This supposed "kidnaping" was when I hopped out of my car to enter the general store, and a NSB guy got scared and started running away. As I was entering the general store a NSB general came with 3 goons and told me I'm under arrest for trying to kidnap NSB members. I was then PK'd on a General Ordered PK. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I should be Un-PK'd because there was absolutely no proof of me trying to kidnap anyone, they soley went off what someone said. Another reason is that they kept saying I was apart of the Cartel and that I was killing and stealing MOI members uniforms, They have no proof of that since everytime we rob someone we do the (/me knocks out) enabling them from remembering anything. In my opinion I think General Ordered PK's shouldn't be a think because it allows generals to kill low ranking individuals with no significant proof. In my opinion I think General ordered PK's take away the significance of Court roleplay and the justice system. Additional Information: I have none.

After reviewing the clip from the first moment someone told you to stop the motorcycle was 2 seconds into the clip. based off of how voice ranges on the server work you wouldn't be able to hear them until 3-4 seconds into the clip. you were shot off of the motorcycle 6 seconds into the clip. we are not going to PK you for two seconds off someone ordering you off of a motorcycle. now that being said guns were pointed at you the entire clip which is enough context that you should slow down and that you're life may be in danger. I'm will to give you the benefit of the doubt over this one situation but you more than likely will not be as lucky next time. I didn't paraphrase your exact words, that's just what i could extract from the conversation in the sit, was that you didn't want to stop anyways because they were damaging your bike, wich again, is fine by the rules, but you risked fleeing a stop, and got shot, that's the bottom of it;

I never said it was because they were being mean to me, I said it was because they weren't conducting a proper stop and they just wanted to break my vehicle. Also the guns may have been in my view but that doesn't mean I saw them as I was looking forward where I was driving to not at them. I also was attempting to stop right as I got shot, when i heard them tell me to stop. They fired Immediately upon me hearing them.

Hello Teller, the situation started when you decided to not stop your motorcycle anymore, as i've watched myself. First thing you tried to argue was that you tried stopping but the motorcycle was "Too bad to stop", then after i rewatched the clip and confirmed there was no attempts at slowing down from your part, you said you didn't see the guns, wich is very unlikely since they were in your field of view. Overall, you told me you just didn't want to stop because they were being mean to you, wich i told you, you could risk running away, but that has consequences.

Additional Information: The Group that killed me had previously harrassed me and had me stopped the then told me to leave while ordering some one to pop my tires at the same time. One of there men was on my motorcycle and I was taking him to a group of people he wanted to go to when they told me to stop and immediately fired. For an hour or two after that same group was harassing my new character and weren't even attempting proper RP.

I was there. The KG literally shot one of the soldiers in the head and killed him for no reason. Of course a Prussian officer would open fire under such injustices. This stuff happens all the time. One person shoots another, then a shootout starts, literally every night. We shouldn't pk people for stuff like this. At least if this guy gets pk'd, the person who originally shot should be pk'd too. You can't just murder people.

SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): Steam ID: 76561198717169803 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): Explain why you were PK'd: Causing a shootout Why should you be un-PK'd?: I simply returned fire on a KG officer, I was Pk'ed for causing a gunfight when I shot second and I don't believe that's a fair and just PK when I spent weeks getting my Char to a Leutnant just for me to avenge my soldier and get Pk'ed. Additional Information: A group was in the bank consisting of KG and the Reserve Army, I was standing in the corner behind the counter with my Oberfeldwebel, a KG soldier went up to us and started pointing his weapon at my Oberfeldwebel trying to arrest him, I scolded the KG soldier for which then my Oberfeldwebel pointed his gun back at the soldier behind my back and a watching KG officer from the other side of the counter then shot and killed my Oberfeldwebel, I then shot at the KG officer and killed him, went behind the counter again instead of shooting into the crowd even more then the few shots I already had shot that might've strayed off and killed the original KG soldier who was trying to kill me, then I died and then was PK'ed sense I "caused a mass gunfight" The KG officer who shot first at my Oberfeldwebel should be the one getting PK'ed for shooting first and forcing me to respond with shooting at him, If you check the log's you will see that He killed someone and then I killed him and his soldier, I don't believe I killed anyone else but those two people but if it was it was a mistake, If I was trying to cause a mass shootout I would've fired my whole mag into that crowd and would have tried to kill more people than the two I killed.
