I was told to execute Oberstleutnant Hans Braun Chief of the MGD inside the Reichstag by Shorty (Chief of NSB) without knowing this would be an event let alone was I informed about the rule of a 15 minute time period of being able to be PKed after carrying out a PK. We were informed of this rule until after I had followed through and completed my issued orders. Shorty was then informed that himself and whoever else knew about what was happening would be PK active after I had executed Braun, Shorty then immediately DM'ed me informing me not to die because I was PK active. Beforehand I had no regard for my character dying in a gunfight or not because I didn't think I had much to worry about other than the standard LARP gunfight. Donzoko who took my ticket to set Hans Braun PK active did not inform me of this rule either and let me continue on after I had shot Braun. He then was the one to TP to me after I respawned to then inform me that I was PKed to which I was confused because I had died a normal way. He then informed me that I had been PK active sicne the moment Braun was killed and I had no clue. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'ed because I don't think its very just or fair that I got PKed and wasn't informed that it was a possibility until after I was killed. I enjoy playing the server and worked my ass off (when I could) to get to where I was before I got PK'ed. I think I should have been informed that it was possible for my PK to happen while Braun was being set PK active by Donzoko because I wouldn't have boldly just ran around like I usually do. Many more precautions would have been taken by myself to ensure I would be safe that is if I knew I could be PKed. Hello. Your argument of 'PK Baiting' is a joke. You were detained originally detained because you observed your men break into the Military Complex, and as Inspector of the NSB, you failed to do your duty in preventing them, therefore constituting the potential charge in my opinion is failure to administrate. You were there, you observed them doing it, you failed to act. I brought you in for the purpose of an investigation. Upon Bringing you to the cell area, an audience began to grow of around to the size of three or four people. This was the result of your attitude to the detainment you found yourself under, the language you were using , and the fact your head had been sent to mars and you were extremely upset. Regardless, I attempted to talk to you, however achieved very little from doing so because of your attitude. I then as a result of your poor attitude, began to tow the line you had presented. I insulted you a couple times, stating facts such as you being the worst NSB inspector of all time (Factual btw) A debate then broke out in regard to the standing of the Generalinspektor of the LAPO, where I stated that if I wanted to kill him I already would have. You then decided without prompt to bring this back up when more people arrived to the cellblock including notable figures such as the order Marshall. I did not coerce you into saying anything, you choose to quote something I said you in confidence surrounded by around two other trusted Military members, and then brought it back up in front of around 5 people, including an Admiral and order Marshall in an attempt to throw me under the bus and deflect blame from yourself to myself. I then took the action once everyone else had left to shoot you as my character saw no other option to deal with the situation after you brought it back up and stated "I will remember that" and "I have a perfect memory" in front of two important officials. You had a choice to mention it. You made that choice, following those individuals entering. I did not force you to do this. I did not bait you to say this. You, a player of up to 6 years in this gamemode, are not an idiot. You should have known better than to bring it up like that. Jezza out.

Again, as I stated many times before I brought up how he was upset and throwing a fit in the lapo Chief’s office he then rebuttal with stating he would have killed him if he needed or wanted to as in reference to when he was the president of lapo as in this would’ve been a prior situation not that he currently wanted to kill the chief. I stated I have a great memory that is true but the said individual stated he would have killed the Lapo chief if he wanted in regards to his past when he was lapo president said person twisted and baited my statement to fit his mold he stated that he WOULD HAVE and I simply stated “I would remember”

@PrimeThere was no LAPO involved in this situation at all? I also did not start any gunfight they shot at me first after just saying mutiple times arrest that man, no order for me to put my gun away or anything.
