My experiences range from all 10 years of playing the ww2RP game mode. I’m excellent at taking criticisms and being held accountable for my failures in what I do. My hopes are to bring to this staff team a helping hand and progressing our beloved game mode to its greatest heights possible. As a member of a real life military, I believe that structure is what bonds the community, game mode and server together like a super glue. I want to bring greatness to a community I’ve come to enjoy and love over the many years I’ve been playing. I’m a dedicated man and a dedicated player to those who require service. My loyalty to the gamemode and the community is one of the most outstanding qualities that I have. I have a high standing of professionalism from both within the past Gmod communities I’ve proudly staffed on and my real job within the U.S. Navy. [150 Words or more]: My duties as a staff member of this community are to ensure the structure, order and fairness is maintained within the server. This includes using to my better advantage judgement, mercy, hospitality and helpfulness. As a staff member, my job is to help out both players and the community and ensure that order is unscathed by those who wish to bring chaos to the server. Helping new people is one of the highest priorities as a staff member. I believe that new players are the future of the community and a torch that guides our paths into better days to come. The way we conduct ourselves and make ourselves examples of how we should be and how we are to be. Even from the smallest infraction on our server rules, I believe in counseling the individual before handing out any punishments to ensure they have a clear understanding of our server rules. -1 I see what your trying to do, but if you literally making this just to take command is kinda the reason why we have only 1 kaiser, if you coup just to take authority is like a copy and paste. I like it but it wouldn't stick.

Neutral I can see the Idea you had, to where its a group that from the inside out tears down the structure but the idea of people coming from this and climbing ranks to then tear down the whole system would just be a waste and an annoyence. I like the idea but it wouldn't fit this game.

Accepted. After reviewing the appeal, I'm accepting it as it appears there was no genuine intent to break the rules in this situation. However, based on the clips provided, no members of the NSB pointed their weapons or attempted to restrain Warsteiner. Because of that, your decision to open fire was not the appropriate escalation. The correct response would have been to wait until the NSB either aimed their weapons, began firing or tied up Warsteiner. Had that occured, your reaction would have been more justifiable. The main issue here is a failure to properly escalate the situation. For next time make sure to follow the proper escalation procedures in the future to avoid similar incidents. Note: While the appeal has been accepted, this ban will remain on your record.

The man was standing still about to be arrested at gunpoint, without a gun out and you shot him. After telling you it was rdm you proceeded to say you weren’t in the Lapo so you didn’t have to arrest him. Nobody died and there were no further threats to your “vip” after the man jumped out of the car and stood still while being tied up.

Sorry to leave another report a hour or 2 later, but this time it really is a bug. The doors on my property "The German House" are bugged. There is no lock to the front or the cellar doors, I tried making a ticket, they told me to bring it to UA. Also there is some metal wall blocking the left door.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: In the situation that I killed the guy for, I was protecting my VIP at the time which was the Finance Minister. He was in a group with people talking about stuff that I did not particularly care much about. Then a panzer came in with his car attempting to run over the whole group including my VIP then he stepped out of the car. After he stepped out, I felt he was still a threat and shot him dead instead of trying to detain him. I did this for three reasons. One I still threat he could be capable of hurting the group and my VIP. Second I was not close enough to ensure he would be properly arrested so I eliminated my threat. My third reason, an admin who was present for the situation was in civilian rp and then presumed to ban me. He was not impartial with his decision and was influenced by what he only saw and never gave me the chance to explain myself nor let me have a proper sit for banning me. In addition, I believe there is no clip nor any other evidence except the admin there to determine my ban. Therefore, I was eliminating a threat to my VIP and was not given a fair and proper trial to determine if I was rdming someone. Additional Information: I had no intention of rdming anyone and as for my history you can see I have not received a ban for a lengthy period of time except for today. I feel like it was unjust to ban me with this one occasion and with a biased admin within the group making the effort to ban me without a fair trial.
