I'm carving out a new path on a very valuable character of mine, and I don't want to lose him due to a ban. I know my statements were vulgar, and the reasoning was redundant. I know I shouldn't have done it. All this time, I've been extremely respectful to the community and its players, and I have orchestrated large RP conflicts between the Military and NSB in the past. As of right now, I am the Leading Richter in the Military Courts. I understand this kind of behavior coming from a relatively new player spouting nonsense so everyone can see it. However, in my case, hardly anyone saw it. The server had eight other players on at the time, and most of them left because of the incident at the Pantheon. I am not proud of these statements in any way; it was just unnecessary, and I apologize for all whose names I mentioned. Last night, after all the factions got summoned to the Pantheon at the height of the civil war, there were numerous individuals who were broadcasting a lot of zany and absurd comments throughout the public broadcast system when the server was at its peak. I saw as these men were hunted and brutally slaughtered. Around the downtime of the server, not thinking clearly, I broadcasted a very hateful comment over the public broadcast system to try and get the attention of the NSB, who were at the time rounded up for PCOs against the Military and would jump on any Military in sight to try and spike some last-minute RP standoff between me and the NSB. That didn't go as planned, as I got banned. I do not disrupt RP; I help make more of it. I was at the meeting in the Pantheon and sat at the table witnessing the Gebirgsjäger Chief get executed and another thrown off the balcony. No average, run-of-the-mill "jarhead" spilling his mind over the public broadcast could stand there and be present with NHC. I've never gotten off on the wrong foot with anyone in the past, and I don't plan on making this the first time. Additional Information: I'm not well-rested, which could explain the sudden outburst after such tranquility. I'm in better shape now than I was a while ago with this, so don't expect anything to go wrong from this point on. I do not believe a person who breaks the rules should be let off Scott free because of simple talk, maybe a reduction if its convincing but i digress. I understand that, and it was a big error on my part. I was just desperate to get on the server to play with my friends. I know I should have already learned not to ban evade but I didn't listen, I do apologize.

After reading over the appeal and reviewing the statements provided by both sides of the situation I have reached a verdict. @Primesummarized the situation well -- The Vice Chancellor, a member of National High Command has enormous power and the situation between you and him crossed the line from simply being political adversaries. Disagreeing with the VC, opposing him in Cabinet Meetings, and filing a suit against wrongful termination all make for a great political opponent; however, when you start claiming that his actions are that of a 'retard', threaten him with statements such as "I'll see you on the 6th", and then allude to further action with "The last time someone tried to fire me it didn't end too well" it crosses the line. The VC gave you several attempts to apologize, even suspending you before taking further action; however, you continued. About three weeks ago, I was banned for RDM after an incident during a patrol, and I want to provide some context so you can understand why I acted the way I did. During the patrol, two NSB players were repeatedly harassing our KG group, spamming pictures and refusing to leave when asked multiple times I’d say it was at least 4 to 7 warnings. After a while, I got frustrated and mentioned to my commanding officer that if they kept it up, I might just have to take action and my CO said ''go for it''. Unfortunately, after they ignored the warnings, I went ahead and shot both of them. (this happend in the night so when they took the pictures it was like a flashbang x1000) In hindsight, I know I should have handled the situation differently. I acted impulsively rather than reporting it or trying to de-escalate, which led to the RDM. After the incident, we went on with the patrol, collected paychecks, and headed back to base for certs. I understand that this wasn’t the right way to deal with things, and I’ll be more mindful in the future about how to handle similar situations. I’m hoping to get back into the server and play by the rules from here on out. Hello, I was the person who approved the PK on you. So to begin with a few things, it started with you insulting the Vice Chancellor and refusing to leave his office. You were suspended for that. You were given a chance to APOLOGISE and keep you job. You refused and called him a retard. You were then fired for calling him a retard. You were then given ANOTHER chance to apologise and bite your tongue and you refused once again. You then AGAIN called him a retard and started to go on about how you were both equals. During this time you then THREATENED a member of NATIONAL HIGH COMMAND by saying things like "The last time someone tried to fire me it didn't end too well" and "prepare for the general conference on July 6th" After all the chances he gave, you then decided to launch a court case on him. The facts are this, 1. You went out of your way to disrespect a member of National High Command 2. You refused every chance he gave you to save your job 3. You then threatened a member of National High Command in multiple occasions 4. After him letting you leave and putting this behind everyone, you launched a court case on him Semantics don't matter in this, you saying he is "Acting like a Retard" doesn't matter, you called a member of National High Command a retard. You are not framing this correctly again. This is because of what I said, and again, I never said what you claim I did. Even if I have, it does not give you any amount of power to shoot a minister because they tell you the truth. Sure, I could have phrased it in a more polite manner, but the result would have been the same as it had been the other times we told you in that room. Your opinion was incorrect and could have harmed the state if the party had pursued its options. It is my right, as is anyone, if they think they were fired wrongfully, to take it to the courts. If that had not worked, I don't know what would have happened, because we didn't get that far. If you shot me before court. It is not last resort. You didn't even reach the court case. Also, why would I agree to be removed by you if you did it unfairly? No one that I know of would sue their boss for a wrongful termination. You are not the arbiter of the Law.
