I was there the entire time as my KG character, I would like to add some common sense perspective. A First Lieutenant of a foreign faction to GenWolf, enters the base while breaching policy. A First Lieutenant then discredits GenWolf's authory, openly argues with him in front of multiple armed forces members and interior members, and talks down to him. This is a A First Lieutenant speaking like this to a practically 6 star general, literally the highest ranking person that was in the city. 12 rank gap in between you and the WAR MARSHEL and you decide to argue with him on his own base and ignore his position of power. This was literally best case scenario, and what should happen in the context of RP. You are nobody speaking to one of the few somebodies in the Empire's eyes. We are literally part of a authoritarian regime, you should not be surprised at all when that authority strikes you down for challenging it. I hope you understand that NATIONAL high command in the context of roleplay should not just be tossed aside lol

I wanted to create this Thread to discuss Building and the tools which Prometheus offer to Donators in order to construct Businesses, Checkpoints, Defences and more. Since returning, I have found a great love for the 'Advanced Material' tool. Here you can see how I have used it to create a whole new façade for the Bar I am making on Prinzregent Street which will be named 'Prinzregent Pub'. Love this new feature for allowing materials to blend with the buildings around them if you are constructing anything, it stops lots of things from sticking out like a sore thumb if you use the tool. \/ Photos included below of the exterior and interior! From my perspective, this was not a case of you simply “doing your job” and being slightly snarky. This was the second time that night the NSB and KG had flooded into the ICC in a manner that effectively amounted to a raid in how it was carried out. Multiple personnel entered through both the garage and main access and walked straight past me without even the slightest acknowledgement. When I confronted you directly about entry policy into the ICC, your response was essentially that it “doesn’t work like that” and that I don’t get to control it, before continuing further into the Bendlerblock anyway. At that point, regardless of tone, you were actively disregarding military control. That is the behavior I took issue with, not just attitude, but a direct challenge to command authority. The demotion was used as an immediate, in-the-moment de-escalation to avoid turning the ICC into a gunfight with NSB, KG, and other armed forces all present. I chose not to escalate it into violence on the spot because that would have spiralled out of control instantly. De-escalation in the moment does not mean the situation was resolved. Later, once things had stabilized and I had time to properly address what happened, I escalated it to a PK because, from my character’s perspective, this crossed from arrogance into a complete disregard for my character and his position

alright so the reason i said "hitler coin crasshed yesterday" is because one of the lapo members in the car said to invest in hitler coin. and also ooc chat feels is like the one place i dont need to rp due to being. you know out of character. and with the part of me acting mingey and odd uhh i dont really know what you mean by that. sure i asked some questions and could have been a bit weird (in ooc chat) but other than that i dont really know what you mean by "mingey". also no i didnt kill more than one person i had killed one person during that military thing and shot at one other who shot at me all my other kills were before that and for reasons id say are valid though even then it should only add up to a total of like 3 people in my time on the server that day which doesnt feel like mrdm still

Most of them were for RDM, and one ban for NLR. Since then, I have been rping and following the rules. One of my most recent bans which was a few months ago, was for a misunderstanding,g and I never bothered to appeal it because it was only for a couple of days. I was a member of the Prometheus staff team, I think around 5 or 6 months ago, until i was removed. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Well, to start, I think after I have been RPing a while, I have started to be involved with the community at a much larger scale than when I was first accepted as staff. Made some good friends and had some really good memories. With that, over time, I have learned the mechanics of RP, such as making some RP through war planning / regular day interactions. Another big reason I would make a strong addition to the Prometheus staff team would be my commitment to fairness and communication. I dont like to approach situations to either "win" or assert dominance over another, just to figure out a situation and make sure I have the least amount of bias possible, listening to both sides of a conflict, and making decisions based on server guidelines rather than emotion, which is really important for the general roleplay playerbase to have. In addition, I am highly active on the server and well known throughout the community. [150 Words or more]: The duties of this position revolves around maintaining a fair, enjoyable and organized for everyone in the community. As a member of the staff team, my first job would be to make sure everyone is following the rules given. Meaning, handling rule breakers, resolving conflicts via sit and stepping in out of character situations. In addition, I think that supporting players especially new ones is a big thing that having the position of staff needs to do. This would include answering questions and integrating them into the RP community. Another additonal duty I think I would do is taking tickets quickly because I know what it feels like to have made a ticket and waiting 30 minutes for someone to respond. I will go beyond the minimum duties and expectations of a staff member even if it means cutting out my roleplay to help other people. I will be a proud representative of the Prometheus community, whether that would be on duty or off duty, and I will put in my maximum effort. Notes: I am in fact a real person.

