First time posters putting +1 instantly, weird. I just don't think he'd be fit for staff at this time, he needs a bit more roleplay experience, given his reputation so far and what I've seen. Isn't his rp funny? Oh for sure but most of his rp is just himself somehow fucking himself over anytime hes part of a roleplay situation. Just a little bit in over his head. Neutral.

Yes seriously. Insane you don’t remember this nor your other bans but you want to become staff. I gathered this information from your first ban appeal, where Spiral informs you of your many previous bans and your warn for flat out racism. This is a -1 from me, considering what you have experience with (breaking the rules) and your PK appeals, where you simply don’t understand basics concepts of some RP and rule aspects.

I have gotten a powergaming ban, I have lied to staff before, I got a 2 month ban for a long name but that was appealed, I don't quite remember my other bans but all were stupid and avoidable. Those were when I didn't know how serious I was about this community however things have changed. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I used to be a Head Developer for a gmod server. I am not too knowledgable about the Nutscript Gamemode but I think I can innately figure it out. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I have years of staffing experience on numerous other games and have owned networks in the past on Unturned, Minecraft, and Fivem. I would assume I would be doing the civil due dilligence and not require any backend knowledge so I don't think I would be a terrible choice. Having Staff when there is no staff on would be great for the server and therefore makes me a great pick. I personally would like to have staff since I am very active and see a lot of stuff go unchecked. As Consul it is also beneficial to hold a staff position since it means less wait times and less tomfoolery. This job suits my character too which therefore is most of my perspective on this server, which is to just observe. Since I am constantly observing it is pertinent that all the rule breaking I see gets addressed unlike most of the time. I think I have found my place in this community and hope to stay, stick arround, and have a long and good tenure. I wish to be seen as someone who can help, give advise, and be someone you can talk to when you enjoy your time on the server. I have always had great team skills, im captain of my sport teams, I have ran gaming networks, and have run departments well. I love to show myself and get tasks done on time and submit a quality product. I am very knowledgable about the rules and have had to explain several rules sometimes in sits. ( I'm one of the first to have ever done a knife PK). I am a very quick learner and a great mentor and I think those skills are the blue sky traits any staff team wants. I am able to take critisicm and actually enjoy hearing it since I get to learn from it and avoid it the next time around. I also noticed and have been frustrated with some of the Ticket Wait times, personally no matter if I am currently playing will take a ticket if I see it so personally I don't understand what the deal is. For that reason I brought myself to the forums and decided to apply. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: A staff member needs to be able to consistently and proactively change peoples models, names, factions, ranks, while also preventing the breaking of global rules, the imperial rp rules, and other rules like ranking promotion rules. They need to be able to communicate with any demographic, so to aggressive kids, to frustrated union workers. They need to hold themselves at a higher standard than others because they represent the ideal rule follower. They need to put the community before them. They need to remain impartial while on duty, maintain calmness, and speak/represent Prometheus networks. At the end of the day staff are here to ensure that everybody has fun, plays fair, and is contributing to a safe roleplay enviroment. (I seriously don't know why I write like im Chatterson von Geepeetee.) They are to also me the question answerer, they can't relax all the time. Rather they need to be able to responsibly answer peoples questions, whilst also recommended/promoting roleplay and IC activity. A staff should also add to the fun factor and not just be the policeman however this is a delicate balance and must always keep in mind the server integrity.
