What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I previously was a Senior Moderator within Prometheus Networks, as well as a staff member in other Garry’s Mod communities. During that time, I handled player reports, assisted new staff, and mediated conflicts between players. I’m familiar with administrative tools, Nutscript commands, and moderation techniques. My time on Nutscript and similar frameworks has given me a deep understanding of character-driven RP and how to balance immersive storytelling with fair rule enforcement, ability to balance both out.
Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I believe I should be selected for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team because of my long-standing experience within the community, my familiarity with its culture, and my proven ability to handle responsibility. Having been both a senior moderator & trusted member, I understand how to maintain professionalism while fostering a welcoming environment for players.
I have always valued fairness, communication, and consistency qualities that define a strong staff member. I’m well-versed in the server’s rules and have learned from both sides: as a player who enjoys immersive RP and as an administrator ensuring the server remains fun and dissident-free. This dual perspective allows me to balance empathy with enforcement.
Moreover, I’ve always been someone others can rely on. Whether it’s resolving conflicts, helping new players get started, or stepping up when staff coverage is low, I strive to keep things running smoothly. I believe staff members represent the heart of the community, and that means setting a positive example in every interaction.
Ultimately, my goal is to contribute stability, maturity, and experience to the team. I want to help Prometheus Networks continue to thrive as one of the most respected and enjoyable RP environments out there where creativity, respect, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.
What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
A staff member’s primary duty is to uphold the integrity and smooth operation of the server, dealing with dissident players on a daaily. This includes enforcing the rules fairly, assisting players in need who may be knew or answering "prayers", and ensuring roleplay remains immersive and enjoyable for everyone. Staff act as both mediators and guides, resolving conflicts that go too far calmly, preventing issues before they escalate, and setting a positive example for the community.
Beyond moderation, staff should also contribute to the growth of the server. That can mean offering feedback to improve systems, mentoring new players, and communicating regularly with the rest of the team to maintain consistency.
Most importantly, staff must embody patience, professionalism, and impartiality. It’s not just about punishing rulebreakers, it’s about understanding situations and helping players learn. A great staff member keeps the community stable and welcoming, ensuring that both veterans and newcomers feel respected and valued, one that I previously experienced..
