Yes, again i acknowledge my fault in this matter and realize i did the wrong thing, from my perspective the Feldjager kept hitting me i told him to stop or i would LTAP and he kept so i did, again this ban was justified and i am not arguing it wasnt, i am just bored and want to start playing again

Hey I was the Staff Member that banned you, I do not remember the situation specifically but I can definitely say when I give out a ban its not light heartendly, I thoroughly try to investigate the root cause of the issues so rather than me trying to not give you a chance. explain to me specifically - Why you should be unbanned, or a shortened punishment period. -The reasoning behind your actions, with as much info as you can. -Why do you wish to come back? I dislike banning people, so let me understand your perspective truly as I don't mind people playing on the server. I just wish for you and the other players in the server to maintain a level of RP realism that everyone can enjoy.

That rule is to prevent people from boycotting server rules, attempting to force 'changes', etc. (Ex. All NHC decide they want custom playermodels else they'll leave the community). It is not meant for boycotting/unions/etc. in the roleplay environment.

There is a difference between changing the day-to-day roleplay of an individual and changing the sway of roleplay. Once you have standards going like the NSB manhunting you or the military and interior banding together to stop you, you aren't changing the way the server is played. Once you take what is irregular and make it regular you become officialized.

I get that, and we really were. We made and distributed propaganda, kidnapped high ranking officials and incited riots etc. We have clips of some of it, and if you read back far enough, you'll find some of it too. For awhile I'd say we did have a genuine impact on the streets of Berlin. I was just kinda asking, not trying to be disrespectful to staff ofc I know they are busy. Just inquiring why

You just gotta be really unique and special to get approved. Once you really change the impact of roleplay do you get approved.

I made a faction application months ago for the Agorist Party, a really cool faction me and a few friends started and it was quite successful, despite never being approved (with several admin/mod upvotes viewed positively by the community). We even made it into several docs in the discord and were outright named publicly in several cases. Are factions just not approved anymore or is there a cap? I'm curious as to why such an active, well reviewed faction never got the time of day. I just returned to playing semi-actively after a few months away.
