I could have prevented these actions if I had read the server rules when I first joined, along with remaining in character and not acting on OOC emotions. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I can accept constructive criticism well, and I'm constantly looking for methods to get better. My goal in applying for the staff team is to support the community by helping to efficiently manage tickets so that uninterrupted roleplay experiences can be offered. Because I am committed and have knowledge of the Nutscript framework, I believe I would be a fantastic addition to the team. These attributes, in my opinion, would be a welcome addition to the staff team overall as well as helpful to the community. I've read the rules and am usually familiar with them. When necessary, I am more than happy to enforce the rules—not just to punish players, but also to educate them and keep them generally aware of the rules. One of their primary responsibilities is to ensure that the server remains in a state of order, which they accomplish by providing warnings and punishing individuals who fail to abide by the rules. However, they are also responsible for ensuring that the roleplay is enjoyable and devoid of any unnecessary out-of-character concerns. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary to avoid making errors when enforcing the rules, such as banning the wrong person or banning someone without adequate evidence. In order to guarantee that the server is always manned and that even the most insignificant problems are fixed, it is the responsibility of a member of the staff to take tickets in order to ensure that everyone has a great experience while playing on the server. My belief is that the staff's responsibility is to deal with players who break the rules, to provide assistance to people when they require it, and most importantly, to ensure that the server is always fun and engaging. Reading through this PK appeal, this entire argument is based on the fact that I was leveraging an OOC situation to leave then come back and punish you which is not at all what had happened. What had happened was the following - 1. The Generalmajor was taking too long to write up a court order to have me sent to the Eastern Front. I said over /looc that I have to go be on another character (not leave) that too more precedence then the current character. I, of course, am not going to randomly leave and I would stay as long as the roleplay continued. 2. Upon my transport to the trainstation, several Gericht were there and were witnessing me being sent (illegally) to the Eastern Front as a member of the NSB without trial and interfered. You of course were not present for this situation as the Generalmajor pushed you away. 3. You beat me inside a cell, you threatened to steal my uniform (Infront of Generals) and did try to do it before I headbutted you off of me, you insulted me dozens of times, and basically said that you didn't care about anything I could do to you because I would "die anyways" as the "Eastern Front is a dangerous place" which means you fully intend for me to die and not suffer any consequences for your actions. I was let go, I was allowed to roam free. You just happened to be in the wrong place at the right time for me to ask over radio if we have anyone in our cells and there you are! You thought that you would never suffer any consequences, should've made sure I got sent away. Your character will be unpk'ed after 2 weeks have passed anyways as I told you.

I don't see how I am "manipulating the situation" when I am stating what I saw and what happened to me. You even Acknowledged that he had to pause/stop the RP for another character, which therefore made the generals have a OOC discussion with the Oberdienstoffizier. I was with the Oberdienstoffizier in the cells for 95% of the time and never saw this "discussion" occur IC so must have happened OOC which I don't mind and I understand the current RP situation wasn't important. However after coming to this agreement in OOC (through discord probably) he was let go and I had a discussion with the General Der that he will return and be punished the next day when Available (this was said in a office with multiple people). Additionally I personally was not the dragging the incident as I was just making sure he gets punished for the clear violation he committed, however the General making the document didn't have enough time. Its quite simple as if the Oberdienstoffizier never had to go and do his duties on another character it wouldn't have lead to my PK. The RP was paused yesterday out of respect and understanding for the situation. However to come back on the same character after pausing the RP, avoiding the punishment for clear incompetence and then punishing the person that held you or assisted in your punishment cause you never got punished. Again in clearly terms if the Oberdienstoffizier never had to go off his character he would be on the eastern front and I wouldn't be getting PKed as he wouldnt have seen me in NSB cells. This section shows that you clearly didn't read or understand my argument as I am not complaining about the NSB PK but rather that the Oberdienstoffizier was let go due to OOC reasons that then allowed him to go unpunished and allowed him the opportunity to punish me when it was convenient for him. As mentioned before the discussion which lead to his realise must have been in OOC as I was with the Oberdienstoffizier in the cells without seeing any IC form of discussion between the General Der and the Oberdienstoffizier. Again after he was realised again the generals came to an agreement that he will be getting punished when he comes back onto his character however he never came back or gotten a punishment which gave him the opportunity to PK me.

