i dont see why they would add this over the current system, i personally like arc9 alot more but you really havent given ANY reason as to why it'd actually be better within the server over the current system. The current system works fine and has damage values aswell as crippling you when being shot in the leg. Why would they go through all that effort to change to arc9 because 'you like it' -1 from me dawg

This guy is a bit of a troll, but hes a good person. He genuinely doesn't do anything besides act a bit goofy at times, I love beast mode and whenever i see him it always brings a smile to my face. I also, cannot find any rules regarding pressing the pantheons buttons, so im not sure why exactly he was banned in the first place? Beast Mode is a goat, he's a struggling single dad trying to raise his special needs son in Berlin, give the man a break. +1

That makes sense, but for places like the ICC theyre already *IN* the map, you just cant spawn them yourself. your hatred of sandbags in the RS and other places is understood but just because they dont fit in there doesnt mean they dont fit elsewhere. we still have sandbag props but theyre honestly awful to use as they use some sort of grid system but dont interlock how theyre supposed to, I think allowing other tools such as the cameras, 3D2D textscreen, and lamps will give builders more freedom, and in regards to server crashes im sure it couldnt be hard to figure out WHO is doing it and permanently ban them, even if they make another account theyd still have to buy props again which is simply more money in the servers pockets, i mean it seems like a win win to me. I feel like the majority of trolls on the server have either lost interest or simply joined the community in their own little way, you still get random civilians joining but they dont do much besides act like morons.

Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. Show your logs of him being restrained because all of the konsulguard had their guns out? You cant detain someone while having your gun out. He had his gun out off of safety pointed at both 2 high ranking officials including the vicekonsul and there is reason to believe vicekonsul was going to be under distress soon anyway. I shot him for moving and not complying with the detainment with his gun out OFF OF SAFETY

No, you killed a user who was actively being restrained whilst he was outnumbered. You caused a gunfight, it is extremely clear cut and simple. You RUINED a RP Scenario.

I was literally in the corner during the "he just started a gunfight" He was not being detained they both had guns out at each other aswell. That clip btw seems very subtle its almost like there is more to the story than that and you must need a full encounter to ban me. there was more to that clip after. The suspect had his gun out and was failing to comply so I shot him. This clip is cut out so you can't even see the next encounter's after that, notice how during all of this I stayed alive and actually was talking to people! But too bad you want me banned so bad by harassing me in the walls everywhere!

Here is some background: I was inside the office prior and it was in a lockdown. There was a big conflict between the KG, prime minister and vicekonsul. They started threatening each other with enlisted KG members pulling rifles at vicekonsul head and the enlisted shot one of the konsulguards; so the vicekonsul obviously tried to detain him. It ended up in a showdown of both the vicekonsul and enlisted kg member pulling rifles at each other's head in the prime minister's office. So since some of my colleagues and other department LAPO wouldn't do the job; I blew the guy's head off. Then with the assistance of vicekonsul we tried detaining all of them, it ended up in a massive gunfight ultimately resulting in almost both parties in that room dead besides a few. No one has the fucking right to pull a gun on both the prime minister and vicekonsul and they should've been shot at first anyway (ESPECIALLY ENLISTED KG). I received vouches from both parties INCLUDING the KG and my own men who were outside discussing another conflict/gunfight outside the MOI during lockdown. Vixx has been in the walls all day following me and commenting IC infront of generals and I have several vouches including those generals. Invalid. The reported staff member didn't use OOC language in IC chat, and even if they did that isn't meta gaming its just poor RP - and invalidates any sort of PK that could have happened. Also if you continue to harass staff members in DM's because you don't get an instant response from us you will be banned from making support tickets and appeals.

You know I’m allowed to retaliate with a report? There is no rules broken in that case and also I am a player, not a staff. I have an audio threatening me with a PK when you were in an IC character so you could legit get banned for metagaming. Too bad staff love you here but I think this would look good in the denied section of here to show how bad of an admin you are. Both you and your friend made remarks saying “pk him” and “okay, so you will be pked” you realize pk is serious and that term shouldn’t be loose. You also are an admin so metagaming should be the last thing you are doing, hopefully staff open their eyes to this situation.

Hi there, thank you for continuing this and moving it to a more appropriate Forum. During a situation within the Reichstag, you were being tied whilst under gunpoint - during which you pulled out a gun and killed somebody before then being killed. I passed comment to another Moderator about how "He'll be PK'd." and "Thats fine.". You were not 'threatened' with it at any point, nor were you actually spoken to about it directly as you claim. It is also worth mentioning that when this was remarked, you were on your 5th or 6th occasion to attempt to kill myself and other members of the Guard Group, in retaliation, as it was obvious you were not going to get into the Party Wing. I think given these reasons, you have absolutely no grounds to comment on Unrealistic Roleplay or NITRP. Comments made by myself and the Moderator were invalid and baseless. We knew we were involved, and had also mentioned it. A PK would not be, and was not issued due to these reasons. Not once did I 'Encourage a PK', neither did I say "PK Him" or "If you do not listen you will be PK'd.". It had absolutely zero connection to your 1d Ban, which has already been clarified by UA. Stop Messaging, Calling and Pinging me incessantly on Discord since your ban. Relax. I will refrain from replying further, as I do not care to be constantly contacted by yourself. Instead; however, you took matters into your own hands by disconnecting from the server which is a violation of our rules (LTARP = Leaving to Avoid Roleplay). While you are correct that talking about someone being PKd through voice-chat is a metagame violation, that is a separate issue than this ban appeal. It appears there was a misunderstanding of the situation that led to your ban at first within this appeal, and once you understood the tone of the appeal shifted to what appears to be a dispute instead of an apology. No one said "PK Him" during this clip. You were detained and were going to be taken to a cell as I had explained over Radio. - I never said "I am going to PK you." but rather that something you done could be Pk'able. I cannot act on that as I was involved in the situation and it would not be at my discretion. You have not been PK'd. Nobody Metagamed, you simply left the server after being detained. The points you are making are totally irrelevant to your 'Apology' as this seems more like a 'Dispute'. I believe the 1D Ban was justified and that you should take the time to reset.

This is irrelevant. I thought you were banning me about something entirely different, I only logged because he said “PK him” and that is something I don’t want to happen. He can’t be saying that and I logged out of fear. You can't threaten a PK on someone and since you were IC as well, you can't either just as much as that guy. I think I might be taking further action if this isn't solved correctly because that is really fucked up to be saying. also your clip legit shows someone metagaming and they should be banned as well. “PK him” is totally OOC and invalidates any PK and should be a ban on the player since PK is serious metagame. Also, I have a clip of you saying “im gonna pk you” when you were in your IC char so I could possibly get you banned as well.
