Second thing I want to apologize for is shooting you in the head clearly that wasn't a smart, move and honestly despite the situation being chaotic, I shouldn't resort to pulling a gun and shooting you as a option. When I saw you shoot one of my men, I wasn't thinking rationally, and that only caused more problems than actually solving anything. The final thing I want to apologize about causing a scene over what was clearly nothing at the time I was upset over something really stupid and its clear to me now that I'm in the wrong so again my apologies for any problems that I may have caused even after the ban. Additional Information: If I missed anything let me know but so far this is all that I remember happening.

+1 Very likable guy when you get to know him and definitely someone who would do good in this position.

+1 I was there and they shot at us first, this was an unfair ban.

Character's name & rank: Muller Gruller SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:603111005 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): James Explain why you were PK'd: I got arrested by military for hiding in a bush and was sent to the feld cells. Then a feld member started asking me questions and once he was done he left the cells and brought his general then the general ask me some questions before he shot me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I'm the owner of a kag faction and the leader of a mafia (black coats). My mafia is actually engaging in roleplay and keep things fun but now that my character is PK'd, I won't be able to fund my faction anymore and my business will die out without because none of my employees have the money to pay for the rent. Additional Information: PK's are supposed to be last resort, the general who PK'd me didn't put in any effort to take me to a court trial or anything, just shot me.

It's no problem at all man and I accept your apology

Character's name & rank: Hauptkommissar Hans Gruller ll SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:603111005 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): xKyqnite Explain why you were PK'd: I didn't hear the command for me to stop, and I had guns pointed at me, so I was shot for not listening. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I couldn't hear him over all the screaming and when I finally did notice someone arresting me, I turned around and stopped then I was shot by him way too quickly. I felt like he was too fast to shoot even when I didn't have a weapon out and even when I did stop, he ended up shooting me anyways also the military were helping us arrest that man and when lapo started arresting us they came to back us which made the lapo outnumbered so idk if fear rp can be used in this instance and if It can than that's my fault and I'll learn from it. Additional Information: A friend told me that only admins can PK officers. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kS6NFq8D0yq3hkU2S?invite=cr-MSxQUmQsMjQ0OTc3MzIx&v=68 (Officer view) https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/kS6TUrUMW6WjUEanL?invite=cr-MSxzNU4sMzU0NzgyMzYw&v=44 (civilian view)

Your Name: lildrama08 SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:603111005 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Apology Which staff member banned you?: Major Whoreson How long is your ban for?: Permanent Why were you banned?: Giving guns to civilians and using Alt accounts Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:I Hello, I was around a while back when we still used gilded, my reputation wasn’t very good. I will admit I did do some dumb things and got myself banned a couple times. I’m here to ask for a final chance to settle into this community and to just fix up my reputation one final time. I miss having fun on this server, I miss all the unique people on it, the chill staff and mostly the roleplay. I would love to take over a faction with my friends and just put out a name for myself through the RP. I understand that my ban was appropriate for giving guns to civilians and encouraging unapproved raids. I was bored and acted like a minge, which I quickly realized was a mistake. If I am unbanned, I will enjoy the server without breaking any rules or mingy behavior. And I’m sorry to the people I have pissed off in the past. Additional Information: If anyone has any questions please ask and I will happily answer in this forum.

my bad I fixed it

sorry I'll try to fix it cause for some reason the colors are changing on their own I'll also edit it and try to make it better
