I was the one who blacklisted your flags for colliding props and violating server rules by attempting to lag or crash the server. I also banned you but that was rescinded. Regardless if the Kriegsmarschall had you demoted he has justification to shoot you. From the Information that was given you had broken into the ICC and then ignored the KM (Kriegsmarschall) when he tried to inform you about his access policy. You are a NSB NCO and he is a member of National High Command. You proceeded to disrespect him in front of his men and then walked away mid conversation. He had the reason and justification to kill you. Once again he is a member of National High Command and you are a NSB Commissioned Officer. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue and move on. yes i understand that but i do not understand why i am being pk'd because of these two guys not doing any sort of roleplay and just looking to hunk PK's. i was doing my job of protecting the lichterfelde, as well on top of that there was no reason for the guys to kill me in my spawn room right after, further more proving my point of this was not intended to be a roleplay situation on their part. i feel like this pk was a stretch and im just asking for a fair shake and to be un PK'd because i really believe this can be straightened out.

To be honest I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to spawn a bunch of props in one spot, but I have recognized the severe nature of this. Since I wanted to make sure I never did anything like this with my flags ever again, I had decided to wait at least a month before appealing. On my Ouroboros character, the use of dupes is a key element to good rp, without the use of props, I will not be able to generate the kind of atmosphere that makes people engaged in our experiments and tests. Moreover, dupes are an essential part of getting funding for projects and research. The loss of flags is detrimental the roleplay on my main character and I simply care far too much to let something like this happen again. Additional Information: It has now been 34 days and I can reliably say that I will remember this moment every time I plan on using props. If I was offered the opportunity to get my flags back, I will never make this mistake again.

Hello, I am the staff member who authorised and carried out your PK. I don't believe being drunk is an excuse, but that is up to UA to decide. Regarding the situation, you were given plenty of time to react, and you refused to comply; hence, you were shot and PKed. My only recommendation for the future is not to get on the server, especially your main character, while drunk.

Hello, I was the staff member who authorised and conducted your PK. When you are under gunpoint, you are automatically placed under FearRP (there are some exceptions to this, but not in this case). If you refuse to follow the instructions given to you while you're under FearRP, as you did and admitted to doing in the Staff Sit and this appeal, you are risking your Character's life. Because you died while breaking FearRP, you were PKed. Furthermore, you also stated that you died after starting a gunfight, which is also a PK'able offence. To provide clarification on PK Guidelines and general rules, as I believe you have confused them a bit. You were permitted to open fire on an active threat, and as they were pointing guns at you, they were in fact being an active threat. However, that does not exclude you from a possible PK but instead an RDM violation. That clause is there to give you an idea of situations in which you are allowed to shoot, and it would not be considered RDM. Regarding the New-Life Rule, when you die, you forget the past 20 minutes of your life (unless it was a mass shooting in the open). However, others who did not die (like the ones who shot you) still remember the actions you took in those past 20 minutes.

Character's name & rank: Zugleiter Karl Mannhausen SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:423993886 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Major Whoreson Explain why you were PK'd: The situation itself was this: A meeting was ongoing in the senate chambers of the party wing. As members of the Konsul-Echelon protecting the meeting, myself (the Deputy Chief of the unit) and four other guards, including the Chief, were standing outside and filtering entry for individuals coming in. Unbeknownst to me, the Science Minister walked up to the door and tried to enter, and because I did not recognize him, his name, or the badge above his head (which yes, I should have), I stopped him. He counted down from 10, and as he did, the door was opened by the Vizekonsul, who was inside. As he went inside, I made a snarky remark along the lines of how "I'm glad you know how to count", and of course, I was ordered to be detained by him and his guards. When I was detained, one of the guards of the Echelon (an enlistedman) shot the guard who detained me. I did not order this shooting, nor did I say anything that would be interpreted as such. Nevertheless, a small gunfight began, and that resulted in the deaths of the Science Minister and his guards. I was then undetained by one of the other guards, and we were all immediately ordered to the Vize Konsul's office. He then lined us up, and was about to speak with us, but then the Minister came into the room, had us all tied and ordered for death, and while I tried to reason with the Minister, he then said I was talking too much, and proceeded to shoot me in the head, killing me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: For starters, I genuinely do not know what happened in the few seconds where the gunfight occurred. It was not my intention to have any sort of fight start, and it seems to me like an RDM situation that went IC. I knew there would be some sort of issue with my remark and I somewhat expected to be tied and given the old "you're a dumbass" treatment, but the shooting was completely uncalled for and wasn't even iniated by myself or by order of anyone else. I intended to comply with the Ministers orders and take the slap on the wrist, but it all spiraled way out of control, and I genuinely don't wish to lose this character over such an idiotic and unnecessary incident. Additional Information: As the Deputy of the unit, I fear this will also jeopardize its integrity greatly and that the situation surrounding my death is unjust and not entirely called for.
