How long have you been roleplaying?: Just under 2 years on servers such as divergent mafia, and scp roleplay Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Yes, I have previously received four bans, three for RDM and one for Rule 9, and a prop abuse note in March 2026. For the prop abuse note, at the time, I had just gotten my permissions and was not sure about the rules, something I will not be doing anymore by ensuring care of my props carefully and using them appropriately. The RDM bans were issued from December 2023 to March 2025. In hindsight, I think that I failed to immerse myself in the server’s roleplaying atmosphere properly and ended up making a poor decision during a staff sit as a result, I’m not sure what I lied about but I was probably just trying to get out of a punishment that I deserved. My third RDM ban was the point when I decided to work on improving my rping by joining other roleplay servers. After that I was then punished for breaking rule 9 which was a result of lack of common sense, I used my ban period as a time of self reflection, before appealing and coming back once I had truly learnt my lesson. All of these mistakes could have been prevented if I had taken the time to really get to know all the rules and respect the community members as well as being sincere during all staff sits. After the break I had, I see these things not only as warnings that are placed on my record, but as a turning point that has gave me a real desire to become someone who contributes something positive to the community. I understand how these previous actions can have a harsh effect on the community and I take these lessons to heart and am fully committed to maintaining a clean record and using my chance to try to improve the community and help keep it safe. I have no current experience within Gmod nor nutscript, however I'm a dedicated learner and I hope this position would give me experience. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I am applying to be a staff member of Prometheus as I feel strongly about ensuring that our community members are able to enjoy a safe and fun environment. As a veteran member of this community, I have become well versed in aspects of the community culture and the requirements of the playerbase. I have attempted to add value to others’ RP experience. A great staff member should actively represent his community, be approachable for new players and veterans alike, and resolve any disputes that come up quickly and in a fair way. As an individual who has experience in multiplayer roleplay servers, I know how these servers work from the inside out and how player sits can be effectively handled. Being online most of the days and playing late into the night or even early in the morning when not a lot of staff members are online and tickets remain open for extended periods of time, I understand how frustrating it is to have a pressing situation come up, or a quality RP experience be ruined by RDM, VDM, or minging, for which there is no immediate help available. Patience, toughness, and understanding form the basis of my moderation skills. I have gone through many stages as a player and know many psychological conditions that a player might experience and recognize troublemakers easily. However, I always listen to each side of the argument as a neutral arbiter. I will be glad to educate players whenever they make an innocent mistake, but be tough for those who break the rules on purpose. In any event, being a staff member means giving something to the community and helping it evolve into a healthy community of quality roleplaying. I am ready to devote my time, perform my responsibilities properly, accept criticism positively, and work in collaboration with the other members of the staff in order to ensure that Prometheus remains alive, balanced, and fun. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: In my view, the duties and responsibilities the position entails are important and are vital that they are done correctly, staff aren't just there to get rid of people doing the wrong thing, but teach them why it was the wrong thing, and how to do better the next time. staff is there to make sure roleplay is happening properly, and abiding the rules, I'd be there to help with promotions, transfers, and any other issues the playerbase may have. I believe all users should be treated with respect and be given the same treatment as anyone else would. I also believe my responsibilities would include learning, as learning is one of the most important things a new, fresh staff member can do. i'd look to UA/senior moderators for advice and I may make mistakes, but I wouldn't be able to learn from them if i didn't make them. Notes: I know I'm not a major well known person throughout the community but I have interacted with many individuals and I hope maybe this would help increase my presence on the server.

If I recall correctly I never said I ordered anyone, I never admitted to it and I consistently told you I wasn't aware of who was giving the orders.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to Thomas for your response and I appreciate it, I would like to then continue by saying that in both clips you've shown me you can, first of all see I wasn't the one who shot you as the one who shot you was wearing a field cap and I was wearing a CO cap and secondly, in the first clip no where do i state that I lead the charge, nor that i shot you. I actively denied leading the charge. Thirdly, In the second clip where you supposedly see me "leading the charge" and "giving the order" if you look very closely I can actually be seen at the very back of the group? if I was leading the charge this would certainly be a horrible way to do it. Fourth of all, I was not the highest in command as you openly contradict yourself by showing us the Generalinspektor was there too and saying "Well that's the problem we had a general down there"? aswell as the Generalinspektor commenting on this post and admitting he was there. You are correct in the fact you were lenient, you asked me time and time again who lead the charge, and who shot you in which both cases I told you I didn't know, time and time again. Explain why you were PK'd: I was PK'd for apparently Shooting the legatus Why should you be un-PK'd?: I didn't shoot the legatus, I didn't even know he was shot until I was detained and he told me himself that someone had shot him and broke his legs, I had no part in shooting him and when the Lapo were raiding the flak tower I didn't shoot anyone, I had my gun out and that was it, He solely got me PK'd because I didn't know who shot him which how was I meant to know who shot him if i didn't even see it happen. He also claimed I started the raid?? which I did not because I was one of the last people to enter and I didn't even shoot anyone. I think this is completely unjustified, I shouldn't be PK'd for someone elses actions just because I don't know who actually did it. Additional Information: He also claimed to have proof of me admitting to shooting him (To others) which is just a complete lie because I told him it wasn't me the entire time

I am deeply apologetic for what I did and take full responsibility. I regret handing out the documents and recognise that my actions may have caused disruption and negatively affected both the staff team and the individual involved. I'm apologising the whole community for my action. I understand why the rule exists and why my behaviour was not acceptable. I genuinely and thoroughly enjoyed my time on the server and being part of the community, which makes this situation even more disappointing for me. I deeply apologise to the entire staff team as well as the individual who was affected, I understand this may not be accepted and I have came to terms with that I just wanted to apologise for everything and that I thoroughly did enjoy spending time on the server, if I ever am to be given a second chance I’d never do anything like this ever again however I am very much understanding of my punishment.
