I was there you were spamming it rather a lot. Maybe use the 3 day man to rest if you are so tired. 3 days does seem a bit much though.

Am I crazy? I can swear I remember people you recognised being visible in the TAB menu, faces and names. Is the current faction intention or a bug if anyone knows?

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I want to blame this on tiredness but it wouldn't be a good enough reason. I saw other people do the same thing without any punishment so I thought I could do this. In my opinion this shouldn't of been a ban and instead a mute or a oocban instead of a 3 day ban. Additional Information: Not much to add on here, I didn't do anything else to get banned other then being silly in OOC like everyone else was doing at the time. All I can say is the ban wasn't needed in my opinion since I didn't get told to stop before.

While on the prom main discord i interacted with Major Whoreson (owner of the server) where he noticed my RAT tag and told me to take it off (couldnt imagine why), he then told me i had 5 minutes (actually 4 hours) to remove the tag or there would be the most dire of consequences (an exile). Upon the end of the 5 minutes (4 hours) i was prompted with a final goodbye (an exile [actually a kick]). At that particular moment i was in a vc with my good friend (coworker) troll where i questioned if i actually got banned (i didnt) and asked him for an invite back to the server to check. Upon him inviting me back, i pushed up my glasses (fake glasses i have 20/20 vision) and unleashed a smirk, i then replied to Major Whoreson (still the owner) and told him in a tone akin to that of light from deathnote: "wasnt much of an exile" (i was wrong) at which point i was promptly banned for my comment on the discord. Soon after Coffee (supervisor administrator) banned me on the gmod (garrys mod) server, probably saying something along the lines of "he gone for good, that for true" (citation needed). Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: because after the month (28 days) since my ban i took time to reflect (go outside) and express my deepest regrets for acting like an invincible snarky chud and spending $11 for a server tag so i could gaslight coco in dms and convince h8m that i had direct access to UA and whoreson by being in Rat so i could influence the flow of larp and make him hostile to the military (milde) for no reason other than because i thought it was really funny. im sorry Additional Information: also troll didnt do anything besides sending me a disc invite while i was in vc with him

Hello, I was somebody involved in your detainment on my Feldjager character. I noticed you were loitering very close to the base, even in front of the vehicle checkpoint gates at one point. I asked "Can I help you" and received no answer. I started to walk back to the base when I had heard over radio that you untied someone, so I reported your name over the radio, stating I had seen you near the prisoner. I was then asked to identify you as the one who was next to the prisoner when that happened, and attempted to detain you under gunpoint. Instead of stopping, you decided to back away and run, subjecting you to the PK guidelines (FearRP) causing your character to be permanently killed. Here is a clip from my point of view. I have fully realized my mistakes and I plan on moving forward. In this post I shall describe to you, what happened that led to the situation, why I did such actions, and how I plan to move forward to improve my roleplay ability on the server. On 8/7/2025 prior to the incident that led to me ltapping, I was making a dinner table with food in the Lapo prison cells for my friends in the lapo. All of the sudden the kaiserguard showed up and kicked down the door into those cells. They said they were looking for me(Mitch Thomas) for an unknown reason unbeknownst to me. I responded, “what the hell was happening,” to paraphrase what I said then they surrounded me. Thereafter shots were fired which I think the kaiserguard shot at me, I then respawned in the garage of the lapo station. When I respawned at the garage, I suddenly saw a whole army of kaiserguard in the garage then shortly thereafter I left. While I have explained the situation from my perspective, I shall now explain why I took these actions. When the kaiserguard killed me, it was very sudden and when I respawned it overwhelmed me even more. Due to these very sudden and overwhelming events that compounded together, I felt I had no choice but to leave to calm myself down from the extremity of the situation. Normally, this kind of situation would not overwhelm your normal roleplayer; however, I have some medical problems that made these already stressful situations into something I could not handle at the time. This was the reason why I left while they were still interacting with me. I have looked back at what I did, and I am deeply sorry and apologetic for ruining the other roleplayers' experience even though I was unclear what their goals were in roleplay. I now have looked at what I did and these are my steps moving forward. I have read the community rules after this ban, and I shall explain what ltap is in paraphrase to prove that I have read especially what I violated to receive this punishment, “ltap is when a person leaves a situation via quitting the game of garry’s mod to avoid punishment/roleplay. If you get disconnected then message the handling admin or put a message in the discord.” My plan moving forward is to accept being detained or roleplayed even though I may be very stressed; however, I will make a ticket for staff to come help alleviate the stressfulness of the situation via allowing me to continue the roleplay at a later date if I am unable to continue it. Other times I just have to accept what has happened and not message staff every time things do not go my way or are somewhat stressful. I also plan to become even more adept at understanding server rules to avoid punishments like these that I was not very well aware of before this ban. I am deeply sorry to affect the quality of the roleplay of the server via me ltapping. I deserve this ban; however, I hope the length of this ban can be shortened due to the fact I have explained the reasons why I ltaped and the steps I have taken to be a better roleplayer. Also I did not want this ban to affect my roleplay record on this server because I deeply desire to continually roleplay on this server not only proven with this appeal, but with my financial commitment to donating to the server. Denied. Your ban is justified. You left the server during an active roleplay situation while being demoted, then rejoined only 50 seconds later. This is a clear case of LTARP. Additionally, you have a recent prior LTARP offence just 8 days ago which is why the length of the ban was increased. Your explanation does not change the fact that you intentionally left the server to avoid roleplay consequences, and you could have handled this situation better by simply just communicating to staff, or those around you, that you were having "issues" with your internet connection, instead of just leaving the server. This ban will remain in place.

Hi, you were in an active roleplay situation at the time and were getting demoted by a General Ranking Officer the chances of that coinciding with a 'DDOS' attack are extremely unlikely especially due to the fact that you rejoined 50 seconds later (seen in the picture attached). You also have a history of LTAPing and you state in your appeal that you left the server and this is also shown in the logs.
