Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe if I were to be picked to become a staff member for this community, I would certainly be a strong asset for Prometheus's staff due to several reasons, including my previous experience within the community, my dedication to upholding community standards, and my overall understanding of the responsibilities of being a staff member. First things first, I would like to discuss my previous community experience. I was previously a staff member, as mentioned before, which gives me a large advantage in experience and knowledge. Because of this, I believe I would be able to uphold the rules to a higher standard, as well as having better judgment towards difficult situations where it is critical to make informed conclusions. I, as mentioned before, have a strong dedication towards holding community standards to the highest standards possible. Some ways I plan to do this include being active, showing my community dedication. Another reason I believe I have a strong dedication is because of my willingness to learn, keep my judgement consistent, and overall be the best possible staff member I can be. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a staff member include several key aspects that I believe I possess, including professionalism, kindness, calmness, consistency, and knowledge. From the standpoint of emotions and decorum, I plan to act in the most professional way possible. Some of such ways include using restraint to avoid what I might want to say, using patience and politeness to leave a positive impression on all of those I may encounter. Another part of being a staff member is being kind and empathetic, but not overly so, as it may lead to some clouding of judgment. That being said, using kind words and not insulting people is an important part of displaying maturity, as well as adding to the aura of professionalism. Keeping a cool, level head is important, especially in tense situations. Keeping a cool head is important to see the truth and not your own emotions, leading to a fairer verdict. Consistency is also important, as the punishment of one person's infraction should not be different than another person's in a similar situation. This prevents against possible bias or any other possible negative attributes of not just a staff member, but a good person in general. Knowledge is key, especially in difficult situations where a decision can be hard. Knowing is key to properly dealing with a situation, whether it be knowing what uniform a certain faction uses or a PK guideline. To help assist others in tasks they would need staff for tasks such as: model changes- the player would not be able to do it unless they were staff themselves. Promotions- it is our job to go through with promotion requests unless they are on cooldown. Putting someone in a faction- same as model changes to have someone put in a faction requires the staff team to handle it, which falls under our jobs as a staff member Upholding rules- it is our job to make sure ourselves as well as others are following server rules to ensure everyone has a good time. Punishment for infractions - People who break the rules must be dealt with, however, it must be in a fair and just way Administering PKs - Doing PKs is a large part of being a well-rounded staff member due to its necessity in certain situations, such as FearRP. These are only a few aspects, and as I further my understanding of the rules and community, I hope to learn many, many more ways to uphold the community. We are also to ensure we are holding ourselves and other staff members to the same standard that we hold the rest of the community to. Because as staff we are setting an example to those members of the community. I would also like to join because I have grown attached to this community and want to join the staff team in order to help it in the best way that I can. I would also be a good pick because I am someone who is usually active during the peak hours of RP and overall I would like to help roleplay flow with minimal interruptions. In addition to that I have been playing for a good amount of time now and believe that I am knowledgeable in the community and the way that it functions. [150 Words or more]: The duties of a staff member are to first of all make sure that everyone is abiding by the rules and enforcing them on the players when it calls for it. Also taking tickets is a large part of being staff and resolving general issues. This requires discipline and keeping composed, as you will deal with things like rule breaking but also general questions and inquiries. And I will do my best to help out with tickets in the best way I can. As a member of the staff team i would have to be respectful and fair at all times and I'm am confident that i can do so do to my experience and time with the community when not on staff i will rp as normal when im on staff i will not hold any grudges and or hatred even if ICly my character has a issue with them i will remain neutral at all times. And also while in character as a member of staff i am to be held at a higher example since in a way i represent the community so i should act in the best way that i can since people will look to me as an example in a lot of cases. And additionally members of staff need to be more than confident when enforcing the rules when it is called for. And as i was stating before they shouldn't just want to punish players but educate them in the best way that they can and explain the rules and server dynamics in the best way they can. And in situations make sure the player understands what they did wrong and explain the rules to them so they do not repeat the offense these are the qualities and the way that a staff member should conduct themselves. After speaking with @Andrewand @Browniemeisterthe PK is changed to Denied. The facts are simple. - You signed an informant agreement with the NSB - The General within the Armed Forces found out you had signed an agreement - They had tried to go to your Courts Chief and he protected you and didn't do anything - They had tried to go to the Feldmarschall and you were protected. - He then took it into his own hands and decided to shoot you after using all other options. All the reasons above make the reasons valid on why they wanted to shoot you. Regardless of your intentions sometimes you are roleplayed at, not roleplayed with. Despite the poor response given by @JürgenThis doesn't really constitute a DirkPK but more of UA Approval. Regardless of the guideline they still had the justification there. After further review, it has become clear that the information thought to have been given to the NSB had, in fact, not been given and, even more so, wouldn't have constituted "dirt" as intended by the PK guideline even if said. Character will be un-PKed and will remember nothing of the PK scene or those involved.

We won the gunfight and i dont think i was even the first person to shoot. also I didnt instegate a gun fight we were told "to get them".

I'm failing to see how someone saying that the courts are unlikely to act is dirt on yourself. That seems like a very broad statement, one that anyone is able to claim or believe without intending to "rat" you out or throw you under the bus, especially when the trial hadn't even occurred yet. Speculation isn't dirt. If the trial already occurred, and Rudolph went to the NSB saying "The whole trial was staged. He was never going to be convicted, no matter the evidence," after being told such information and disclosing it to harm you, then that'd be textbook "dirt" in my eyes. What information was said? This, as it stands, is not sufficient.

what had happened was I was arrested by NSB when somebody claimed a checkpoint I set up was illegal so they got a PCO on me and the PCO was invalid. so I denied it so I was never going with them even though I did go and be questioned after I was ordered to . so throughout that whole ordeal, it basically led to me getting some charges which they filed the warrant a day or two after then when they came to get me but they wouldn’t let them get me then the Justice minister got involved and said that the warrant was invalid and that the war courts would take precedence over the investigation. and after that the NSB came and got Rudolph and questioned him about if they were going to do anything to me when the investigation was over and they said no there was an NSB agent that came and told me about what happened when she was in there provided me with her affidavit and a PCO that was used on her. Those documents were declassified and given to me, and when he told me the story, she was ratting on me to them. And the reason they know this is because he was the one doing the interview for the PCO and said that she was divulging information about me. I then brought it out to the.Kreigsmarshall then we got a warrant on the person allowed by the Kriegsmarshall. The kriegsmarshall heard the same story from the Informant as well. The person Rudolph was questioned after the warrant was signed but nothing happened so I took it in my own hands and got the dirt pk.

I will address this point once the individual who requested the PK responds and clarifies what "dirt" was said. As Brownie mentioned, this is not a requirement for a dirt PK.
