On this day I had been having a very difficult time and I hopped on the server as a distraction from what was happening in my life. When I was taken to the MOI I had been dming a friend as they were tasked with questioning me and we were laughing about how funny it was that he was assigned to me. It was then decided that I’d either be taken to trial or sign a confession. I recently had a character PK’d for a confession I signed when threatened with death (I was brand new to RP at the time and I had zero clue about the rules). The confession sat idle for about 3 weeks before I was PK’d. This made me worry as I had put so much effort into my previous characters role within the military before they were PK’d and I had been working my way back up the ranks to get back into a position where I could be aiding in the bettering of the military. I didn’t want this to happen again and I was just trying to keep my mind occupied on gmod and escape from reality momentarily, so I DM’d my friend to break me out of the MOI. I did not realise the extent of which they would go but yes, the bottom line is that I asked them to break me out. I broke the rules. I realise now how serious this is and I’d truly like to apologise to everyone involved and the fallout which followed. I was not in the right frame of mind last night to be playing gmod and I know now that I should have logged off hours before this occurred. I am truly sorry for my actions and I am learning my own limitations and when to simply just close gmod and do something else. Thank you. Additional Information:

I was in the middle of a robbery when i saw a whole KG march going on near the MOI so i started shooting which i understand wasnt the right thing but shit i didnt even get a warning once. So yeah the guy is on a post awaiting execution and you just shoot him out of no where without any orders to do so. This was before he was pk active so the guy respawned and was running around. You ruined the roleplay for everyone involved. I allowed them to deal with it icly but you started hopping up and down like a monkey when they attempted to arrest you. I don’t know how you think that you’re allowed to shoot someone then act like that, you aren’t allowed to hijack a situation without any cognizant thought or any actual roleplay reason besides lizard braining and shooting someone. Your character will be Charbanned and your ban reduced to 3 days
