I was brought to the FM"s office when and after some of them bickering they brought me to the cells where I was yelled at by a random luft enlisted and was asked multiple times why I shouldn't just be shot I told him it was illegal and that his officer was right there. The luftwaffe then brought me to the sewers and was saying if I did not have anything worth to offer him he would just shoot me. I really had nothing to offer so he brought me to the sewer secret room and I was then shot and pk'ed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think its just odd as I maybe interacted with the dude a couple times and then I just get pk'ed for no reason. Additional Information:

Hi, I am the staff member that banned you. 1.) you were banned for participating in the unapproved raid/ Resistance. Which resulted in the MRDM 2.) any raid or resistance has to be approved by Upper Administration Solely advertising that "the bean resistance has begun" did not give you and the others authorization to raid the military compound. Your actions, alongside others involved, resulted in multiple players being killed within the compound. It violates General Rule #35 "All raids performed on government buildings are to be directly approved and overseen by a member of Upper Administration. Any raids that have not been approved appropriately and overseen by an appropriate member of the staff team are seen as FailRP and RDM for any and all individuals who die during said raid."

Hello, thank you for using the Forums to create a Ban Appeal. Whilst I am not involved in your Ban, you cannot simply advertise a 'Revolution' to justify a raid and RDM of multiple users. If you wish to start a Resistance Group/Criminal Organisation, you must apply here. Unapproved Organisations as well as Unapproved Raids are against the server rules. From what you have written above, I believe you got off lucky with just a 'MRDM' ban.

The reason he banned me was for the action I supposedly did, MRDM (Mass Random Deathmatch). In this dispute, I want to talk about what me and my two buddies did. We were roleplaying this whole time, even before we got banned. We were putting in advertisements that the Bean Revolution has begun. This was for fun to start something in the city because it seemed like nothing was happening, so we decided to get weapons and try to detain people, which went successfully. Later on, the Ouroboros and the NSB started to try to detain me as I was the leader, which I roleplayed. When my buddies came to save me, we roleplayed that out as well. When we raided the ICC (Inter-City Compound), we advertised that the Bean Revolution began, which gave a clear roleplay sequence to let us attack any building we may choose. We chose the ICC, and before we started shooting, we made eye contact with other military members. After getting their attention, we ran behind a wall as we heard them come our way. Our first instinct was that they were going to shoot us, so we got ready and opened fire. We fought for a couple of minutes and gave the military something to do. Then we were picked up by staff member Jürgen, and he said we are getting banned for a week. That is my dispute, as I see it is justified because we were roleplaying it out. Hello, Governor again. For clarification, this is a temporary PET flag ban, and as such you are not permanently unable to utilize the toolgun and the phys gun and after it is over (roughly 5-6 days now). I stated this in the original response.

I didn't shoot at them, and my friends got pulled into the air and got banned, as I got banned along with them for MRDM even though I didn't shoot at the military. @Noobyit did have to do with it i showed two clips one after I logged where it happend again and the first one where it was happening this has ahppend before and I have almost been banned for Ltapping after my screen froze and my pc was acting up so I started recording incidents such as this one so I took the pk and spooks just said to send him the clips.

Hello, I am the staff member who approved your PK. I agree with what Spooks said, and simply want to add on a few things. Even if you couldn't hear the civilians in the clip issuing orders, it is implied that they want to detain you by the fact that you were surrounded with guns drawn on you, and that one of them tried to put restraints on you, which you resisted. You did not need audio to understand that you were being detained. Regarding your technical issues, you mentioned that you had a problem with your audio, evidence for which you haven't shown. Instead, you showed evidence of your monitor being faulty, which didn't seem to be an issue during the incident and the sit following it.
