As far as the PK Guidelines are written the person who initiates the gunfight is the one at fault regardless if they were ordered to or not. I do think it would be interesting if the person who verbally or over text ordered the initiating was the one responsible for the initiation though.

Add little "You are here" things as a physical thing on the map, mini maps ruin immersion.

You and your two other members of Lapo initiated about 4 gunfights against me in a 2 hour period, nearly every time I encounter you it's always shoot to kill never actually attempting to detain me (i.e shooting my leg once). As an example of this when I was trying to buy a gun from Procurements instead of attempting to detain me you full spray gunned me down in the sewers. This was the final straw that I was testing to see if you would actually try to RP with me, I drove up to you extremely slowly (literally like 5km/h) walking pace and tried to talk to you over voice chat, at which point you immediately attempt to gun me down without saying a single word to me which resulted in your death. I distinctly recall talking to you and your men after in the bank at which point you laughed at me and your men said you do this all the time and won't get PK'd for it. FAFO.

After re-reading your suggestion. - 1. The whole point is people can break fear-rp and risk being pk'd. Pointing a gun at someone and having them automatically be "surrendered" is borderline powergaming as a mechanic and terrible for roleplay.
