Denied Your whole basis on why this should be accepted is a dispute that the events ever happened, and a dispute with the GO ordered PK guideline. Thank you for the sincerity in your apology, however I would like to explain the point that led me to making this ban permanent. In less than a year, you managed to rack up TWENTY infractions (notes and bans). This is an excessive amount, and you only proved that you were not a good fit for the server at the time. I will leave the decision to another UA member who reviews this appeal, and I will let it be known I am fine with you being unbanned after ~7 months, but in order for the gravity of your situation to actually have some effect, then I believe there should be some condition set. E.g. If you receive yet another infraction for moronic behaviour and have zero intentions to properly roleplay and participate in the server, then the permanent ban would be reinstated.

+1 I was there, very shortly before this happened someone tried to kill someone from the group heading to the ICC (the guy banned in the beginning of the clip). This fup13 guy did not target anyone in the group, he was trying to shoot the person in the white car.
