Additional Information: I haven't had an infraction for several months, I believe only a warning for RDM earlier in that day, so I apologize about that. I wasn't interrupting the rp or anything of that nature, just making some jokes and being goofy. No one had an issue with it. Good Afternoon, I am the staff member who approved the PK for Parzivial. You were PK'd under the Guideline "Government PK- Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP [PK]", I understand being PK'd is a frustrating experience and it is never nice when it happens to a character you've spent time on, It is an integral part of the roleplay that allows characters to suffer consequences for their own actions. You failed to consider the implications, and you failed to act with fear for your character's life; as such, when you were shot, you were PK'd. You were given clear instructions from a member of the landespolizei to stop moving as they attempted to detain you; however, you decided to run. The officer was incredibly patient, including utilising a 10-second warning before he would open fire. Still, you decided to ignore the order and even tried to call for backup over the radio; this showed a complete FearRP break, which was the reason for the PK. You might have been let into the station; however, there was no attempt to PK you because of it. You were PK'd for moving and radioing whilst under gunpoint whilst they attempt to detain you, as such, it is not PK baiting. As stated, I understand PKs are never nice, but use it as an opportunity to learn how to play differently to avoid similar situations in the future, and I'd highly recommend reading the PK guidelines over on our Wiki for further information. I did check them, but I overlooked this specific detail; which was my mistake. I had also seen others advertise while detained in the past, so I wrongly assumed it wasn’t an issue. I also know I've personally furthermore had personal offenses before; wherein those were months ago and unrelated. I was genuinely trying to adhere to the roles and just play as normally. I don’t think my old mistakes should weigh so heavily when this was a genuine misunderstanding. And I don't believe such offences can stay inert. I apologize for the mistake; but I ask for the ban be reconsidered or reduced given the context. Additional Information: Furthermore, Same players who detained me also made up some false roleplay scenario; and even after I showed them my ID; they didn’t release me.

Thanks for making this appeal, I was the staff member that conducted your PK. The reason you were PKed was because of the very blatant break of FearRP. While I understand that you were not aware of the rules, that is an unfortunate mistake on your end. I would suggest that you read the rules on any server you join in the future, ours included.
