I did not mean that you specifically wrote some of the doc for me. 2. I notified the Gendarmerie Chief per the request of the Courts Chief to let him know what was happening so he knew one of his officers would be brought a Security Courts Trial. At the end of day, it's up to the courts whether they want to hold a trial or not.

Hi, I was the one who killed Lukas Eisenhart in roleplay. I was informed of his intentions to use dirt against me and trial me for breaking a crown mandate by a Gericht member. I was handed a signed witness statement from Lukas Eisenhart in which he in full detail explained how I violated the Crown Mandate, and stated that he wanted to take "legal action" against me. This was not just a statement but also had evidence of me breaking it via multiple images. The crimes he intended to charge me with, could have possibly gotten me the death penalty, and there were even clear pictures of me that he took. With this in mind, I knew I had to sort this out to protect the life of my character. Later that day, I had Lukas in my office, and he began talking about how he was going to try me for breaking a crown mandate. Even while Donzoko was overwatching the situation, I asked him if there was anything we could do to make this go away. He said there was nothing that would change his mind, so I told him, “Fine, then I'm just going to kill you”. I tried to give him one last option out, which he denied, at this point it was completely last resort. I then pulled out my gun and shot him. Even after the fact, in OOC, I asked Donzoko if I had done everything right, and he said it was a valid PK.

Hello, I was the Gericht member who collected your witness statement. In regard to this, you solely wrote 100% of your statement. If verification on this is required, the Google Docs version history can be provided. Nothing was written for you or edited from your text. On top of this, you even submitted your own pictures that you took as evidence into your statement. Before you even drafted the statement, you told the Gendarmerie Chief, while I was standing next to you, that you intended to take the Polizeikommandeur to court. This alone already indicated that you wanted to use dirt against the Polizeikommandeur. You then proceeded to write a witness statement on this in advance of a court trial you intended to hold against the Polizeikommandeur.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal on the Forums. Whilst I did not authorize your PK, I was heavily involved when speaking with the individual who was seeking the GriefPK - Discussion before UA Approval - which is why I shall comment here to further explain why you were PK'd within our Guidelines. You had written and signed an Official Witness Statement, with a Polizeigericht member, which detailed a players actions which would have him tried in a Court for Espionage. Something which can be punishable by arrest and/or death. To stop this, he took matters into his own hands and asked if it was a viable GriefPK. The PK was approved as Greif falls under 'ANY Information which can lead to arrest/execution.' furthermore because what you had accused him of was A. Not Public Knowledge, B. Illegal & C. Information which would lead to Consequences or Punishment. Overall, this ticked all the boxes and fell into the category for a Valid GriefPK. However, UA shall make the final decision.

I understand that, of course, and I'm not looking to dispute that. The actions that occurred were abhorrent and entirely out of what I'd consider RP. I'm not looking to refute the fact that I was in the wrong either. I did not recognize who you were and the questionioning should not have occurred in the first place, that is a fault on my part and I am also sorry for speaking over you, I was hopefully understandably afraid for the life of my character along with those of the others that I don't believe should be blamed for it either. The enlistedman that shot your guard(s) began the entire firefight, and that should instead be considered an RDM case as he had no warranted reason to open fire on the guards or yourself, and he also was not ordered to do so, not even in his prior training. The situation itself was very confusing, and I believe I can speak on behalf of the other personnel present as it happened within only a few seconds, so I don't believe there was enough time for there to be a quick resolution or halt to the conflict. I am sincerely sorry for not handling the situation better myself and taking charge like I or the chief should have. I am hoping that you understand what I have to say, and I thank you for your reply/input, it is appreciated, and I will keep this mess in mind moving forward as what should never, ever, happen again. Hopefully, if my character is restored, I can assist in the re-education of those involved.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well first I was pked for writing a witness statement on something I had witness just the day before. I think getting pked for 1 witness statement is bit too little to be able to be perma killed but then again it could of been something i wrote in that witness statement, I don't know. Another thing is that I didn't even make the witness statement, A member of the polizeigericht made it for me and also helped me in some parts of the witness statement, to be specific the wording in some parts, just to then hand it to the people who pked me to get me pked by them for "dirt" reasoning. Edit: I was just doing my job in enforcing the law and i did not even want the person who I apparently had dirt on pked, just punished. Additional Information: No matter the outcome of this PK Appeal, I will understand and continue as usual. I don't know the rules very well so I'm giving the PK appeal route a shot to see if I'm able to get my char unpked.

One of your random enlisted guns one of my guards down, he was then shot by another guard for opening fire. That was it. But instead of you guys understanding it should have ended there and the guy who started the gunfight would have been dealt with on his own, you guys then gun everyone else down. So while you didn't order anything, you certainly particpated. I asked you to be quiet quite a few times and you just kept talking while I was talking. It's a pretty straightforward matter. You gun down a minister you're pretty much guaranteed to die. I would encourage all other ministers to hold themselves to the same standard.

However, lots of these Vendors are rendered useless as the player no longer owns or runs said business which the Vendor was placed for. By removing these unused Vendors, it makes way for possible new ones as well as more space in the affected business premises. Why should this be added?: To clear old and unused Nutscript Vendors which were previously approved and placed by UA. This also allows for active Businesses to attract more players, as many can access and use these unused NutVendors, meaning they have no need to interact with a functioning business. Even after my video proves that this was a troll and even a PK hunt attempt? The gentleman on the right ask “I would like to join the Kaisers Guard” then I ask him if he had transfer paperwork then the one on the left says maybe just detain him and bring him in. No paperwork, no reason to be there at all. Then while I back up while being detained he shoots at me in the Lichterfelde. Idk about you but someone attempting to shoot me for no reason then going on and killing me after I draw my weapon because it’s obviously a troll. And then after he kills me he says “we should probably get out of here” and then spawn kills me for no reason. This is obviously a troll and I would like this to be put on trial and then whatever the outcome is then I would take my PK if I am proven guilty. I’m not upset I am just let down in how I was trolled and then it flips on me. Thank you have a great day.
