Why should you be un-PK'd?: We intended no harm to Lentz, and we have nothing against him. The joke was rather rude, I admit that, but I have apologized and admitted that I should've kept it to myself. I've had this character for so long just for it to be PK'd over my OOC stupidity, and I sincerely apologize for my actions. However, I haven't done anything bad on that specific character for it to be PK'd, the ranks were grinded up, the character has a history of even holding a GO rank before and is well commended. I tried talking to Prime about it and told him that I will not be appealing my game ban and that I'll just wait it out due to me being aware of my mistake, and I am rightfully banned, however I do not see a reason for this character to be PK'd as it has nothing to do with the OOC situation. We moved upstairs on purpose so we can move from other people and have a little chat, but from what I've seen, a staff member left noclip for a brief second, so I assume they have reported us. No, do not worry, this is actually correct! The Army's ranks are the only faction to have a SIXTH enlisted rank (besides the now dismissed navy). You can read about the rank tables on the server's official google sheet. Rank Table

+1 When I was doing Medical RP in the military last year it got a little silly when half of the enlisted were 50 pounds and severely underweight. I did give them feeding tubes at some point but it's also not possible to update their weights on their ID.

Hey, thanks for the appeal. You were PKed under the guideline, "5. Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP." During this situation, you were told multiple times by an NSB agent with a gun pointed to your head to stop moving. You continued to move, so you were shot after multiple warnings. Even if you thought people behind you had guns pointed, you must remember, you have to always value your life, as naturally you wouldn't want to be killed. If you had a situation in real life where someone had a gun pointed in your face, and you were unsure that a person behind you would help, would you really take that chance? If you really wanted to avoid detainment that badly, you should have ordered your men to do something to help, and not just assume they would help you.

At the time, I believed LAPO behind me had their guns aimed at the NSB agent (as I was in first person), which gave me the impression I could keep moving around as they would shoot him. However, after reviewing the clip, I realized they did not, and as a result, I was PK’d. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I don’t believe I should be PK’d because I couldn’t see the LAPO behind me in first-person and genuinely thought they had their guns out, which is why I said they would shoot him if he tied me in the clip. It was a misunderstanding of perspective rather than intentional non-compliance. Additionally (if this counts towards anything), as the LAPO Vice President, I’ve been actively supporting recruitment and growth to help revive the faction, which shows my commitment to roleplay and the server. Hello, I was the staff involved in the ban. Upon you making the ticket with a content along the lines of "Ive been in here for like 30 minutes, help, help, etc." (as shown in the picture), I took the ticket and teleported to you almost immediately. Upon teleporting to you, I stated in local out-of-character chat that I would be looking in the logs to ensure that you had actually been sitting in the cells for 30+ minutes as your ticket stated. Upon me stating that, you almost immediately disconnected from the server (as shown in this screenshot) without any warning or statement by yourself. After leaving, I checked your notes (as shown in the screenshot provided by yourself), showing 7 notes with 1-2 of those notes containing LTARP, and a note to ban on the next offence (as shown in this screenshot). Seeing all of this content, I went ahead with a 36 hour ban due to the amount of past offences and based off of the fact that there was a note stating that the next offence of LTARP should be a ban. After I went through with the ban, you contacted me privately and informed me that you were having technical issues which was the apparent reason why you rejoined. We then had a somewhat brief conversation where I suggested an alternative to message a member of staff privately on Discord in order to inform them that you needed to rejoin the server.

Ranks within the Heer So I have recently been trying to promote people to Unteroffizier from the rank of Stabsgefreiter but they instead go to Fahnenjunker. As long as I've been on the server the Fahnenjunker rank was not used within the Heer. So I am confused is the rank going to be used or not?

Is in the pk rules 2 might be applicable seeing as that one of the interrogator's had some OOC dispute with you if what your saying is true referrence number 2 PK Guidelines NOT Permitted Rule 2: ''Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines.'' Rule 7 Of not permitted pk's: ''PKing for an OOC dispute.''
