When i came back i noticed my character was banned and i wasn't sure why. I called a admin and Parzival let me know what happened. I was arrested in the mines for not having a mining license (which is fair) and was told to go up the ladder in the sewers. I didn't because i was AFK so they had me fail fearRP i believe. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was AFK (working in Real life) the whole time so i could not interact with the others that were arresting me and thus could not comply with them. I understand me being afk played apart of this but if i was there i would of complied and pay any fines or dues to what i did. I don't think a PK should be made on me for something so small. Additional Information: I explained to Parzival and i thank him for being understanding and letting me know what happened while i was gone and to come here for a appeal.

Description of the idea: Shift+Click to transfer items from inventory's to atms or trunks. Why should this be added?: this would help alot of people who spend their time in the mines, every trip from the mines to the bank is a troubling trip, why? time. it takes so long to transfer our ore from inventory to banks, etc. What negatives could this have?: unrealistic roleplay i guess? it would just speed up the process of transfering items Additional information: (if this gets added ill praise prometheus as the goddess of gmod)

From what I saw in the clip I was given, you were acting like a dumb ass, running over people on your bike, punching people, doing that annoying jumping thing when they would try to detain you so that it's impossible to tie you. Additional Information: the people that were arresting me broke NLR because a Civilian shot at Them and killed Them | As Well apparently I had a bike and I was running people over you can check the logs I never had a bike even bought on that character and still got Blamed for it | They also blamed me for another person the guy wearing a Normal helmet without an accessory The guy that was riding the bike was never brought into a sit Or ever even discharged And I was the one that got blamed for his Minge behavior I also have Screenshots of the incident but for some reason I can't upload via URL I can send it on Discord To prove my claims| Also you can easily tell from the face model that the person that was riding the bike was not me And for some reason I was blamed for FAIL RP for a thing I never even did | The person that was on the bike was named Thomas and my name was paul von Ludendorff you You can also see in the clip that He got away and escaped and I was the one that was blamed for it

I was originally under the misapprehension that the killing of someone intentionally trying to impede on roleplay was just. I understand now that my actions were rash and rulebreaks, especially those as severe as the ones broken (namely ERP) by my reporter. He should have been reported to the proper authorities rather than I just shooting them as that, realistically, accomplishes nothing other than my getting in trouble in place of the miscreant. I shall no longer partake in vigilantism as it is not conducive of a better roleplay environment and shall instead let matters of discipline be in the hands of the staff. Hi @SomethingorOther Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal. I think there may be some confusion as to the purpose of this thread. This thread is meant to be a ban appeal, instead, a majority of your posts make this seem to be a player report. While the player involved will be dealt with separately, the points you bring up about the other player's infractions and behavior are separate from the main topic of this post which is about the rules that you have broken. It is apparent that you did in-fact RDM the guy twice, so for that alone, the appeal should have been an "apology" and not a "dispute". Disputing a ban means you're disputing it in its entirety (i.e. you should never have been banned in the first place). The ban was properly applied due to an infraction of our server rules and therefore a dispute against it is invalid. The actions of the other player brought up in this appeal will be handled separately, but as stated previously, this appeal is about your ban specifically. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked
