Hello, There was a large group of military personnel marching out of the ICC side gate in a single-file line. As they were making their way toward the church, you drove your vehicle directly into the formation. You already have a lengthy list of prior offenses, including a previous ban for MVDM. You claimed that you did not see the soldiers; however, if that were true, why were you driving at such a high speed toward a large wall where the group was clearly visible? That explanation does not make sense to me. Based on the evidence and your prior history, I found the action to be reckless and so I gave you a 5 day ban.

You conviently left out the actual part of your death, in which 8 members of the LAPO were running you down ordering you to stop and you then pulled a pistol and shot at us, you obviously lost that ordeal and got flattened. While I was speaking to to the Oberst, I told you to stay quiet otherwise I would remember that you shouldn't be waking up. That was my little hint to you that you just got shot, respawned, and were under NLR while ALSO having full grounds to just go ahead and PK you for being heavily outgunned and refusing arrest. You not only already deserved to be PK'd (I was just being nice) you were also breaking NLR. I then gave you a further warning to cease, and you didn't. So you were PK'd. Denied.

Hello, I am the individual who banned you, throughout this, if im correct there was another part to your ban, and you were not only shooting people but when I had you frozen, you then logged, you were originally only going to be kicked, and then you decided to quit the game, forcing my hand to ban you. In the case of its late and was just messing around isnt appliable. There were multiple things going on at the time and it needs to be taken seriously, expecially when the pop was decently high. I wont be revoking your ban, but now you know for next time in the case of something like this. Leaving a situation when frozen is never acceptable and that is when it goes from one thing, to another. If you have any question or wanted to go more in depth to the situation, feel free.

If you want to apologise, I suggest you at be honest about why your ban is now Permanent. You attempted to ALT Evade two hours ago, not even 24hrs after your ban was issued. Trying to circumvent your ban with an ALT is a breach of Global Rule 11.

When I first started playing on the server I did not take it very seriously, however I have matured since then and have quite enjoyed my time since starting to take it seriously. I have only had 2 notes in the past 3 months and that was for powergaming and an unauthorized raid. For the unauthorized raid note, it was later in the day and I was genuinely just messing around, however since having it explained to me I do understand the difference between the two and have learned from the experience. For the powergaming note, I was arrested and in NSB cells and had to leave. I messaged the guy who had me in the cells that I had to leave but would be back later, and he agreed to it. Once I logged back in after some time, I messaged him again to let him know, but another member of the NSB released me. It was not meant in an intentional way, however it has been explained to me to contact UA if I need to leave while in a RP situation. Secondly, another duty of a staff member is to provide assistance to players who ask for that or who need help because of being new and unfamiliar with the server's system. Sometimes it is needed to help the user understand something, instead of punishing them. Also, staff members are supposed to monitor the server to stop potential issues and keep the order in the community. Because they were in the office holding out, they were not NHC or PK active. All NHC at the time had been PK active and anyone who had attempted to PK them were also active. I went through the logs, everyone who had died when breaching the office was PKd. PK Request Denied.

I, as well as several Feldjagers, ran and drove down the road beside Lester's cigar shop, whilst LAPO were shooting at us with MP40's. While they were shooting at us, I escaped into an alleyway with a broken leg, and only a sliver of health left, I started applying a splint so I could continue running. At this time, I was out of line of sight with the LAPO, and I believed them to be much farther down the road, still firing at the Feld. I walked further into the alley, gun drawn still applying the splint, at which point a LAPO officer rounded the corner from behind the warehouse and shot me. I respawned in the ICC to see a LAPO and NSB talking to an Oberst, whom they apparently saw raid the LAPO station and then run all the way back to the ICC. I said "And do you have any proof?" directed towards the LAPO member, at which point he threatened to, I believe his words were "if you keep talking Ill have to remember what you did at the warehouse." After he said that he shot at the Oberst, I said "So you attempted to kill an Oberst??" At which point he said I was going to be taken into a sit, and I was. In the sit, I asked to be shown a clip or any evidence of what I did wrong, which was ignored, and I was just told to appeal. I don't believe I started the gunfight, and I meant no disrespect to you, Whoreson, I didn't know that Landespolitzei was you. I genuinley did not fire my weapon first, I have a clip of the first shot fired in that entire interaction, and it was either LAPO or Feld.
