I only really knew it was a big big thing after I killed the guy because people were swarming me and stuff trying to arrest me and I thought I did the right thing, albeit a bit too early, but I definitely didn't expect to be banned, maybe arrested or pk'd but not banned for a week. But I swear, I truly did not think it would be a big thing and I didn't know I'd be banned, if I'd known, well I wouldn't have killed the guy about to be executed.

As Ract said, a temporary PK is a far better choice, especially in this circumstance. In all honesty, when the gunfight did get initiated for him not stopping, he wasn't under fearp way until he was on the bottom of the steps, which I consider fairly out of the capable scope of fearrp, I assume he thought you were going to shoot him, which ended up happening. The trolling accusation doesn't apply to everyone, and the RP should still be conducted. but knowing the community the Lapo by percentage has a far wider margin of minges and intentional fucking about than any other faction, so the fear is valid. I think it should have been handled more in rp rather it ending up as a gunfight. I would classify it as not a pk but more a gunfight, which the KG guy did not start. To end it off, 1. Temporary pk a week or more 2. Both sides are in the wrong, in certain parts of the interaction, like trying to put him under fear when hes 10 feet away from you. 3.The Kg guy for as much as the pk is in question, he could have dealt with it better than how the situation actually went. 4. Everybody has a opinions and choices, people can take certain situations a way than its meant. I doubt the part where the staff member was rude to you, but I agree that a player who did the pk was could have meant to harm you verbally, or a simple miscommunication.{either or} +1

This will never happen. Ever. We get stupid advertisements now with the price but image the ten-folded-ness that would come with lowering it. This just seems like laziness. 1, this would ruin the economy. Literally cutting the time to make in half, you are just speeding up the already in the shithole economy to absolute death. 2, obviously if you are caught with drugs, you will get an enormous fine. This is something you have to deal with, as you took the risk of wanting to illegally make drugs. If you had this sped up process where you can just jump from vendor to processor, you wouldn't really be in a position for roleplay. Wouldn't this secure the same profit? Just wondering why you would want this changed. Cause I'm pretty sure no matter what it is 2000+ you make. Those are all populated areas. People who mug you in those areas are taking massive risks by mugging you. I think it is more fault on the person being that susceptible to broad mugging rather than the person who is mugging in public areas. This entire situation was spawned because I made fun of the NSB for being useless and berated them. It ended up turning into a teaching moment in which we spoke for about 10-15 minutes and I explained to them how things are supposed to work. After I left, they just engaged in a moronic rampage of arresting everyone in sight, including Brownie. More happened after this and it kind of just devolved into an entire situation. He was PK'd for this, not because he did anything to any of the individuals involved in this retarded situation or because he left the server, but because he didn't properly explain himself to @Garywhen he was asked why he left. Case closed.

I then contacted an admin which I was responded to by the admin Gary which he confirmed that Browniemeister had indeed frozen me to try and prevent me from searching him. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this is admin abuse. LTARP: After I had arrested Browniemeisters character and attempted to search him, and was met with being frozen, I left his cell to check on our other prisoner, and one I returned to Browniemeisters cell he was gone. +1 A perma PK for Lapo J-Walking fear RP is a bit harsh a temp PK would be more appropriate if not a warning and or just force them to resume RP with Lapo

also he told me to stop moving after i jaywalked and he said did you just jaywalk and tried arresting me like next time say the fine first because people dont like being tied up and why perm pk my char for this i get a temp for like a month but a perm is unreasonable as i have only been pkd for that that time i think a temp shouldve been in issue not an entire perm as i see it as you taking bias becasue you where one of the lapo officers

In the clip he snaps his weapon up right before you leave the stairs, which you decided to strafe to our left, which would have obscured my sightline. The other officer swings out and shoots you because from there he believed you would use the cover as a shooting position, or try to flee further 6. Regardless of if you meant to or not, you did not 'disprove' anything! You failed to notice in the moment and apologize, and also failed to comply with orders, and eventually fearRP. I struggle to understand what you are appealing here, the legitimacy of the fearRP or your setup's malfunction! Seriously, you don't even mention if the fearRP was relevant, instead picking out small things in the situation that attribute very little to you dying. It seems like your going after the situation itself, not what lead up to you being shot, which is non situational.

Another classic aspect; Return to 100 DM adverts. Please, I beg you. It's not fun to grind perpetually just to get word around that your restaurant or other kind of establishment merely exists, let alone to run it. We get enough stupid or ridiculous advertisements with the insanely expensive prices, and at 100 DM, you feel more obliged to do the least you can for your business, or announcing something you would like to as somebody trying to meet a minister. Do not let the idiots ruin it for everyone else, punish them, push them aside, in fact you could even make an advertisement blacklist if you like. Just save us the trouble of having to pay a fifth of a car just to ask to meet somebody that may not even be in the mood.

Sorry, was sandwiched between 2 walls of text and I didn't see it/misunderstood it. As for the PK itself, I think you had ample time to react to the gun but you still chose to continue running. We weren't originally going to tie you until your mouse mishap (to my knowledge). Do you have any comments about that which you think are important to add? Some further comments and questions of mine: I do not recall attempting to tie you; Why would we ask you to come back with your MP40 drawn, posing a risk to us, instead of just ordering you to freeze; Why did you assume we were automatically trolling; You wouldn't have been chased at all if you hadn't been mocking our speech and faction; My fellow LaPo officer had his gun drawn before you ran (or finished, my memory fails me) down the RS stairs, where you tried to either take cover or run further; And finally; How did you expect this to go? Mocking law enforcement officers, taking your MP-40 out, attempting to assault an officer, and fleeing afterwords?

Hmm. Not to be mean or anything, but you should attempt to fix your current mouse or purchase a new one. Also, not to call you a liar or anything, but I haven't witnessed the mouse input flaring up in any other encounter I have had with you. Perhaps this shouldn't have resulted the way it did, however I find it odd you did not mention anything in the ensuing sit, especially because I am certain it would have played the animation that occurs when a pistol whip is utilized, and am fairly certain you need to stop sprinting in order to use a pistol whip. I could be incorrect (If so, please let me know) but I find it slightly difficult to believe that it was an accident, even with the points you had presented. It is entirely possible you are being truthful, but I find it difficult to blame your potential malfunction for making the decision to not abide by fearRP. My clip doesn't highlight your malfunction very well though, so if you have a clip I am sure that would help to clear the situation up a bit, to assist in determining an actual issue. If you don't thats fine, but as it now stands I respectfully doubt it was an input malfunction.