Good day, You were banned for NITRP/Global Rule 1. You had been off your ban less than 1 day (for the same offense), when you decided it would be a wonderful idea to decide to create a character with the name "Notte Giew", after informing you that this goes against our standards, I decided to foolishly give you one chance to change your name-- your response was to set the name "Nate Higgers", you unfortunately haven't seemed to learn from your actions hence why a higher length ban was implemented (1 week), we take breaks of Global Rules seriously, and even then I was still quite lenient. However, failure to recognise consequences from actions, you attempted to ALT to ban evade (Global Rule 11), which resulted in the console automatically extending the ban to a permanent one. If you were to return, you need to read the rules and use your head on what is, and what isn't okay. With the offence being so recent to the previous one, a longer ban is required to ensure you learn to comply with the community's standards, if you wish to continue to carry out that sort of behaviour, I'd highly recommend looking at another server to join.

After Slugs comment, I can see why it was removed. I really liked Trusted when it was around, but from a staff POV I can understand why applications were closed. Now, we have to log Rank-Ups and monitor cooldowns as Slug mentioned. This would not be possible to monitor and update correctly if Trusted were to return.

You can do civilian roleplay, you just gotta do it... i have a civ char that i had alot of fun with.

In favor I think it will cause alot of confusion when the new "season" launches, alot of people making tickets and stuff, so atleast for the first few months i would be favorable.

Hi there, I was present in no-clip for this situation. From reading this, it comes across that you are trying to accuse Brownie of manipulating the situation, where as he actually informed you he had to be on his SKK Character to be present for something which was more important, when you guys were attempting to drag the situation out as Brownie attempted to RP the train arriving. It is completely acceptable within our Rules & Guidelines to allow someone to leave a situation if they have other priorities or issues which need resolved, as the situation in question can be picked up at a later time as you have mentioned. I personally do not see the substance behind this appeal, as you are unaware of what discussions/agreements the Oberdienstoffizier and the General Der came to after this situation you were present for and therefore cannot assume that his /looc comment was a verdict if he was let go or not punished. At the end of the day, the NSB are known for these 'unexpected' punishments and strategic planning, silencing of individuals which can cause further harm or threat. Brownie's IC Punishment was not waived, but more likely discussed when you were not present. How can you use that as substance for an appeal when you don't actually know what was agreed after he left?

It appears that you never watched the clip as it shows you guys trying to arrest us. And also if the guy wasn't involved with the detainment then how come he was watching so close with his gun out? Also wouldn't this be conflict on interest because you are directly involved with this situation when you were ordering our arrest, how come you didn't another staff member take deal with it.

Hello, I was the staff member that banned you. In the clip you provided, it shows you shot people for absolutely no reason. You shot a man who had ZERO inclusion within the situation. He never shot you, never ordered your arrest or even attempted to do so. You shot a man for no reason. Therefore I deemed it a reason to ban you for RDM.

After he was being detained he was put into the BB cells and questioned and interrogated. He was also supposed to be “sent to the eastern front” as a punishment by General Der, however conveniently he had to leave in 10 minutes and stated so in LOOC, by states “Can you hurry this up i have to go to X at 5” so the general that was writing up the document that would “send him to the eastern front for 2 weeks” was unable to complete it before he had to leave. So the generals came to an agreement to let him go and punish the Oberdienstoffizier when he comes back/has time to get punished, therefore he was let go so he can leave and do whatever has to do at 5PM. However the next day after the RP was paused/stopped and not punished the Oberdienstoffizier would take me away from a dossier that was occurring in the NSB cells and would inform that cause I beat him up and threatened to take him to the eastern front he will now take him to the eastern front. He later set my rank to Grenadier and took me to the train station and PKed me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The Oberdienstoffizier used LOOC to get out of an IC punishment and later was let go due to it. LOOC text shouldn't have been the verdict or the decider if he was let go and not punished for it. Due to him using LOOC leading him to be let go the next day he would go after me and PK me. The argument can be made that if I stated that I had an OOC issue and needed to go, would the punishment be waived ? Additional Information: no evidence of the text, just pictures and reports of the incident.

As you've exhibited again, total inability to accept any wrong doing or even attempt to view it from a different perspective. There is not a military on the planet that would allow the blatant insubordination that you were demonstrating to your command and non-military high command. You weren't banned for that, you were banned bceuase you legitmatiely believe that what you were doing is good RP that makes sense. I asked you many times if you were serious or just doing a very good job at trolling me, you assurred me you were serious, and you seem to be affirming that over and over again in this appeal. If you genuinely cannot understand how what you did just results in your character being sent to a penal battalion, then you just probably need to take a break from the server and maybe come to terms with reality.
