My primary motivation for joining the staff team is to help improve the community by taking tickets, fixing issues, and ensuring the players get the best roleplaying experience without hiccups. I am familiar with the rules and have an excellent grasp on what they entail, and I'm willing to enforce them when required. In my own words, the staff member's job is to ensure players are adhering to the rules for everyone to experience properly functioning roleplay. While rule enforcement is necessary, not every situation calls for heavy-handed punishment. If a player is simply confused or made a mistake, the role of the staff member is to guide them, tell them what they did wrong, and essentially teach them how the server works. [150 Words or more]: As a representative of the community, it's important for a staff member to maintain a sense of respectfulness and professionalism. In dealing with tickets, answering questions, and resolving player inquiries, patience, communication, and calmed demeanor are essential. An approachability and understanding nature keeps the server a welcoming place. It is necessary to have a basis of understanding with the community members, and other team members. This allows for the fluidity of the server to be maintained. I was banned for pressing the Pantheon Button. I will say in fairness I did press the button, but it was out of ignorance. See I have never been in the KG, so as soon as I entered the base for the first time ever I looked to my right and saw a building I had never seen before. Myself and 2 others went to investigate and that’s when I ultimately hit the button… As soon as I heard the broadcast going I began saying on my mic “oh I fucked up@, not even realizing when I had pressed. That’s when I was frozen and banned for two weeks by xKyqnite. I’m not attempting to bad mouth xKyqnite, for all he knew I was either a minge or someone who knew exactly what they were doing. In this case I absolutely didn’t know that button even broadcasted, I was just pressing E on the Valhalla stuff and everything else but it was honestly out of pure ignorance. I had contacted xKyqnite to explain to clarify that it was just a honest mistake so now I’m officially appealing. I told xKyqnite that I would sit my two week ban if needed to, but was hoping for it to be removed or shortened, I know now I was wrong but honestly had I know before about that room I wouldn’t have pressed anything. Because the Finnish force brigade in the Marines was too effective and had to go.

It was removed a good half a year or more ago. It was because their operations made no sense. Berlin is not a coastal city. Why would you have Navy stationed in a non-coastal city?

I wrote that in my first reply, and UA can see from the logs that the ban time was changed immediately. You cannot simply assume it is 'until I made this appeal'. An error occurred that set it to 2 Weeks instead of 1. you literally said I was being banned for 2 days for GB 1 because the song broke GB1, I didn't say I played the song afterwards, I said I was just playing it then you gagged me which I didn't see and I didn't know what was going on, and you never mentioned NITRP until after I was banned which you literally did it for 2 weeks until I made this appeal which is shitty, you didn't inform me of any other rules. and after I wrote in OOC you muted me perm immediately after which is interesting too

As I said, the song was played whilst the gag was about to be administered, not afterwards. I gave you all relevant information in the sit and did not add 'NITRP' after you wrote in /OOC. We literally argued in the sit room about GB1 and you didn't say how to avoid this you just said I was being banned for GB1 and told me to appeal at the fourms. Also no I didn't play a song after being gagged, the whole thing was me just playing ye and you got mad and tried to gag and mute me, I didn't know what was going on, all I did was play a song. During the staff sit all you did was just say I broke gb1 and I was being banned for 2 days, nobody had a problem with me playing it other than you and idk how you can be triggered by a ye song and if you are you need to take a long look in the mirror. Then you got mad I insulted you and extended my ban with NITRP which doesn't even make sense.

Please also amend your 'Why were you Banned' section to include the full reason which is - GR 1 | 4.8 | NITRP At no point did we argue, I simply stated the rules you had broke and how to avoid this in the future. I was not at all angry, myself and an Administrator had Gagged you for 10 Minutes due to you breaking Rule 4.8 - Voice Spam -. Whilst the Gag was being administered, you thought it would be a good idea to play a song which included lyrics such as 'Heil Hitler'. I pulled you into a sit room and explained that doing so was a breach of GR 1, as well as 4.8 due to voice spam. you should have known these actions were not allowed and a clear cause of discomfort to other players. You remained in the Sit Room for approx. 3 minutes whilst I wrote your Ban Reasoning, during which time you used /OOC to call me a 'fag'. Hence the extension from what was going to be a 2D ban to a 1W ban. In regards to you supposedly witnessing a member of our staff team do similar, it does not allow you to break the rules.
