After further discussion of the ban with @CJ_, and reviewing the clips & arguments presented in this appeal it has been decided that the ban was applied improperly and that no rules were broken during the interaction. i Was there as well i Dont think its MRDM After Seeing the Clip he had a gun to his face and he was threatening his life After multiple people pointing guns at him I wouldn't count this as a ban.... +1

1. As was mentioned above by Slug and Patrick Ting, you are admitting that you were rightfully banned. I'm not sure if you actually meant to dispute it, but if you are you aren't making a fantastic case for yourself. 2. One look at the logs on the day show that you very obviously Mass RDMed several people, thus validating the ban. Considering that you can't even take the time to write a genuine response without AI, or even change the AI response enough to not look like AI, I personally do not feel that you deserve to be unbanned and I feel that both bans issued were justified.

+1 I was also there, I do not think it was MRDM because he was getting placed under fear rp from multiple people and he risked his character's life by intiating a gunfight to avoid arrest. It was certainly PK worthy but I do not believe that there was a reason for a ban to be issued in this situation because it was an IC issue that could've been solved if anybody made a PK ticket on Rick Pickle. I also saw him back in Fort Baumer after being killed, he was tied up and when I went to go ask him what is happening he didn't say anything and suddenly he was banned.

@Patrick Tingis correct, this should not be a dispute if ban reason is correct. Additionally, your ban is permanent because you violated Global Rule #11 by using an alternate account to try and evade the ban. That will need to be mentioned in the appeal as well as an apology.

Probably want to change appeal type to apology if you are indeed apologizing for your actions. If this is a dispute its pretty bad...

Character's name & rank: Oberkommissar Fritz Eppler SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:598843704 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): xKyqnite Explain why you were PK'd: FearRP Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was inside the lapo station with an enlisted man and a heated situation occurred between my enlisted man and the lapo i hadn't said a word to the lapo up until they attempted to arrest my enlisted man which i said "you are not detaining him" and at that point all i could do was watch him be detained so i started to backed up from my enlisted man to let the lapo detain him all whilst this was happening i was in first person and from my perspective it looked like the lapo were only attempting to detain my enlisted man as all of the people in front of me were pointing their guns at my enlisted man so I could not see or hear the 2 individuals behind me (because everyone was shouting) that were pointing guns at me and ordering me to stop moving, the reason i did not expect the lapo to attempt to arrest me in this situation is because my enlisted man was the one mostly winding up the lapo if i was aware of the 2 lapo behind me i would of stopped moving. I was there as well and i Could not hear anything. and in the clip we both stopped and right after we stopped that's when the gunfire started,so its dumb of how he gets PK'ed when in the clip it shows him stopping when finally hearing him and he's a good character for rp.

Denied You ran from someone that made it clear you were under gun point and under arrest. When under gun point you are under fear RP and can be PK'd for not complying with FearRP.

Please do not dispute if its only regarding the ban length. Our staff members have the discretion to ban for the amount of time they deem appropriate. The punishment itself was justified because you broke our rules, so this should only have been an apology appeal. Chat logs indicate you said a bunch of stuff in OOC leading up to the ban, notably in the context of this appeal "what is your guys opinion on nazis", "do you guys not like mommys??", and "major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major majormajor majormajor majormajor major major majormajor majormajor steiner major major major major major major he has a pco for you" This all being said, Parzival agrees the ban length may have been a bit harsh, perhaps a note would have been better than a ban. I dont want this to be a argument but it would be appreciated if you could lower the ban time or just revoke the ban fully. I understand the thing I did in OOC isn't appreciated but a 3 day ban for something that was said in OOC instead of IC and that I wasn't told to stop before I was issued a punishment gives me even more beliefs that a 3 day ban was not needed and could've been a mute/oocban instead OR a lower ban time as other people were given a 1 day ban.

Parzival you must've got me mixed up with someone else. I never said "I want a goth mommy to crush me between her thighs" that was alice who was also banned. And I don't remember saying "What is your guys opinion on nazis" yet it was pretty late when I was banned so my brain wasn't working to its fullest. I only remember me saying major major a couple of times but 3 days for that is a bit extreme especially with a unprofessional ban reason. I still feel like a mute or a oocban would've been more fit for that.
