Later, my ban was made permanent after I tried to get around it with an alternate account, which I now know was a huge mistake and a clear violation of Global Rule #11. Why do you deserve to be unbanned? I want to start by saying I’m really sorry for everything that happened. Looking back, I realize how badly I handled the situation. Instead of owning up to my actions, I made it worse by trying to evade the ban — and that was completely wrong of me. I understand now that my behavior showed a lack of respect for both the staff and the community. I’ve had a lot of time to think about it, and I genuinely miss being part of the server and the people I used to play with. I’ve learned from my mistakes and have a much better understanding of how important the rules are for keeping things fun and fair for everyone. I’m not trying to make excuses — I just want to show that I’ve grown from this and that I can be a better, more respectful player if given another chance. At the time, I made poor choices and didn’t consider how my behavior affected others or the overall roleplay experience. I regret those actions and sincerely apologize to both the staff and players impacted. Since being banned, I’ve had time to reflect and make sure I fully understand the rules and expectations of the community. Had dms from the judge that pk'd me at the trial asking me if I was around at 3PM EST (just trying to give as much detail as possible, assume I was pk'd around that time). Additional Information: You can check logs, login times, play times, etc and validate everything above... nonetheless, if there are logs for mining, you can see I was just sitting there probably from 9:30AM with a full inventory of coal just continually hitting the rock, I understand you can see playerside from console that you are getting coal, coal by coal... I was hoping someone could elaborate.

Dear Staff Team, I would like to formally submit this appeal for a second chance, and briefly explain why I think I deserve a second chance to be unbanned from the WW2 Imperial Roleplay server. I acknowledge and regret that the reasoning for my ban is directly related to my prior behavior/actions, and I completely understand that. Upon reflection, I came to the realization that my actions went against both the spirit of the community, as well as the rules that allow the server to run smoothly for everyone involved. Since my previous utilization of the server, I have had the opportunity to reflect on why the rules exist and how my actions affected the experiences of others. I truly enjoyed the roleplay feel, and the historical context. I therefore miss being a part of that experience. What I am trying to convey is that I have learned from my transgressions, and wish to follow all server rules and guidelines if I am afforded a second chance. I am not asking you to simply excuse or ignore what occurred, but I simply want to prove that I can be a respectful player that adds to the good roleplay, and the overall fun and immersive environment that you have created. -1 Something I recommend is getting more characters well known, I don't recommend the heer as your primary faction as its not the greatest. Get some characters in the KG or State. Im saying this because I have never seen you nor even heard about you.
