Again, logs show no attempted to tie anyone. Even if it was just firing in self defense it still equals a pk, it doesnt matter how fast things might escalate, its pretty easy to not just start rdming. I havent been provided one piece of information that would call for a overturn of the pk.

This is just blatantly wrong. There was plenty of time to handle it differently, the Major was detained for over like 5 minutes in that entire argument, there was zero reason for anyone to open fire at that point.

I was there during the hotel situation. Me and another guard were in the back room guarding the FM when the Prefect and the KG came in and tried to detain one of us. The guard fired in self-defense. He only reacted because he felt threatened, not because he was trying to start anything. Everything escalated super fast, and there honestly wasn’t enough time for proper RP or even clear communication before shots were fired. From my point of view, I think the PK should be looked at again — the guard was just defending himself, not being aggressive or causing trouble.

Massive -1, you literally shot a General of the opposing faction, on no orders, because you were getting "tied". That is not a excuse to shoot a General whatsoever, if it was a enlisted you might have a chance but this is truly well deserved and in my eyes, I would've gave you a note for RDM!

I would not lie on a appeal. Once again I swear I got tied it popped up on my screen got half way saying “You are being tied” in which I backed up and opened fire. Once again thank you for assuming and trying to push for another extreme. I do not lie when it comes to something like this. Sadly with me being on a steamdeck I wasn’t able to get a clip from my pov. Once again I did not lie about getting tied.

So I just checked logs, and at no point did anyone try to tie you, meaning you just lied about your whole argument, your whole argument was based they tried to tie you so you shot back, but they didnt even do that. This also makes it MRDM seeing as no one tried to tie you, you just opened gunfire on the prefect along with the rest of the KG, which is incredibly uncalled for, yall are arguing, prefect walks in room, you gun him down, and attempt to gun the kg down. So for you to MRDM the prefect and kg, in a situation in which no way justified that, then make a appeal when you get pked and say you didnt know and that the pk should be voided because of the work youve done on your character, shows a lot. Mate its not hard to tell what someone might be thinking in that situation, Is that your argument to getting unpked? You MRDMED the kg, lied to get unpked when you were lucky enough to not be banned, then explained how because your character is valuable it should be unturned. Such a silly argument, maybe control your emotions mate + no one tied you up. Your whole argument is based around a lie to get out of a pk when you even got lucky to not be banned, yet you pushed it and now got caught for mrdm

Mate, you knew the situation you were in, you know what was going on, and you know you getting tied which by the way rewatching the clip I don’t hear nor does the prefect even look at you for a second before you mow him down, it looks like he just glances at you, but even if he tried to tie you, it’s the prefect, a crown member, who is surrounded by tons of kg, and again I’ve never said it was rdm, but it’s about the stupidest thing you could’ve done there and again you doing that was some stupid selfish bs that you did thinking it wasn’t a get out of jail free card. I absolutely understand where you are coming with that. Though respectfully saying I never try to PK someone. Yes I understand its in the rules. But as I mentioned I get its wrong and shouldn’t of been done. I acted definitely on the defensive side and went to the extreme cause I was being tied up without knowing why or talked to. I didn’t think of the PK rules what so ever, all honesty forgot that PK over a gunfight was a thing. Hello I’m the staff member that pked your char with approval. Your whole argument to why your pk should be voided, is that you didn’t know. There’s a reason why you don’t get to walk into a court, and get all your tickets thrown based off you not knowing the speed limit, you should’ve looked, or idk not gun down a member of the crown while surrounded by kg lmao. You knew it would be wrong before you did it, and that it wouldn’t make sense, yet you thought to yourself, it wouldn’t count as rdm, so fuck it since it’s not going to get you in staff trouble. It blows my mind that you think this isn’t something you should’ve been pked for, mate, you shot the prefect of the crown, knowing you shouldn’t and that it’s just overall being a prick for also ruining that situation but not caring about that because it would only effect everyone else negatively, but you got pked for it. Upset that something came from doing something so stupid on a valuable char, you made an appeal, because of how much value and things going your character had, hear me out, maybe don’t blatantly be stupid? Absolutely, I will humbly admit at that time did not think about that. Why I am hoping perhaps I could get a temporary PK for x amount of days then perhaps somehow turn it into a more rp related scenario rather than a PK. I am a Deputy Chief of the Wachkammando which I understand doesn’t exempt me what so ever from the rules but with being one of the more active COs for the unit I wish to keep building them. So hoping we could all come into agreement to maybe make this a temp pk then somehow turn it into a interrogation rp scene with maybe a different rp related outcome.

Ya I get that same time I was never asked to move which I understand shouldn’t of open fired. But was never asked to step out the way. I was automatically getting tied up, I understand I shouldn’t of met 1 extreme move with another.

Hi i was there with manfred manstein you got PKed beacuse you were being detained for not moving out of the way and then started blasting while there was only a few of your people against like 12 to 17 KG you were outgunned and out manned so i guess you didnt think ahead like if were to start shooting every KG around me i would get PKed as i am risking my life on a 1:3 odds but i will let the UA decide your faith. During this a bunch of KG came with including the Prefekt of the KG. They were attempting to get the tied up Major Rudolph of the War Courts. I attempting to stay next to my VIP was never asked to move but instead automatically attempted to be tied by the Prefekt. In turn I found this as a hostile intent and opened fire where then the KG retaliated fire. The Prefekt the main one I was shooting at died along with a few other KG then the rest of us all died as well. Why should you be un-PK'd?: - I believe I should be un-PK’d for I didn’t understand that the situation would result in a PK. I love the Wachkammando and as its Deputy Chief I just finished a handbook and getting the members to sign NDAs to progress the guard into a better position. I try my best to stay a professional guard and assist my members of the guard in every way possible. I would take this lesson and teach them how to not make the same mistake I did. I would like to propose for a temporary PK of how ever many days staff sees fit but to hopefully undo the perma pk. Additional Information:
