Hello, banning admin here. I banned you for RDM with POs. A member of the army was only threatening you, saying, "he will shut your mouth for you." Then you took out your gun and just shot him in the head with no warning at all. There are two types of threats, an “Active Threat” and an “Idle Threat”. Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an idle threat. Example: Someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you is an Active Threat. Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation is an Idle Threat. I understand you did not know about this rule, but you have been playing this server for a while now and have a lot of POs regarding RDMs.

As seen in my clip I pulled out the gun as soon as you had your back turned so you did not in fact have your gun already on me when I chose to retaliate!

Hey, I assume you're the same guy that we had to freeze multiple times for disrupting the line. What you were doing, was a clear violation of Roleplay rules, which lead to roleplay being interrupted and made silly, during a very peak moment nearing the conclusion of the event. A perma ban, may have been a bit extreme, however, you were kicked beforehand, which was a clear warning of what you were doing was clearly wrong. If anything, this is more of an APOLOGY than a dispute. There is nothing to dispute, you faced the consequences for being a moron. I hope that Prime is willing to be friendly today for your own sake, next time I would really consider thinking before acting. I had a gun on you then one of your boys tried to shoot me, so I was distracted for exactly 1 second and then I turned my attention to you again since I already had a gun on you, and you pulled a gun and lost the gunfight.

I mentioned in my last response that a dispute was unwise as I had explained why the ban was valid. No amendment was made to the appeal and therefore a dispute is denied. Believing the roleplay scenario would have been over by the time you reconnected is not an excuse not to reconnect at all. That makes this situation pretty textbook LTARP as you disconnected during an RP situation and made no effort to reconnect or notify a staff member. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

It is your decision and risk. You decided to follow orders that created a disregard for your own life. Expecting to live after gunning down numerous MOI personnel is a bit silly. I agree, which is why the people being ordered to disregard their own life by following an "open fire" order should hold their General/CO accountable for the outcome (ICly). Specific PK Guideline here is Government PK criteria: "Dying after initiating a shoot-out". You were the one who initiated by shooting first. Yes you are correct I apologize for this and will be sure to pay closer attention to the logs your character description does not match the person's that did do the violation so you will be unbanned.
