I was with the gendarmerie outside the room with the prator in it. A gendarmerie officer drops a gun and I say "Is this gun for me?" The Prator proceeds to walk out of the room after hearing me through doors and an entire room full of people talking. He asks "who said that" and I said me, he then tells Kaiser Garde to take me to the there headquarters and execute me. I was supposed to be shot in a firing squad but no one was there. The Admin then told me that I was going to get PK'd and he banned my character. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I beleive my PK unjustified because all I did was ask "is this gun for me". And there is no way that he could have possibly heard me over a crowd of people and multiple doors. This could have simply been avoided by telling me to quiet down or get further away from the room. The situation PK was also carried out unformaly with me originally getting PK'd by a firing squad. But when we reached the Kaisergarde Headquarters there were no Enlisted to execute me so the admin just banned my character. Additional Information: How did this guy hear me over so many people and a wall?

I was trying to remove myself without being PK'd as I knew what would happen if I died. I had no clue where Hinterland was and took no actions to try and capture or kill him. Additional Information: Jack Hinterland lead a raid on the MOI. The NSB were about to commence an opperation to kill him. However when the NSB were leaving the MOI Hinterland Raided the MOI and went to Paradise. on his way out, Hinterland then punched a member of the interior to get them to move before he was shot.

Hello, I was the staff member who issued your PK, firstly I wanna say why I did PK your character. The reason leading to your Characters PK was because you failed to follow Fear RP rule #1 "While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor." And since you did not stop moving and failed to follow the issuence of order you were then shot, as per instence you saying they have no jurisdiction literally doesn't matter. They could walk into the pathenon and detain a member of the crown, whats stopping them? A PK, they could do that as a way of being corrupt. Them consistently breaking into the ICC is on you, as you do say it is your JOB to police the Military and ensure the security standards are met. Also, someone can Insult you within RP they could just outright bewilder you but if they start insulting your heritage or your wellbeing then its against the rules all words can be said in RP. Also by provocation you could have just detained them for trespassing or failure to follow an order but all you did was just follow them and tell them to leave with no real threat placed on them. Is it a PK bait, no, you're police officers, you could have very easily chased them and fined them, if not detained them and prosecuted them. INSTEAD OF SHOOTING THEM. Hello, apologies for the late response. I will first comment on the PK itself. You are correct in saying that I cannot PK a CO+; however, I was permitted to do so by Administrator R4ged, something I did in fact mention in your sit. Secondly, on your argument that this was PK Bait, which is indeed not allowed. Although the passenger suggested that Jack ram your vehicle, it is clear that he was attempting to overtake you safely until you swerved in his path in an attempt to stop his vehicle. Therefore, I do not believe this is PK Bait. Finally, regarding the gunfight situation. Even if you were attempting to shoot at Jack's vehicle, you were in fact still shooting at him, as you were shooting in a vehicle he was actively operating. Even if you were attempting to shoot out his tires, you could have blown up the vehicle and killed him; hence, this is considered a gunfight against Jack. Regarding the fact that he killed you ~10s after you actually shot him, and that "upon the time of me being shot: I was not at all shooting myself." This does not change the fact that Jack was responding to you initiating a gunfight with him; he simply moved to cover before returning fire, which is a reasonable action. I believe I responded to all of your points. If I have missed any, please feel free to remind me, and I will do so.

So when they tried to detain me because I was trying to escort them out, they had no power or right to do so, as NSB we're only permitted to do dossiers at the time. +I don't see how its a PK, when they started to come back, there was a large distance between us as they had guns out, yet on safety. So they were nearly at the main gate of the ICC (inside the compound), and I was halfway to the Benderblock, and they only started chasing me then. +No Provocation, I did not stur anything up, rage bait, I was just following them, in the ICC, as per orders, as per its my JOB. And just want to say one thing, I didn't have a gun out, I didn't have anyone forcing them or screaming at them. I was just following them around the ICC, as they we're meant to be with NSB OFFICERS yet they were just walking around, and these three enlisted members were escorted out by myself and a team before this, yet they came back in, by garage or sewers to just rage bait which is clearly not attempting to do IC or roleplay.

Explain why you were PK'd: We were fighting the military in the streets of Berlin. with Guard towers, pillboxes, and checkpoints everythng. I was ordered to scout, report back, and take out enemy officers if I could. While scouting and reporting in, I came under fire and killed two officers. I kept up some guerrilla fighting to thin their numbers, shot at a few more, and got taken out. After that, I was banned from the character. When I asked staff why, they said it was because I shot at a prisoner. I told them I was using an MP40 at range and couldn’t tell if anyone was a prisoner, but they just told me to appeal.
