Inappropriate And Disgusting Comment A clip clearly shows you making an extremely inappropriate and disturbing comment involving an 11 year old "having a monster penis". This type of behavior is not only vile but completely inappropriate and completely unacceptable in any community, especially ours. 2. Minging And Disruptive Behavior In The Sit During your sit, your conduct was not cooperative or sincere. You displayed a blatant disregard for the seriousness of the situation by acting immaturely, refusing to take the situation seriously, and generally minging throughout. 3. Reaching Out To The Banning Staff Member On Discord And Being Inappropriate After the ban was issued, you messaged Freddy on Discord asking to be unbanned and followed up with Inappropriate messages such as "Wanna play FAP nights at Freddy's?" This is an immature and creepy remark that reinforces your lack of respect for yourself, staff members and the community standards that we have. Given the nature and pattern of your actions, I do not believe you are fit for this community, as your behavior is disgusting and shows your lack of maturity. You may not submit an appeal no earlier than three months from the date of this ban. Any appeal you submit must include a detailed and sincere apology, in which you take full accountability for your actions. You will be expected to clearly reflect on why your behavior was wrong and unacceptable, why it was disgusting, how you have changed since then, and include a genuine commitment that this kind of behavior will never happen again.

What specifically would you bring, I know you mention lots of unique crime you plan on bringing, but what intricate thing will you offer or do that is new or uncommon? Special services that include more than security/assassination/money making? A new way of life for a majority of the people in Berlin? Also how do you plan on going about recruitment? Will you target the oppressed for members or will you require people making whole new characters of Balkan origin? How do you plan on interacting with the server? I like your union-style background that adds to this potential faction. Coming from the struggling poor rather than being an established crime mafiaso that has all these riches. It really brings a sense of inclusivity and a brush of new style. I also like how you branch off about them being proud of their ethnic origin, would you say that is a thing they would prioritize above ALL else? To forget the person you once were and to live as a man whos ready to change the environment around him. The Berlin Balkaners had once choice. To put aside the differences and to cooperate under one name, one group, one structure. Such a group that would oppose anything and everything while at the same time doing offers with those they oppose the day later. The only group in Berlin that can see an eye to eye solution no matter what. No military, no Kaiser, Nothing. What We Know My character was shot by a member of the KAPO How We Know That There were 6 people in the room (2 of my guards, 2 KAPO, me, the Staatsminister) My guards identified and shot the shooter Why You Were Identified as the Shooter The 2 KAPO on at the time was you, an NCO with an MP28, and your KAPO CO My guards identified the shooter as an NCO, with your exact appearance and uniform, and you were found with an MP28, your CO did not remotely fit the description (They both agreed you were the shooter) We questioned you and your CO, both present at the time, as well as the Staatsminister, not one of you (all present during the shooting) provided any information to assist or identify an alternative Conclusion This was investigated. You were 1 out of 2 KAPO on. You were uniquely identified as the shooter with certainty by the guards, matched the description and weapon used, and you failed to cooperate in any way otherwise. You were present in the room, and questioned. You provided no information on the shooter in your defense. That is why you were PK'd.

Denied. After a review of this appeal, the evidence provided, and your responses, this appeal is denied for the following reasons: 1. You Cannot Mug or Kidnap General Ranking Officers This is clearly outlined in the server rules: General Rule 26: You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. The person you mugged was the Minister of Labour and he is classed as a "General Ranking Officer". I do appreciate that you acknowledged this rule break in your appeal, taking responsibility for that part was a good first step. However, the rest of the appeal fails to show the same level of accountability. 2. Pretending To Be AFK is FailRP In the clip you provided, you sat down during an active arrest and failed to respond whilst you were clearly there, which is pretending to be AFK and while sitting, you cannot be tied up due to game mechanics which is why you did this to avoid getting arrested and this is just FailRP. The arresting officers then shot you so you would respawn, which would reset you and allow for the RP to continue with you standing, and able to be tied. This was a logical and justified response by them. 3. You Disconnected Immediately After Respawning (LTARP) Server logs clearly show that you disconnected by user about 5 seconds after being killed, not a timeout, not a crash. if your game had truly "crashed" the logs would indicate a connection timeout or error. This is a textbook example of leaving to avoid roleplay (LTARP), especially considering that it happened while you were actively being arrested. 4. Going To Your Spawn Point Is Not Metgaming It's completely normal during conflict scenarios (like a civil war or an arrest) for players to continue pursuing you after shooting you, including going to known spawn points. This is not metagaming, and it happens regularly during civil wars or even basic arrests. There's no rule violation here. 5. Deflecting Blame Doesn't Strengthen Your Case You continously pointed out other's behavior, accusing them of using OOC terms or metagaming, but this appeal is about your conduct, not theirs. Deflecting attention from your own rulebreaks instead of taking ownership, is not going to help you get your appeal accepted. 6. Missed Opportunity for Accountability This appeal could have been accepted if you had simply taken full accountability, apologised sincerely, and stopped trying to dispute each detail. But instead, you've attempted to challenge nearly every aspect of a situation that is well documented by the server logs and supported by your own clips that show that you're clearly in the wrong here. I'd recommend using the remaining time on your ban to review the rules carefully and reflect on your approach to roleplay.

Denied. You were given multiple chances to stop moving while you were under gunpoint, and you refused. As a result, you were shot. Then instead of the Lapo immediately requesting a PK on you for breaking fear RP and dying, they tried to roleplay out the arrest. However you continued to break Fear RP and die multiple times before this was rightfully escalated to a PK. Additionally, you have deleted your character, which makes the character unable to be restored.

Denied. Thank you for the apology, but we don't believe you're someone who should be part of our community. The nature of your past actions and beliefs goes beyond what we're willing to overlook, regardless of any claimed change. The ban will remain in place, and you will be unable to appeal it.
