Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I don't feel I deserve it, however, this is just me reaching for a chance to play more responsibly and follow server rules. Which I am capable of doing but clearly I did slip up many times in the past. I truly miss playing on the server and would like to have another chance at abiding by server rules. Additional Information: I appreciate your time reading this and am eager to hear if I approved to be unbanned. Again, I'm sorry for my past actions and I look to do better!

Accepted. After reviewing the clip, I've decided to accept your PK appeal based on the context of the situation. The individuals involved were clearly not engaging in any form of serious roleplay using phrases such as "aura farming" and the general tone of the interaction did not align with the standards of roleplay we look for on the server. The Grenadier's decision to instantly arrest someone purely for saying "aura farming" also lacked any serious roleplay foundation. But your response which was opening fire on the Grenadier was not the right course of action at all. You made no attempt to roleplay or question the arrest, as a police officer should do in that position. While I understand your perspective, escalating to gunfire without even trying to roleplay is also just attempted RDM at that point. But with that being said, given the unserious nature of the situation and those involved, I'm willing to overlook this incident and accept the appeal. However, let this serve as a clear reminder, always attempt to escalate roleplay properly. Jumping to just shooting straight away without any form of roleplay interaction will never be the right answer and you'll just get yourself into situations like this. Next time, focus on roleplaying the situation out, even if you suspect someone is not taking things seriously. If you think that someone is minging or trolling then simply report it to staff by making a ticket, but it's always your responsibility to maintain RP standards on your end.

Neutral leaning towards -1, You seem like a lovely nipper, however I believe you still lack the community the presence (with myself never hearing of you), I get the feeling you spread yourself quite thin with many characters over committing to a single one which makes you less recognisable. Furthermore, it would be good to expand upon the responsibilities and duties of members of staff i.e giving more examples rather than just mentioning dealing with RDM. I understand as you are new to the world of the GMod staffing this can feel a bit tougher, but go into details on what members of staff do, and I'm sure we'd be more than happy to help you understand the role better! I do appreciate the view of guidance before punishment as it is essential within the community to help us grow and get more people into it! Good luck!

I mean... It would provide ways for civs to make money that isn't mindless producing drugs for hours or having a poop store. Would also give crime family's / criminal syndicates something to do. I think if it was flushed out, it could be a good addition to the server. We always need more RP events. +1

I don't think you are a department leader because you said I quote "I might consider a department leader", and you also said I quote "In case I qualify of a department leader" You would know 100% if you are one or not and won't have to say you might consider yourself one. It doesn't work like that, to me it just sounds like you are not very sure. You would have said something in the sit if you knew you were a department leader. I don't think department leaders will start gunfights as they are smart and know not to end their characters life cause of an 'alleged minge' think about it why would department leaders' risk everything they got just on an alleged minge. They would be smart enough to not get involved by themselves.

I like the idea but it would have to be heavily moderated , perhaps UA can enter a command and the bank is eligible to be robbed. Also the cool down would have to be massive like once every 2 weeks it can be robbed this isnt Darkrp where the banks gets robbed a million times , this is the Bank in the heart of the German empire.

@JimmyJryea I was just looking at the rules for the government PK and since I might considered a department leader its stated UA needs to be present for Department Lead PK's so I brought it up incase I Qualify of a Department Leader

Oh, by the way when you said "No UA were available for the sit to give out the options for a temp PK" they didn't have to be because I can give out temp PK's but I just decided that a full PK was fit for what happened. Just wanted to share that with you but if things do change and it does change to a temp Pk or anything else well congrats to you but I'm not saying it happen. Also don't have your hopes up because you never know. @Ract

and Like I said before I'm not questioning the legitimacy of the PK as it does "technically* meet the criteria I'm asking for an appeal or lessened sentence because of the context behind it we have other forms of PK for a reason

If you really cared about not getting arrested by NSB you wouldn't have went up to a party official by yourself aiming your gun at them and try arresting them "by yourself" them up you did in front of the NSB and Kaisergard I've seen you and Agustus interact plenty of times in this manner and its always just been you joking with her which is fine I don't care about that but because your going out of your way to make a PK against me over me interrupting your joke is why im calling it out for what it is. I've been Pkd before under actual RP which is fine and I let those happen but given the context of this interaction a perm PK is overkill we have other forums of PK for a reason

I ended the interaction cause there were a few other members of the NSB at the ICC gate within eye shot of the situation and I had just shot and killed a member of the NSB even if it was in self defense I would have been arrested and that's not something i was interested in doing.

you where a moderator for like a week before being removed so your lying now about your past and you say you take your characters seriously but this whole scenario is evidence enough that you were not being serious in this moment and turned a tiny interaction that honestly was a nothing burger and would of been forgotten by everyone involved into a whole ordeal that is understandably frustrating for me and like I said before its e because I know you and Augustus are friends and you where just messing with her as a joke because I've seen "you" and other people do it before if you really where serious about arresting her you would have continued to arrest on her after you killed me but you didn't you just walked away as if the interaction never happened, which is why I'm saying given the circumstances to have me PKd over a non roleplay interaction should be enough justification to have it applead or lessened to something more fitting like a temp pk or a demotion and or name change pk if any punishment at all
