This is a very big responsibility, and as such, I take it very seriously. This is because the staff team represents the entire network. As a member of the staff team, I always ensure that I am professional, calm in situations that may prove to be difficult, and ensure that everyone is treated fairly. I think that the reason why I would be a good member of the staff team is because I am an active staff team. This is because a good staff team must always be active in the server and must always be willing to help the player in situations where the player may need assistance. The staff member is responsible for ensuring that the rules are maintained in the server and that the players are complying with the rules that will lead to a well-organized community. This is done by keeping an eye on the chat and behavior of the players, attending to the concerns raised by the players, and taking appropriate action on those players who are breaking the rules by giving them warnings, mutes, or bans. Another important responsibility that the staff member has to fulfill is to help the players at their time of need. The staff member should be helpful and should be willing to respond to the queries of the players, solve any conflicts that may come up among the players, and help the new members to understand the server. He did indeed called me a stupid European along alot of other insults. i dont know why he things i would lie about this. everything i sayd is the truth und i m sure others that where arround can agree with that. again keep in mind i havent insulted or disrespected him once in the whole conversation even after all his insults. i m still trying to solve this peacfully. since i litterally havent broke a single rule nor have i disrespected anyone or broke RP (note that he started talking about RL even tho i didnt wanted to). i just want to continue play on the server again since alot of people miss me there. und if Whoreson wishes too id compleatly get out of his way too as id be happy to do so.

Hi boarbla! I don't believe I called him a stupid European. I did call him stupid, retard, etc as an individual. And then I pointed out how it always seemed to be Europeans/Eurotards who made such retarded claims like him about their country. Such as "The German Armed Forces has NEVER wrongfully terminated anyone." It's just a total nonsensical claim not based in any sort of reality. And then when confronted with reality they just double down and refuse to acknolwedge that they might possibly have said something retarded. Initially, the comments about him being stupid were IC, because he was some NCO incorrectly stating military procedure, and after correcting him, he refused to acknowledge he was wrong even with his command telling him he was wrong. It then devolved into something OOC because I was so taken aback by the fact that he did not understand that as an NCO in the Armed Forces that maybe he shouldn't tell his command and indiviudals many ranks and titles above him that he is right and they are wrong and refuse to just acknowledge and move on...like every other military on the planet. For background of the situation, lets start from the beginning. Me and two fellow military members were driving around the city in a pink car. We stopped to speak to a Kaiser Guard member who was making a recruitment tent, this KG member was Rose. We were speaking to him about the sign he was making and he preceded to call us the f slur several times for our pink car. I proceeded to get out of the car and shoot him. I do apologize to rose for doing this, it was a overreaction to the situation. Rose then proceeded to noclip over to our car, fling it at down the street. The car exploded killing all of us, Rose then called us all f slurs again, then banned me for 2 days for the aforementioned reasons. I have played on Prometheus since its launch for years without ,( to my knowledge ) no warns and definitely no bans. Nothing about a misunderstanding exists. The individual in question is just incapable of understanding a viewpoint other than his own exists. Also just clearly not capable of RP. The RP exists in a state of a totalitarian regime in which if some random lower ranking NCO is yapping nonsense they likely won't have their job for long. This indiviudal was incapable of understanding that he has to follow a chain of command, and if they don't, there is punishment. Normally this would just be an IC punishment, and I'd just have him fired and/or shot for genuinely having a dent in their head. However, this retard went on to say that "There has never been a case of wrongful termination in Germany. It might happen in the U.S., but certainly not in Germany." When he had a moment of clarity, he went on to say, "Well I suppose just the German Army hasn't had wrongful termination." He believes, in modern history, the entire German Armed Forces has not had an ounce of corruption that would lead to a wrongful termination from corruption, etc. Is this against the rules to be this ignorant/moronic? No. No it's not. However, it is wildly retarded and as owner of the server I take mild offense to someone like that existing with impunity on my server. And therefore, I arrived on this punishment. I am very fair, very magnanimous, very just. Some even call me the most just server owner on GMOD. Who knows...

a full server ban for that long for that? come on @Major Whoreson surely it wasnt that bad to incur this much wrath? ive known hans a very long time and he can be very stern with his duties but would never intentionally go out of his way to offend or cause an issue. he is a very active participent in the server, and has been working well alongside myself in the feldgendarmerie, and in my opinion is an asset to the company. i think if an impass due to a misunderstanding has been reached between you both perhaps it would be more amicable to apply some constructive criticism rather than an outright punishment.
