Hi i was there with manfred manstein you got PKed beacuse you were being detained for not moving out of the way and then started blasting while there was only a few of your people against like 12 to 17 KG you were outgunned and out manned so i guess you didnt think ahead like if were to start shooting every KG around me i would get PKed as i am risking my life on a 1:3 odds but i will let the UA decide your faith. During this a bunch of KG came with including the Prefekt of the KG. They were attempting to get the tied up Major Rudolph of the War Courts. I attempting to stay next to my VIP was never asked to move but instead automatically attempted to be tied by the Prefekt. In turn I found this as a hostile intent and opened fire where then the KG retaliated fire. The Prefekt the main one I was shooting at died along with a few other KG then the rest of us all died as well. Why should you be un-PK'd?: - I believe I should be un-PK’d for I didn’t understand that the situation would result in a PK. I love the Wachkammando and as its Deputy Chief I just finished a handbook and getting the members to sign NDAs to progress the guard into a better position. I try my best to stay a professional guard and assist my members of the guard in every way possible. I would take this lesson and teach them how to not make the same mistake I did. I would like to propose for a temporary PK of how ever many days staff sees fit but to hopefully undo the perma pk. Additional Information:

They were talking about a situation that had to do with the Generalmajor Valentin they kept talking and while this was happening the MOI wanted me and others to leave the PM allowed me to stay so I stayed with the FM. Later during talks the FM decided he did not want to be there and just started walking away so I walked with him when we got to the main doors of the Reichstag and opened them 2 guards were outside 1 lapo and 1 kg they were blocking us saying that they Federal council session has not stopped and that they were not allowing us to go outside. While me and the FM tried getting out I radioed letting the military know something is happening at Reichstag. Me and the FM kept trying to get out and the MOI tried to reach the FM telling me to move the thing is it was impossible for me to move since there were people blocking the door, and behind me the MOI trying to get to the FM it was a total disaster. They kept telling me to move but I kept explaining that it was impossible to do so and I told them if they wanted me to move they needed to move back which they did not do. The MOI then started to try and tie me up I tried explaining to them to move and not to tie me they did not listen and tied me up by this point members of the military were already at the front of Reichstag seeing everything happen hostility's rose and shots were fired. Most people got shot and sent to the hospital but I was still alive in cuffs, I was getting dragged away in cuffs and I kept asking why was I put in cuffs the person dragging me said" "I was not compliant and I told you to move 3 times", I said " I couldn't move if there is people around me do you not understand that, if there is people around me how can I move, its very simple, if you guys moved back I would have moved". Also where was the roleplay at all how I can know the situation or even explain if they are just going to blindfold me and gag me. I get there was a pk set for me but this PK was executed horribly. As stated previously you brought back up what I said, "If I wanted to kill the Generalinspektor then I already would have" in front of two important officials (an Admiral and the Order Marshall) in an attempt to get me in trouble and then also claimed after quoting me that you had a "perfect memory" and "would remember that" implying you are going to continue to utilise said quote from myself in a further attempt to get me in trouble despite already attempting to do so by mentioning said quote in front of an Admiral and the Order Marshall when they entered the Cellblock. As I stated before I did not say what was quoted I never said I would remember eternally I was detained by jezza in the FM’s office after reporting that a large group of civs were breaking in to the military base the general inspector that I was with, got into an argument with an admiral we were all detained jezza took great pleasure in this making snarky comments aim gun at me before tying me up he also made a feeble attempt at getting a fear RP pk prior in the office when I wouldn’t stop moving eventually he tied me and dragged me to the cells where I was gagged and gagged over and over again while jezza called me a fat moron, retard, etc. Discontinued until he could clearly tell it was going nowhere. I brought up that he was a big baby and cried in the general inspector’s office prior when he was the lapo president he got upset and randomly out of nowhere said he could have killed the general inspector if he wanted to I never said I will eternally remember I never said I would use the information to get back at him I never made any threats I never made me remarks involving possible court trial trials, or investigations I simply said Ill remember that jezza is blatantly lying and that’s OK that’s all he’s capable of but this PK was false unguided and simply hear say it is not justified and I will keep arguing my point I’ve had this character for a long time and I’ve survived many incompetent individuals like this but he has shown his lowest point and has blatantly lied based on one singular quote “I’ll remember that”

I don't know how oblivious you are to the fact I clearly said "I want to get back into Prometheus after being banned" not quoted dot to dot but you get it. Furthermore, if I remember right, I did try joining on an alt not really to dodge the ban, but to talk to someone I didn’t have on Discord since I was banned everywhere and had no idea why.
