Your Name: Shepherd SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:646528906 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Apology Which staff member banned you?: Console How long is your ban for?: Community Exile Why were you banned?: "The ban was made permanent and upgraded to an exile when you invited multiple alt accounts of "Altoid" to the Tiny China discord where Altoid then spammed @ Everyone on these alt accounts." Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: On March 14th, Altoid called me late at night asking for an invite to the Tiny China Discord server. He told me he just wanted to see if he was banned, promising he wouldn’t minge or cause any trouble since it'd fall back on me. At first, I hesitated, but eventually I gave him the invite since it was late, and I trusted him. When I woke up, I found out I’d been Community Exiled because Altoid spammed pings and posted offensive GIFs and images. I didn't know he ever intended to do this and I never wanted anything like this to happen. I want to sincerely apologize to the staff team and everyone who had to deal with the aftermath of the Tiny China Discord situation. Even though I didn’t directly do it, I realize and fully understand that it’s still my fault for giving him the invite in the first place. I completely understand why I got banned, and I take full responsibility for this mistake. I've played on Prometheus Networks for over three years, grinding through ranks, making friends, and genuinely enjoying the community. Losing that sucked, and I really miss playing with my friends and having fun through this server. I've completely cut ties with Altoid and anyone else who might drag me into trouble. If given another chance, I promise to be careful, follow the rules, and make sure something like this never happens again. Thanks for considering my appeal, I really hope I can return to Prometheus Networks and never have to go through this situation, ever again. Additional Information: N/A

Acceptable, cool beans. My bad mang.

Oh you had an approved pk on the Vice Chancellor? Nope. You just thought you'd be edgy because you were bored and thought you'd spice up your own roleplay without any retrospective. Unfortunately it didn't work out for you and you were removed. Down with the Kaisergarde indeed. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/koItsVwN01B4QDgSc?invite=cr-MSxoZ3MsMTk2NjU0NTU4

"Didn't know RDM was a bannable offense" Absolute Bafoon...
-
-1 This is awful, as Nightcire mentioned, it goes against Imperial Rule 5: "You cannot roleplay as a psychopath, hitman, serial killer, or any role that strictly involves killing other players. Any killings done as a result of this kind of roleplay will be considered RDM." Additionally, you do not meet the required server time, regardless of what you had previously.

Your Name: Roman Heins SteamID: STEAM_0:1:240356511 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Dispute Which staff member banned you?: Gary How long is your ban for?: 2 weeks Why were you banned?: "gotcha" Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I understand (assume mostly) the ban was issued under the assumption that I was attempting to MRDM at the Pantheon, however I was specifically targeting the Vice Chancellor. There were multiple individuals in the room at the time, and my actions were part of a specific in-character scenario that I now realize may have been misinterpreted. I take full responsibility for the disruption caused and apologize for any confusion or escalation. It wasn’t my intention to violate server rules or disrupt roleplay for others. I respectfully ask for a chance to return and better align my actions with the expectations of the community moving forward. Additional Information: If needed, I’m willing to explain the context of the event in more detail or work with staff to resolve any misunderstandings, I will ensure future actions stay within the server’s guidelines.

Its not who you were arguing with, I enable all of my staff to initiate the same punishments for anyone who simply refuses to either explain themselves or lacks common sense. You happened to do both. I argue with people all the time, if everyone I argued with was banned, there wouldn't be a server. However, you refused to acknowledge any fault and refused to explain your initial outrage and logic, this led me to believe you hadn't actually understood or acknowledged anything I was saying. I'll go ahead and accept this, but I do believe this is just you apologizing to get it over with. Going forward, just talk. Literally all I wanted was you to explain one question.

Your Name: Jesus SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:636613732 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Apology Which staff member banned you?: Whoreson How long is your ban for?: 3 days Why were you banned?: Me and whoreson got into an argument on fortifications in the sewers Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I was in the wrong in the argument but I refused to admit it. I was really heated because of the constant running around that we did yesterday and also just the amount of swearing in the argument. It severely peeved me but it shouldn't have clouded my judgement on who I was arguing with. Additional Information: N/A

