket was recorded and so the logs should be present on where that happened secondly, you took my ticket, didn't address the situation and instead opted to ravage my car with your physgun and kill me

Hello, I am the one who PK'd you. I was actually unaware until isaiah told me who you are, and I think you're worth giving a second chance for this kind of thing, given you came from diverge, and usually a lot of rules transfer flat to nutscript servers, and nobody would expect, coming from diverge, that initiating a gunfight against citizens, especially just to incapacitate as an officer will get you PK'd. I actually just thought you were trying to shoot me for no reason here. I feel like you should be let back, but under a different name, so the people doing the murder investigation against me can continue, but you can still get to come back and do as you've done. If staff are cool with this, you deserve a second chance, especially knowing who you are.

the way you described that potential for a staff interaction is exactly how most staff sits go in my experience, not that I'd be like that myself I don't intend on using my mic very often if I am made staff, unless people just keep yelling and I need to shut people up for a second, but I usually type as staff so people can see without misunderstanding or mishearing me when I tell them what the case is and how they can handle it if somebody got RDM'd, showed me a clip and it was legitimate, the first thing I would do is comp that person, ask them to be quiet and let me handle the RDMer, copy RDM'ers steam ID, bring him to the sit room and see how he conducts himself; from there two things can happen; 1. I punish the RDMer based on if he was disrespectful, shooting in the staff room or RDM'd the victim again (beginning with looking at his notes first), if he LTAPs it gets worse for him 2. I talk to the RDMer about what he did, tell him not to do that again, tell him how to avoid a situation like that if necessary and note him if it felt like an intentional thing, or ban him if he had a history.

being forced to argue my integrity over how I sound isn't fun, and looking at accepted applications led me to believe the better choice is not to fill the gaps with empty words you cannot find everything out you want to know about me in 150 or 300 words, maybe if you asked for specific things like the benefits and downsides or a more linear method we might actually get somewhere, but I feel like it would be incredibly inflated to force in a hundred or two hundred more words than necessary and within my nature, you guys know how I talk, and I can talk plenty, the issue is if I have nothing to work on I'll end up blabbering about worthless details or superficial things about how I would act as a staff membere as for the lack of understanding, the only things I do not understand are how you guys can see it fit to choose subjectively what is or is not against the rules based on how you feel and what you had for lunch, I would much rather a solid, set standard for how to treat players both based on their past as well as what they're doing in the moment, which in my experience as staff on historia and other ww2 servers has led to a rather long healthy career until the owners fuck up really badly or decide not to listen to me when I tell them to ban certain individuals that are an open problem for the server, and even when that happens I don't crash out, I just stop playing, I do not have the energy for that kind of stuff, I'm either here for you or I'm gone also, the GOLDEN rule about staff and understanding their say; what UA says goes, disagreement is not a factor in how you play, it's only a feeling

you type like a fifth grader and your argument sounds kind of weak being that you haven't even figured out what these petty and stupid shits are, I've made mistakes and I'm owning up to them here but then I get dogged on for it in manners like this where I just want to try helping you guys out for once that being said, the initial attitude of staff members in general is usually what pushes the mood for other staff to act in line with, so I'll say you effectively chose the outcome by being low effort on your own and not really giving a fuck about the context or potential for even letting me be a trial mod, having been in this server since the literal start and done quite a bit to open the roleplay as it is right now, but not in ways I can say without metagame
