Hello, I'm Governor, the staff member that issued your 2d ban for "MRDM". I did this because while spectating the Bendlerblock on my staff character, I noticed you kill a large group of people, which does constitute "MRDM" in this scenario. I then brought you into a sit, where you got increasingly argumentative, and when asked for a clip, said you did not have one and that it was out of the time range to make one. I then looked through your past offenses on the server, and your server time. You did have limited player time (1d and 20hrs or so), and had no PO's. I decided that given you didn't understand the rules as much as an average player, you should be banned for only 2 days, so that you had time to learn and understand the rules. You should understand as a player that your actions constitute a much larger ban, and I gave you a smaller one to be generous. Attempting to free a prisoner is not a justification to effectively ruin roleplay for a large group of people, and as such you were banned.

Hello, I'm Governor, the staff member that handled the PK request. The fact that you stopped so low as to claim I said that "I didn't know how the rules worked" is actually sad, but it's okay. I explained to you that this is blatant FearRP breaking, and that the rules are up to staff interpretation if not specified on the forums. And yes, he did state that 'You are breaking Fear RP", and this was one time at 0:03 in the clip you sent. This does not nullify the PK as you continued to move around while under gunpoint from one person. You blatantly broke FearRP and suffered the consequences for it.

In the event of a civil war/conflict you still have to request approval for a raid, and you didn't. This means that what you did was an unapproved raid, and you specifically had a PO from that was given within the month, there really isn't much to it other than that.

Hello, I'm Governor the senior administrator that banned you. During this time of conflict between the two factions, a specific group of people were allowed to PK the Kriegsmarschall, and you were not of the 4. You had a specific assignment in character and it was unrealistic that you would go in and solo raid (without any real roleplay reason) the ICC. Furthermore, you claimed in DM's with another member of the staff team, Kentuckyfriedhorse, that the mentioned note was a "year old", while in reality this note was from April 4th, and specifically mentioned you raiding the ICC. Generally, your PO's reflect a history of NITRP and unapproved raiding, and I made the decision to ban you for 2 days as a more proper punishment given your activities. And honestly, I originally intended to provide leniency, and yes I did change the ban from 1 day to 2, as a result of you clearly not caring about the original 1 day, while it is meant to be a punishment preventing from further rule breaks.

Hello, I am governor the staff member that approved your pk. This was specifically approved because you ran around while a member of police attempted to detain you. Because of this consistent breach of fearrp and his inability to properly detain you, he escalated to the last resort and shot you. I understand that you did have the rank of major on that character at the time of pk, which in this scenario arguably decreases the chance of leniency, as you should at that rank be familiar with basic pk rules such as FearRP, especially as a guard.

Hello, I am Governor. The staff member that issued you your PK. In this clip, at 0:06, you were told by a member of the Ordensmarschall's guard unit that he intended to detain you. After this, you then stated "It's my fucking base bitch". And then moved around, while guns were pointed at you. Keep in mind by 0:07 guns were pointed at you and your life was under threat. You then state somewhere between 0:09 and 0:29 that among other lines, that they wouldn't shoot the director of the MGD. After this, you continue to move around, and get closer to the ongoing conversation, after being ordered to leave. Thus, at 0:29 you were shot. During this time, I also had Kentuckyfriedhorse look into the clip as well, for a second opinion. He would also agree with me that the pk was justified, and it was enforced.

Hello, I'm Governor, the staff member that handled your ban. In my past experiences you have broken the rules, most prevalently RDM. You attempted to RDM me, and shortly after began running into the ICC likely with the intention of RDMing inside of there. Furthermore, there seems to be something you forgot to mention. Yes, you did DM me, however I consistently asked you not to message me further and to bring it to the forums. This inappropriate behavior has occurred before, and I heavily requested you cease. Hello, I am Governor, the staff member that banned you. You were banned for 24 hours as a result of your continuous use of racist remarks when in a roleplay situation. And from my understanding you then decided to use an alternate account, which clearly shows a lack of control. Nonetheless, I don't believe I can accept an apology in good faith. Edit: Added on.
