From the videos I have and what I was told by the 2 KG guys, what I could see was that you broke into the KG base, so one of them stopped you and was trying to figure out what was going on, he was talking to you in a doorway asking you to stay there while he called one of his guys over and you hit him with your gun so he shot and killed you. You then came back with one of your guys forced your way into the KG base again under the made-up story of a dead NSB agent, and arrested a member of the KG. The timeline between you getting killed and you coming back to the KG base to make the arrest was around 5 minutes. This would mean breaking NLR and power game, due to you coming back within the NLR timer and creating a fake situation in order to force an RP scenario against their will in order to gain an advantage over them through the means of a rule break (the NLR)

Once again... Denied You may submit another appeal in no less than two weeks time. Take the hint from the last two denied appeals, and read the ban appeal guidelines also. You don't get to make another appeal right away just because it was denied. Use this time to read the rules and reflect on your own actions. Having outbursts like you did in your first appeal ("peice of shit community") is not going to get your appeal accepted any time soon.

Bassicaly make a template the same as a ban appeal, but rather for a ban appeal, it's for a Note/ticket on a player's account to fight the decision of the staff member. I think it would make sense since even if a ban is appealed, it still shows up, but tickets generally are the immediate thing a staff member see, and it should be fair for a player to have the ability to remove a unjust ticket/note on their account. Character's name & rank: Reinhard Schmidt, Leutnant SteamID: STEAM_0:0:575860843 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Prime Explain why you were PK'd: for high treason Why should you be un-PK'd?: i received no trial before i was shot so they had no proof technically of me being guilty i was also not proven guilty i was just shot. they also asked me a trick question "if you where in a private sit with the Kaiser and he asked if you would shoot him for the stability of the empire yes or no?" i asked for clarification and received none the only clarification i received was YES or NO i panicked and said yes i then said i regrated it and panicked they said i don't care gaged me and brought me to the leader of the KG and got me shot. they also altered the doc of questions they asked me after they brought me to be shot the kaiser question was never on the document until after they called staff. i think this pk was unjust as they altered docs and didnt help when i asked for clarification. also there was not much rp it was just me getting shot. Additional Information: one of the guys who questioned me that day and the day before was maximus Drexler he likes to target me he only made me do the exam out of 5 kg that where on the server the day before the pk. if this gets accepted i request my name gets changed and i get to transfer from the KG without papers.