Neutral Alright, let’s get real for a second—“Whatsup guys” sounds like the friendliest, chillest greeting ever, right? Like, just a casual hey to your crew, your followers, or honestly, total strangers on the internet. On the surface, it’s all sunshine and fist bumps. But dig a little deeper and, whoa, you’ll find it’s kinda a linguistic booby trap. I mean, we’re all just tossing it out there, not realizing we’re stepping on a social landmine every. single. time. Buckle up, because I’m about to roast “Whatsup guys” harder than a summer sidewalk. First up, let’s break down this phrase. “Whatsup” is just “What is up?” crammed together and mangled because apparently, syllables are for losers. But…what does it even mean? “What is up”—like, the sky? My blood pressure? Your existential dread? Nobody knows. It’s so vague it’s practically a magic trick. Instead of actually caring how someone’s doing, we just lob this word-grenade and hope nobody notices we didn’t ask anything real. It’s the verbal equivalent of a shrug. Dangerous? Oh, absolutely. If our language is this empty, our brains start to get hollow, too. Pretty soon, we’re all just mumbling nonsense at each other and pretending it counts as conversation. Now, let’s talk about “guys.” People love to claim it’s gender-neutral these days, but come on—deep down, we all know it started as dude code. It’s like calling everyone “bro” or “man” and then being shocked when someone feels left out. Sure, most folks don’t mean anything by it, but that’s kind of the problem. It normalizes this whole “maleness as the default” thing, and, sorry, that’s just lazy. Words have power. And if we keep defaulting to “guys,” we’re basically telling everyone who isn’t one, “Hey, you’re just part of the background.” It’s like tripping someone and then blaming them for falling. Not cool. But wait, there’s more! Tone, my friends. “Whatsup guys” has been used so much it’s like elevator music for your social life. It doesn’t spark connection, it just fills the silence. You hear it in YouTube intros, Discord calls, or when someone walks into a party and has no clue what to say. No one actually answers the question. It’s just verbal wallpaper. And the more we use these empty phrases, the more our conversations start to feel like bad improv—everyone playing along, but nobody actually saying anything real. Eventually, we forget how to actually talk to each other. It’s all just surface-level noise, like a handshake with a limp fish. Zero grip. And don’t even get me started on the fake friendliness. “Whatsup guys” is basically the “Hi, I’m totally relatable!” of content creation. Streamers, podcasters, even the dude unboxing phone chargers on TikTok—they’re all doing it. It’s meant to sound warm and welcoming, but it’s just a trick. You feel like you’re part of something, but really, you’re just sitting alone, eating digital Doritos. It’s social junk food. All the taste, none of the nutrition. Do it enough, and you start feeling weirdly lonely, like you’ve talked to a hundred people today but haven’t actually connected with a single soul. It’s exhausting. Last thing—let’s talk brain chemistry. Saying “Whatsup guys” a million times wires your head to be casual, not attentive. You stop seeing people as people and start seeing them as this mushy, undefined group blob. It’s like you’re addressing an audience of potatoes. No individuality, just crowd control. And that, my friends, is the polar opposite of real connection. It’s like being at a concert where everyone is shouting, but nobody’s really listening. Welcome to the age of performative socializing. Woohoo, I guess?

This will be approved. Your PK was not a vital aspect of RP, you are being respectful and kind, and you seem willing to learn. As I said, as this was not vital to RP or the server, and as you are of lower rank and the situation was not a vastly important one, the server would not be affected by this, I don't see an issue in giving you a freebie. Coffee is an asshole.
-
Denied. A PK is not an administrative punishment like a ban, it's an in character consequence for IC actions. PK appeals are not accepted simply because you apologise or regret the situation, especially when those actions clearly put you subject to the PK guidelines. In this case, you admitted to breaking Fear RP by pulling out your gun while you were under gunpoint and were going to get arrested, which directly led to the PK. That alone justifies the outcome. You also mention that you were trying to ask an OOC question and did not recognise that someone was attempting to initiate RP. However, pausing or disregarding RP whenever it's inconvenient is not acceptable. If you have an OOC question or need clarification, the correct procedure is to make a ticket in game so staff can assist you. Furthermore, someone trying to arrest you is not "Fail RP". If you believe a rule is being broken or the situation is improper, you should report it by making a ticket in game and staff will handle it. You should not escalate the situation by drawing a weapon or refusing to engage in roleplay. While I also appreciate that you're new to the server, the rules apply equally to all players. Your time invested in your character and your intent to follow the server rules are noted, but they do not undo the consequnces of the IC actions you decided to take.
-
Hello, and thank you for submitting this PK appeal. I’m the individual who made the ticket that led to your PK. To provide some context: you were near the Landespolizei station during a civil war where everyone was shooting at eachother. At the time, you weren’t displaying any hostility nor were you carrying a weapon, so rather than shooting you down, we opted to arrest you as a less severe response. You were clearly instructed to stop moving and warned that any reckless actions could result in your death. Despite this, you chose to draw your MP40 and attempt to engage us, which led to you being swiftly gunned down by an Unterfeldwebel from the KG. Even if you believed the arrest was unwarranted (which, to be clear, it wasn’t), FearRP still applies. In the given situation, there was no reasonable scenario in which the risk you took would be in compliance with FearRP rules. Please take the time to thoroughly read the server rules and PK guidelines to avoid losing your character to situations like this in the future. Unfortunately, I don’t have the clip myself, as the KG member who killed you was the one who recorded it. Layheeee should also have the footage and may be able to provide it.
