Re-consider what you say in OOC before you make a Player Report post on the Forums. During the bickering between both yourself and the other individual you blatantly broke Global Rule 1. well anyways i didnt do mrdm it should be reduced to regular rdm and nitrp was failrp instead of nitrp. honestly if we can just make the mrdm into normal rdm that would be fine because it was definetely not mrdm

-1 Based off of both the facts of the case and the fact that you admitted to several of the alleged rules broken (RDM, Unauthorized Raiding, NITRP, etc). There is potentially some debate to be had about whether or not it should have been MRDM or RDM, but additionally based off of the fact that you have no clip or evidence to prove otherwise is very damning.

Neutral. I personally think that adding new uniforms to diversify roleplay further is a fantastic idea, however there is one simple fact; doctors are almost never useful in roleplay. I think this would definitely be worthy of consideration if doctors actually did something in RP or contributed to something major enough for it to be recognized in a fashion like that, but the simple truth is that it just isn't right now.

I had handled a PK wrong. A lot of stuff that had been compiled from earlier mistakes made when I was a staff member. Overall, I have taken a lot of time and realized those mistakes were really stupid and easily avoidable.

What led to you being removed and what will you do to improve yourself as a staff member afterwards

Im reviewing the logs right now and it shows you killing me and then you dying, so you are right, its RDM not MRDM. It may have been attempted MRDM but the other military members in the room must have dispatched you quickly. The "raid thing" is not RP unless it is an approved raid.

i disagree, new players can make mistakes he may not have been aware of the alting rules. he seems remorseful enough and even displayed a biweekly length of patience to express his wishes to be given a second chance. i think that he really enjoys the game and the community. we cannot all be perfect.

Like I said, I was ordered to do all the things I did by NSB command staff, take it up with them regarding my orders, not the Oberkommissar carrying them out. We came in peacefully with no intention of fighting and were let in as I told you multiple times. I was one of ~10 NSB agents already in the area. As for our legal argument, the last resort is not to kill me for having a legal disagreement with you, there is a Judiciary system for a reason, which you could have utilized to argue your case to a valid court with jurisdictions over the GSD, which shouldn't have even involved me as the NSB weren't inside the ICC on my orders. However, it was decided that you must have me captured and killed instead, over what should have been taken to a court rather than an NHC order PK. As for the "snarky behavior" it was barely substantial enough to have me demoted, and that was the resolution of that specific situation.

also uhh how do i do an authorized raid so this doesnt occur again btw the even if you may say nitrp is kinda valid here the mrdm is completely wrong i killed one and shot one other thats not mrdm. and the raid thing was rp. i had seen the military kill citizens multiple times some i even knew and grew incredibly mad with the military due to everyone i know getting murdered by them. so i decided to raid them in order to take down the military