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. The reason I banned you is because I had just logged into my character, I was in the Kreigsmarshals office when I was shot suddenly, and you shot a few other members of the Kreigsmacht before I assume you died. I had also been watching you previously while in no-clip and I witnessed you acting mingey and being odd. Additionally in OOC chat you were saying odd things such as," hitler coin crashed yesterday" and,"first person to guess if im gay or not gets half a deutchmark thingy." You killed more than one person, and you were acting with no intent to roleplay. Perhaps you were roleplaying in a sense but not in the way that is intended on the server.

Denied After checking speaking to R4ged and checking logs, you were being extremely unserious and showed absolutely no intent to roleplay during this situation. The ban is fair, and the length is up to the banning staff member to decide, therefore this appeal is denied.

IMO this is a lot of nitpicking regarding a couple of things that I said.

I'm pretty sure that I had typed a /me for "attempt's to dance while restrained." If I didn't, I meant to. I was also trying to express the rhythm that my character was dancing with. Maybe not the best choice of wordage, But I was just attempting to show that I was dancing well. I also wasn't made aware that my life was on the line at that time, I didn't know I could've been executed for the charges placed against me; my rational was that I would only be discharged or jailed at the worst, not executed. Prompting me to take the ordeal lightheartedly.

I would attempt to explain how you physically cannot dance while your arms are bound behind you, but I feel like that's a waste of time. Also, how would pretending to "bust it down sexual style" fit into a serious role-play environment with your life on the line?

Other than saying 67 once, I didn't speak about OOC things during that entire interaction. I think you're blowing this entirely out of proportion.

Hi I was the staff member that banned you, the reason I banned you wasn't because of the trial it was because on how you acted. Let me start from the beginning. The first thing is that when I walked up to you, you seemed fine but when I started talking to you, you started acting like an Idiot saying sentences like "67" or OOC things within IC consistently, I get you are just trying to make your friends have fun and do a trial but the way you did it was completely retarded. I believe the ban is justified for the amount of things you said during the interaction. To be fair I would have banned you sooner before the trial but I wanted to give you a chance, but how you acted during the whole trial and before was completely absurd. In the next future I recommend to think on what you say within RP and not say words that revolve around the year 2025 or modern slang as we are in a 1940 Serious RP. Not something that is a side gig to mess around in.

Hi, I wasn't the staff member who banned you, but I had witnessed your conduct several times. In the court trial, you hit a dance bind followed by the quote "/me busts it down sexual style." Is that really something that should be prevalent among strangers online? I fail to understand how you can believe in saying things like that without receiving punishment. Also, for the first time, we gagged you; you didn't stop speaking until I placed a forced gag on you, and while you couldn't talk, you did the dance thing I discussed earlier. Call me biased, but I believe that this ban was entirely justified.

I was one of the ricthers and I dont really see what this guy did to get banned, I dont know how to had no intention to roleplay, or failed roleplay. He set up a scene that would include a trial so the richters and other people had stuff to do, He complied with the IC gagging and was complient during the trial.

I also don't think that NITRP and FAILRP is warranted. What had happened was, I had arrested a civilian and brought him into the ICC, which was an attempt to be arrested (which I was,) in order to give some of my friends in the War Courts a trial as the city had been dead for the past 1-2 hours. I was then detained by R4gedBait when I refused to comply with his orders, and then began verbally spouting off to all of the individuals involved in my detainment. I was gagged and ungagged several times, and complied with the gagging. I'm not sure where the FailRP, nor the NITRP is coming from since I intentionally created and carried out the scene that we were apart of, complied with in-character gagging, and didn't really do anything egregious while I was cuffed. While I did act like a retard while I was detained, I don't believe I violated any server rules while I was detained. Additional Information: I don't think this ban is justified, I just wanted to give my friends some (semi) meaningful roleplay interaction while the server was dead.
