When dealing with these rulebreaks its important to explain what's happening and not just punish the player as they may not know. You have to be levelheaded and open to everyone's views and opinions in a sit. As a staff member you are the face of prometheus, it is always important that as I said above that you always act good and make sure you have quality in the things you do. Ok I see, at the time I thought that activating KOS was a reasonable action since we were getting killed by commands(Dying when we were in an enclosed space and not in visible sight by the hacker, whoever it was). I was misinformed by someone who told me that there weren't any skygods online. If my judgement overlapped any rules then I happily accept the ban as my main reason for carrying out my actions was to preserve the resources of the server members online eg: losing money or weapons upon death.

The staff member who banned you was Spiral. Please update your Appeal. I was the Staff Member who took the ticket of the user(s) you were killing. You though it was a good idea to Spawnkill civilians? It is up to us as Server Staff to deal with these suspected situations, professionally. We do not need people like you spawnkilling all civilians in an attempt to prevent one suspected 'hacker', hence committing 9.1 and further, MRDM.

Lentz is correct. I was the one who took your ticket which you made after you were PK'd, which he promptly aided with to discuss with you as he was the issuing Staff Member. Do not try to blind-sight UA in Appeals by saying you 'weren't able to ask questions' , because all you done was shout at him. You had no intention of having a civil conversation during that sit.

So two more weeks or a month from now

The original ban was not issued as a permanent ban, though I cant remember the exact duration. The permanent ban was automatically applied by the system after you were found to be ban evading on two separate occasions, on 12/4/25 at 05:01 and again at 22:30 from two separate Steam ID's. The initial violation was LTAP with prior offenses. Due to the continued ban evasion and ongoing rule violations, you should wait until next month before any unban or appeal is considered. A break from the server and time to reflect on the server rules is recommended. Thanks

I made an alternative because I max the characters I could create i bought vip for both accounts if i read the rules I wouldn't of done that

If you read our Rules, Global Rule 11 states that 'Under no circumstances may you use an alternative account, VPN, or another person's account to circumvent a ban.' This is something you breached by attempting to join the server on an Alternative Account once you received your 3D Ban by MomsMom. When i came i on another character i was talk to by a mod then i was told to follow the military officer i followed him to jail but they were taking to long and i had to leave the game. Then i tried to join the server the next day it say i was banned for 3 days. So i tried to login on my other account then both the accounts were perm banned. I get why you would break in to see the interior but why would you go press the big red button stating RAGNAROK and VALHALLA. This pretty much comes down to common sense but you didn't apply that and just pushed buttons.

Below are some photographs from my most recent project on the server. Over the last week, I have spent copious amounts of time and effort in-between my regular RP & Staff Duties to create this overhaul of The FEMINA's exterior. It now sports a completely new 'Neoclassical' Design, one I believe fits much nicer with the surrounding buildings. Let me know your thoughts below. I think it is rich that you make an Appeal to say that there was "No Resistance", as when I initially pulled your friend for breaking NLR, on a multitude of occasions to interrupt a Medal Ceremony in the Inner City Compound, he told me he was part of your 'Mafia' when I quizzed him on his Description. When he withdrew after further investigation into this, I brought you into the sit and once understanding my questioning about Unapproved Resistance, you told him "Do not say anything else. Be quiet, now." whilst laughing. For reference for the UA Reviewing this Appeal. Here are both Users Descriptions which initially raised questions about the Resistance. You clearly both formed and intended to run this 'Gang' as you had assigned yourself and your friend 'Positions' and had matching 'Uniforms'. Given the evidence and behaviour displayed by both of you, I believe this ban is valid. A UA Member will review this Appeal and make a final decision. Thank you.
