I was AFK. They weren't. They were involved in Mass RDM. There is no such thing as just declaring a war on a Government faction and getting the ability to murder them all. This wasn't a civil war between NHC; this was you minging and committing MRDM.

Hi. I banned you because you were running around shooting at everybody in a Kaisergarde uniform because you "declared war" on the Kaisergarde. You can not just "declare war" on a faction to go around and kill them all. No, even if they agree. Because I did not agree, nor did @AUGUSTUS, yet we were both shot at whilst on our Kaisergarde characters because "I declared war". So, just so we're clear, you were 100% in the wrong. Now, I'll talk about why I decided to issue the ban: Initially, I was going to warn you. However, I checked your previous notes/bans. You have 4 notes for RDM, and 1 for MRDM. You have 2 bans for RDM, and 2 for MRDM (Not counting this ban). This makes no less than 8 separate RDM related offences. This is NOT a DarkRP server. This is a serious Roleplay server. Regardless; I could put the previous offences aside, since they are all rather old. But you categorically refused to apologise, or to admit you were in the wrong. You continued to argue that it was valid to start a Team Death Match on our server because you "Declared" war on a government faction. Even now, you are disputing the ban instead of apologising. Go take a break and come back when you learn what the word "Roleplay" means. -1

Hi, I'm the Administrator that banned you. After reviewing the clip provided at the time and bringing you to an admin sit you admitted that you killed the player making the ticket against you because he "annoyed" you. The clip showed him driving by in his car, stopping his vehicle while remaining inside and you, hovering just inside the entrance of the Kontinental Hotel, arming your weapon and then shooting him. Although you said he had been attempting to recruit you into his faction more than once, I explained to you that it is not a valid reason to kill someone because they simply annoy you, especially without a proper escalation of the situation or as a final resort after exhausting other forms of RP options. I then took a look at your previous offenses and bans which were extensive, Including the most recent note that was also for RDM. I then choose to be lenient with you banning you only for a single day with a direction to review the rules of our community. I think a 1 day ban reflects incredible leniency given your history of past offenses and considering that the ban will be lifted this coming morning, (its almost midnight now) I see no need for the ban to be lifted. Malice in players out of character is completely intolerable, I only see who did what. Insults have no meaning, I couldn't care less until somebody actually does something wrong. Also, I know very well how to handle disputes and where the burden of evidence lies. If something can be proven in logs, then unless a reasonable doubt has or can be established, it is therefore proven (I.e. somebody headshot and killed 8 people but nobody clipped it). I know the right and wrong things to ask about proving a situation had occurred, and the implication of immediate guilt for somebody who knows they've done guilty is enough to save the time and effort of dealing with a retard for another 2 hours. We've had a lot of such situations in Historia specifically, because people believed it was more hardcore ww2 germany than prometheus. Speaking of which, these "crusader" types are fairly easy to recognize and pick out as well. I've dealt with them quite a lot being on the unpopular servers, actors of all kinds who would spew a world of racially charged nonsense and slurs to no end after being told they are not allowed to run terrorist groups or refer to real world individuals with their names. I want to clarify; I have a certain level of tolerance for silly names because I myself enjoy the privilege of bearing them, just having a fun or clever name is enough to keep me around usually. They help to remind me where I am, that I am here with other people to have fun. At the end of the day, this has always been a game and it's dangerous to make too much out of it, which is why I've also learned the patterns of a tired or stressed player to learn how to deal with them instead of banning them outright. [150 Words or more]: As staff, I would give notes, warnings and bans to those who offend or break the rules at the expense or risk of roleplay quality, especially if they do it maliciously. My job is to make sure that nobody's making habits of bad shit either; baiting (for PK or deathmatch), harassment (OOC) or failrp (remembering after death, mentioning real world within IC context, taking information from out of character). I do not like rule lawyering or loopholing. I know what this looks like, and I will address it sternly. I will not validate or void anything without the appropriate permissions, even if it's completely within parameters of voiding.
