Description of the Idea: From Bars to Cars, we have nothing to fill the quiet that looms across the city. We should bring back some charm, something that lures in the common folk to a building or helps drown out a dull drive. Music disc, Gramophones, and other era-friendly devices for players to use as in-game items. Each music tape could contain a different song. We've had it before, we can have it again. Why should this be added? Builds a unique atmosphere and ambiance. Music will be able to add so much to the gameplay whether its during a meeting between NHC or a local restaurant filling in the chatter of its guest. It also would allow players to collect disc for certain kinds of music. + Whoreson could also potentially make money off of it by making people pay for custom disc. I know that's important. What negatives could this have? People could throw radios into military bases and have it on the loudest volume. Daryl Dixon style torture. Additional Information: I would personally give up my son's university funds for a Steven Sparrow disc from Whoreson if given the chance.

-1 This will never work. Running certain programs like Atmos will always cause issues for either the server itself or members of its playerbase. Somethings are just not meant to be.

Explain why your flags should be unblacklisted: While I understand that rules are rules, this all happened during minge hour if it was at any other time I would of not been abusing my flags. And also at the time there were less than 30 people on server. This also happened back in January, so I think enough time has passed for me to get my pet flags back. And I promise to never use the ammo box prop again for anything other than making a dupe.

You're absolutely right — I made procedural errors in how the PK was handled, including misunderstanding the requirements around NHC Order PKs and proper oversight. Given that, I fully support your character being un-PK'd immediately. Thanks for pointing everything out clearly so we can move forward properly.

After looking at the PK guidelines, and considering you approved such a PK. You lacked the ability to approve such an NHC Order PK, as all NHC ordered PKs are required to be handled by Upper Administration. “NHC Order PK request must be approved by Upper Administration+” The text above was pulled straight from the PK Guidelines page. This is another reason, why this PK is invalid.

Hey sparrow, Let’s get straight into the main course of this PK and debunk this. First off, let’s debunk this. Elite is a Moderator, he cannot overwatch PKs of High COs. This is clearly stated in the authorization category in the PK guidelines. So with that being found out by myself, there was no proper overwatch. This clip lacked any context to the situation, which shows no type of actual RP taking place. It is a clearly manipulated clip that only provided a few seconds then me being shot. No context to it at all. He was not present during the entire RP scene, nor can he overwatch a PK on COs in a government faction. He said “carry on” to the situation, as I was being dragged Frank King IV broke a global rule by falsely accusing me of ERPing with someone and as a result I made a staff ticket due to that breaking the environment of the RP situation. He also later confessed to speaking OOCly in his mic, which to my knowledge he is a member of the Staff Team meaning he should know better not to falsely accuse someone of ERPing with someone. The entire situation was completely ruined, and just a desperate attempt to make a PK on myself as the first resort, instead of a last resort. In conclusion, the PK was not being overwatched at all to ensure proper roleplay. With that being said, it is clearly an improper PK attempt as they did not go through the proper channels and processes of getting a authorized staff member to overwatch said PK. RP was also not proper, nor did a member of the PSD stay IC the entire time which completely ruined the environment like I stated before. The PSD also used the words of Elite to attempt to act as if it was being overwatched when it wasn’t. It’s actually petty.

Hello, President Mannheim made a ticket asked for PK Help, I accepted this ticket and he requested approval for an NHC-authorized PK against your character. He asked me prior to giving the order to his PSD to find and shoot you whether it was within his authority to proceed and if I could approve this action. I confirmed that, as it was an NHC Order PK, it fell within his in-character powers to issue the command and carry it out and therefore approved. I also advised that his personnel should submit a ticket at the time of the PK attempt or during the event itself to ensure your character could be marked PK-active. Around 10 minutes later or so I was not personally available to watch the event, however, According to the provided evidence, Elite was present during the confrontation and shooting, and is shown in chat logs saying “carry on” to the PSD members executing the order. Despite this, Elite did not follow through with the administrative step of formally marking your character as PK’d. President Mannerheim and the PSD who shot you then submitted video clips and chat logs directly to me that confirm the event occurred as described and that Elite was aware of and acknowledged the action. Specifically, the clip presented to me, linked below, shows Elite was Present saying Carry On and that you were shot immediately after. Based on this evidence of overwatch, and me taking the original ticket request to approve the order, I completed the administrative process, officially marking your character as Permanently Killed and recording it in our PK-Logs. Explain why you were PK'd: I was PKd off of NHC order (President). Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well my PK from my knowledge lacked complete oversight from any type of staff member during the PK, considering during the situation a member of the PSD which I can assume It was an Individual by the name Frank King IV openly accused me of “ERPing” with a guy doing communist RP by the name of Marcus, he completely broke RP during the situation which broke the environment, which could have been prevented and or rectified if a staff member was overseeing the PK, which one did not. This was a PK on a member of RPI, which lacked oversight which is a major problem. My other reason for myself to be UnPKd as my PK went against a major guideline which is “Not using a PK as a Last Resort”, they could have attempted to handle my situation and actions differently, used different routes such as using the court system before getting you’re NHC to do a NHC ordered PK, and or attempted to confront myself about it.
