In the recording, it looks like I didn’t comply while a gun was pointed at me. However, the clip doesn’t show what happened right before that moment. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The PK was based on a situation that didn’t follow proper RP or PK guidelines. The players involved broke rules first by shooting without warning (incident before that clip) and constantly coming back to cause issues. My reaction in the clip happened after they had already broken RP multiple times, so it’s not a fair or valid example of FearRP. Because of that, I don’t think the PK was justified it was based on incomplete context and behavior that didn’t follow FearRP or PK rules. I’d really appreciate if staff could review the situation again with the full context, since the clip alone doesn’t show what actually led to it. Additional Information: I don’t have any clips or proof of what happened before the recording, but I’m being completely honest about it. I just want to make it clear that I’m not some troll. I’ve been playing on this server for about three weeks now, and I’ve been really enjoying it and trying to get back into RP again it’s actually been years since I last played any Gmod RP. I get that the rules are strict, and I’m doing my best to learn and follow them. I just want a fair chance to keep playing my character and stay part of the community.

Although it would be cool to see an American group inside the city doing crime things, I don't know if I *have* seen any American crime going on. You guys might need to build more of a standing in the city.

But I have been a staff member in a few communities (nothing big), stuff on Roblox and small friend operated servers in other games.. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I absolutely love the server and spent a lot of time playing on it since 2023. I am willing to help in any ways I can and I do believe I would be a good addition to the staff team. I am willing to help users with any issues I can address within my capacity and supporting other staff members, especially when numbers are low. Additionally, I believe my calm attitude would help me de-escalate situations and assist users with a calming manner. There are so many instances where people are just aggressive and the staff just snap back (I am talking about in other games) and I just feel like being calmer would help de-escalate everything. Staff members must handle issues like RDM, VDM, NLR, and other rule violations by bringing players into sits and resolving these conflicts. Ban shortened Your apology is accepted, however almost all of your POs are RDM/VDM related. You clearly have issues learning from your mistakes. You need to roleplay things out first before shooting somebody dead like you did here. Your ban has been shortened to a day, take the next 24h to review the rules and reflect on your own conduct on the server going forward. Further instances of RDM/VDM related infractions will result in much harsher punishments than this. Looking at your POs, Thomas was lenient in this situation and you are lucky this ban was not longer than it should've been.

+1 this man helped me stuff that staff could of helped me with but no staff was on but this man fixed the issue i had i was stuck and didnt know how to get unstuck and he also explained to me how to get pet flags i feel he should he added to the staff team this man right here would deffently make this server a better place
