Hi, you were NHC PKed by the Panzermarschall following information to him provided by the Legatus. From what I remember their reason for PKing you was being the officer in charge of an attack on the flaktower resulting in your capture. Following this you were interrogated by the legatus in which you allegedly admitted to leading an assault. I can no longer find the clip for this. Now reviewing the situation later and being unable to find the clip I no longer feel you should be PKed. I have contacted the Legatus and the Panzermarschall sharing this post asking if they would comment on their reason for PKing you.

Firstly, you were banned for MRDM | Starting Gunfights your killing of the individual lead to a mass shooting killing multiple individuals disrupting roleplay leading to a MRDM addition. Secondly, you are lying in the sit you also stated "I had killed a guy I believed had shot me and not killed me turns out I was wrong" after we told you that this was the worse excuse since he was one of the few individuals in the server with a custom model you shouted that he should "CLOCK IN" killing him in the sit in reference to the players role on Diverge Networks. Not only did you know exactly what you were doing you are harrassing a member of the community showing you have zero intent to roleplay on our server. Lastly, I was originally going to ban you for 2 weeks however I felt this was too harsh despite your causing a Mass Gunfight, RDMing, RDMing in a sit, LTAPing, showing NITRP, and harassing a member of the community. After watching your side of the incident you got mistaken for the individual in the clip I attached that started opening fire, and you shouldnt of been banned, my apologies for not taking you to a sit at the time I believed you were just randomly RDMing.

The reason the other individual wasn't banned was due to you being the one who started the gunfight and being the only one who killed individuals, and your previous offences of RDM, and NITRP. Which you also admit to in your appeal. You are disputing the amount of time you were banned for being 10days which was issued due to your previous offences of 2 bans, and 2 notes all of which were given for RDM, or NITRP all of which also were given this month. You've been given plenty of opportunities to change your behaviour on the server and chose not too which is why a ban of 10 days was given. Additionally, it doesnt matter if it was a serious roleplay situation or not, the server at all times except for in a sitroom is in roleplay and RDM, and going around shouting your a Na zi (Which stopped years ago now) is just ruining that roleplay.

The NSB came to the gate to serve a PCO on an Feldjager, they then forced entry into the ICC resulting in an enlisted being detained by myself, the NSB then forced themselves further into the BB attempting to find myself which they failed, at no point did they get my name, just a simple description being that I was Male 09 officer in the Heer, with an MP28. We then executed two members of the NSB at the back of the BB with no witnesses, I then disposed of the bodies in a Citroen Truck, and was soon shortly captured, taken to the LF changing rooms and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe I should be unPKed due to the lack of evidence and roleplay surrounding my death. As shown in this clip there was a minute between the Korpsleiter showing up and my death, they didn't attempt to dossier, extract information, try and use dirt on me to make me a spy or perform really any roleplay around my detainment other than my death even when the Korpsleiter himself said he wanted the Generalmajor to go down for what happened. Secondly, they had zero evidence of anything, they didn't even know the NSB individuals were dead only that a gunshot was heard, they didnt even find the body shown by it still being here after my PK.

Hi, firstly I would like to state that a PK is not done for a violation of server rules it is done for not valuing ones own life which you did while moving while under gunpoint by two individuals and being told not to move. Hi, I was the staff member that banned you. In my time spectating you as Dingleberry Buudleg and black dih-inass I witnessed you planning a MRDM, not being in character whatsoever, and encouraging over players to LTARP. The first thing you did when you joined the server was create two minge characters, followed by just minging on those characters show clear no intention to roleplay. I also believe after checking your steam account you are some form of alt account.

I dont know what happend to the clip its been cut short. But what occured is you started shooting out of the Lapo station, and then getting killed.
